The hotel is very beautiful. The rooms are looking very good, especially after the cleaners were inside and left a surprise figure on the bed from the towels.
Honestly , what made me the happiest is the service. Everybody is greeting, smiling and doing their job professionally. The guys in “The View” restaurant are always looking after you. The kitchen is delicious. The guys at the bar are very fast with the drinks and very creative. A few days ago I went to the bar and I asked a guy named Hamada to make me a sweet cocktail- this was the best cocktail I’ve ever drunk.
I really hope these people get what they deserve

The hotel is very good and the bar services are excellent and I appreciate all the staff there, especially Youssef Yacoub, on the beach bar, to serve cold and delicious drinks such as beer and cocktails. Thank you very much for your wonderful holiday.

I can recommend booking the suite with ocean view. Food is as good as can be expected from an all inclusive hotel. The beach is beautiful and bright blue.

This hotel is suitable for absolutely everyone, the arrival was smooth, the rooms are clean and the food is very tasty. They take great care of the pools and the entire hotel, everything is clean and the staff are very helpful and kind. The beach is absolutely beautiful, suitable even for small children thanks to the gradual access to the sea. The animation programs are absolutely great from morning to evening, the children always enjoyed the mini-disco and the evening show was simply top notch. We will definitely be back again soon. Great hotel.

It was a very delightful vacation at this hotel. The room was very good and clean, there is everyday room service, the food was amazing and people who work at the restaurant were amazing as well. People who work here are very pleasant and kind and are keen to answer to all your questions. Generally speaking a very nice experience and i would recommend this hotel to everyone. I would consider coming here again.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, amusing evening show, more than 12 slides that suit adults & children as well. Most friendly and helpful staff ever. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. The hospitality made us feel right at home. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was perfect for relaxation. The dining experience was particularly memorable, with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes.
At the end, I would like to give some reviews about the CEO Mr. Mohamed Abdesabour & Mr. Amgad Moustafa F&B Manager: Very Hardworking, polite and decent. Have a complete control on the team and manage things in no time.

We fell in love with the hotel as soon as we arrived, just because of its appearance. But the warm and kind attitude of the staff pleasantly surprised us, we felt at home and the animation programs were beautiful and funny. We will definitely be back soon and I can definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a very good experience here, clean hotel, good food, people very nice and friendly, good entertainment. Every day there are many activities like stretching, aqua gym, yoga so there is no way to get bored. You can relax but also you can have a lot of fun.

Staff experience varied from wonderful to pretty rude. Buffet restaurant has birds flying around inside and I saw one nibbling on the dessert buffet when nobody was present, and returned to the table to find another helping itself to my dessert. So, hygiene is pretty bad and staff must know but just don't care. Free drinks advertised are only the cheapest, and staff half fill the glass. Cleaners are good. Pools are too cold to use without risking pneumonia. Access to red sea requires footwear, unless you want your feet cut to pieces on rocks and coral. Too many staff wanting to sell activities, massages and the like. Guests don't want to be harassed by sales people and are quite capable of seeking these things out of the want them. Desperately needs a child free zone. Renovations have left a some of the common area unusable, with toilets out of action and dust from stonework drifting thru the air. Unable to relax on beach as music blaring at 10am in the morning. Having said all that, the place is pretty good. Really, if they fix the issues above it'd be great.
