Lovely hotel in a great location. Bars and shops are next door and the beach is just a five minute walk away. I love the decor of this hotel - the mood lighting is very relaxing. We recently stayed here in a penthouse suite, The room was amazing with an extra large calfornia king bed, freestanding bath near the large fully opening sliding glass doors with incredible views please see photos. A good pick for short or a long stay in Benidorm. Looks a bit luxurious but IMHO is a good value to money overall. 17 floors and 5 elevators. Just stayed a week bed an breakfast on a golfing holiday. Nice hotel mainly based at older Spanish guests. Youngsters may find it one to avoid, having said that it is handily placed for the strip and dozens of good restaurants.

A really good hotel if you are staying off peak in Benidorm. They have bits of entertainment in the evenings and the food / drinks are reasonably priced. The rooms are kept very clean and a pretty decent breakfast selection. Though it is at the top of a hill outside they do operate a regular free shuttle bus down to the edge of the town centre.

It's a great value hotel and off the main road. There is a free mini bus to take you down into the town. The breakfast is really good and lots of choice at lunch and dinner. Rooms are clean and have everything you need.

Had a lovely 2 weeks in Rio Park in November 2021. Food was good with plenty of choices for each meal and the deserts were marvellous. The COVID precautions were excellent and the staff very friendly. The cleaning staff were good in particular the girl who did our room. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

We had a lovely 1 week break here. Lovely hotel. Staff were attentive and friendly. Wee felt well looked after. Facilities were good, great swimming pools. The meals were superb. If there was any negativity, it would be to comment on noise transference from rooms above and next door, could be improved. Also, tea/coffee faclities in the room would have been welcome.

Just spent short of a week at this wonderful hotel. Superb location and very restful tranquil grounds in the midst of the Benidorm action. All of the property is delightful albeit a little tired in places. My new second home :) had the best 5 days on holiday here. Was on a solo holiday and had the time of my life. Being English customer service is everything to me. Unfortunately this hotel has too many bad employees working here for it to be enjoyable for someone so focused on customer service. However, the food and rooms were good so if customer service isn't a focus then you will enjoy it here

My husband and I had a lovely time at this hotel. It was extremely clean and tidy. All the staff were very approachable and friendly. The pool area was clean and plenty of availability beds. Really great location, in the middle of everything and in between new and old town. Hotel is stunning but please note it's not too child friendly we took a 1.5 year old with us. However some of the staff were lovely towards her it's just that the pool and hotel in general/ food is very much catered towards adults. Really nice rooms and balcony's, food was fantastic and sooo much to offer every night...

Yeah it's a great place, perfectly located for all the attractions and entertainment. The food is very good and there is a good variety of dishes to choose from. Breakfast is served from 8am till 10pm which is a bit early for me (11am would have been better). The jet2 rep lita was also very good.

Excellent hotel. Head waiter is brilliant with everyone in the restaurant. We have known him for a long time top man. I would tell anyone who was going to book this hotel they should have a excellent holiday here.

This hotel is ideally situated for the surrounding entertainment in the evening and for the beach during the day. The food is of an acceptable standard and the rooms are quite comfortable albeit a little basic. The swimming pool is very nice and there is enough sunbeds for the guests, if a little crowded. All in all, a friendly hotel and would recommend for a short stay perhaps.

Friendly staff, always helpful in seating us in the restaurant. Very efficient in the reception with checking in & out. Requested rooms close to our parents as we were travelling together. Hotel excellent with this request. Another good advice is to book a private transfer to Hotel Presidente, as we did at transferalicante.co.uk — could not find cheaper, thanks to Martin, our driver, highly recommend

first time here was really good the reception staff were nice ask us on arriv did we want an upgrade at an extra cost so we went for it then on a second visit we didnt like the room they gave us so ask for another but had only the executive suite decided to pay quite a bit extra for it at first thought this is fab and loads of room and large balcony" then after a few days there was a disturbing smell...

Superb hotel. Central location. Very clean and modern. Very friendly staff across the board. The food is exceptional and varied. Even the evening entertainment was quite good. We stayed over Christmas and the only disappointment was the time of the Gala dinner - 8pm is far too late for us to be eating a big meal which finished at around 11.30. A lot of people had booked the anniversary show at Benidorm...

Clean modern and comfortable hotel with good service. While not on the sea front it was only a block away. The clubs and nightlife were 1 street away which made it a little quieter at night. Everything was in easy reach. I really liked Don Pancho.

Love the different choice of foods and also drinks. Also the lodge was lovely and clean. Mini bar refilled very day. The zoo and water park were the added bonus. Could go in as many times as u liked during ur stay. Also the snack bar in the water park gave you free food with ur all inclusive band. Sunbeds were included on the all inclusive as well at the water park.

Great food choices, polite and friendly staff, self contained accommodation. Brilliant water park and zoo included. The sea lion experience was amazing, so informative and loads of time given by the owners.

Loved the park kids had a ball. Prices for food were surprisingly cheap but you need to remember your discount coupon if you dont, they dont mention it...really was a memorable day. Great fun

Absolutely loved it while we were there. Stayed in one of the new lodges. Staff were all friendly even with working long hours. The zoo & waterpark are fab.. Kids loved the slides. Definitely recommend and definitely be returning.. Just some of the hundreds of pictures we took.

Excellent holiday, resort was very clean and staff were friendly. Zoo and water park were amazing especially the seal lion experience!!! Lodge was very comfortable and modern, definetly will recommend the resort to families.. the only slight criticism would be the night time safari, it wasn’t what we expected and the guide spoke mainly Spanish so couldn’t really understand and thought we would get...

Been once but the whole family absolutely enjoyed every minute. Family hotel with loads todo games room swimming pool water slides. Great food we never had to eat out once. Staff are super friendly. Clean and tidy rooms had the option of a bath or shower which is lovely. Not a far walk to the beach or shops. Great entertainment/kids club. Free wifi. What more can I say we had a beautiful holiday.

Good food and alcohol drinks. Hotel location was ok but Benidorm not. Wouldn't recommend Benidorm for families with children. Swimming pool a bit small. We never had any problems with sunbeds. Foam party was great. Rooms were bit tight for family of 4. Nice and clean hotel.

One of the best holiday hotels I've stayed in to date! I chose to have a father & son holiday this year and finding the right place to stay seemed a bit daunting to get right. Absolutely brilliant time! Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned everyday. The only reason i put 4 stars on the room is because the toilet is to close to the sink cabinet so you can't sit straight. The toilet seat was loose because of this and it broke whilst we were here. Otherwise, it was perfect. Entertainment was fun and suitable for all ages.

Great place for family holidays. Family of 4 people enjoyed vacation in August 2024. Food was fantastic, staff was very supportive and friendly. Walk to the beach takes only 5 mins. Hotel is vary kids and family friendly. They have ramps and lifts everywhere
