Positive: - Swimming pool - Location - Kids area (playground) - Mini club - Animacion - Breakfast. & dinner buffet - Hygiene/clean of the room and hotel - Service Negative: - The rooms are noisy. the walls are thin. i advise the hotel to take doors with soft close. If the rooms had soft close doors we would come back.

The staff are amazing and really helpful, the location is great for the old town and the new town. The facilities are of a very high standard, with great views from the rooms, very child friendly with lots to do for the children and a children's nursery for up to 11s in the evening. I would definitely recommend and I would definitely stay again 5⭐s from me

This is a perfect hotel 10/10 super clean great food and choice staff excellent. Highly recommend beaches are super clean. The old town is great for a traditional Spanish holiday. Or the strip for much more lively holiday. You must go don't be put off by past ratings of benidorm it's beautiful.

Just spent a week here and loved it. We were silver level all inclusive and the quality of the drinks and food was excellent. The staff were very efficient and friendly and the hotel was always clean and tidy. We'd definitely stay again.

A large beautifully appointed hotel. Staff were smart and very pleasant. The food was very Spanish which I enjoyed but there was even roast beef and Yorkshire pud presented some days. I would like to go back when it wasn't the school holidays. I like children but not hundreds of them.

My new second home :) had the best 5 days on holiday here. Was on a solo holiday and had the time of my life. Had a great time the hotel was lovely and clean. Had a huge choice of good food . The room was nice and clean. Our beds were made every day had fresh towels. We arrived at the Cristal Park Hotel in the early hours of Tuesday morning, during our check-in we the reception person didn’t explain to us what was included in the (Ultra Premium) band, how we go about the bus times for the other resorts, so the kids ended up missing out on visiting the other resorts as we only discovered their was a bus timetable on the wall at reception two days before leaving...

Being English customer service is everything to me. Unfortunately this hotel has too many bad employees working here for it to be enjoyable for someone so focused on customer service. However, the food and rooms were good so if customer service isn't a focus then you will enjoy it here

I came with a group of 24. Hotel was great, although some rooms a bit on small side. Food was really good choice and for us it was great to have wine with our evening meal. Service also was very good. We loved the pools both inside and out along with Jacuzzi's. My only complaint is the fact that the sea had some type of fish that liked human flesh. Just stayed a week bed an breakfast on a golfing holiday. Nice hotel mainly based at older Spanish guests. Youngsters may find it one to avoid, having said that it is handily placed for the strip and dozens of good restaurants.

The hotel is in good location close to The Strip. It’s also a short walk of several minutes to go to the beach. There are restaurants and bars near the hotel. The rooms are average but clean. We had a balcony in our room. They have a parking building at the back of the hotel and it’s very secured. We booked a triple room (half board). Buffet breakfast is alright and inclusive of warm drinks and juices...

Friendly, helpful staff. My only gripe is the food. I only had breakfast, and there was plenty of choice, but the bacon, sausages, beans etc were cold, not even lukewarm. Other than that the location is excellent. The pool looks nice, although I didn't venture into it. Rooms are clean & adequate.

We stayed at the Poseidon Resort for a weekend in March. It’s basically x2 hotels joined together one is more dated than the other. Everything is biased towards domestic family tourism: plenty of activities for children (in spanish) and lots of Latin music. Had a full board booking. Only the buffet restaurant is included. If you want to eat at one of the themed restaurants you have to pay 15 EUR extra per person. Beverages are never included: 3,5 EUR for a bottle of water (1 liter) or 3,75/4 EUR for a bottled beer. The lock in my room broke just 2days before departure, I was moved to an upgraded room which I did not appreciate but I did not want to keep packing/unpacking for 2 days.The views in a previous room were better. Stunning hotel and great location! You wouldn't know you were anywhere near Benidorm! We did have to change rooms, but that was only because we didn't have much of a view in our first room- the views are Stunning! Surprisingly calm oasis just outside Benidorm, very easy for the airport and the town centre. 2 golf courses both worth playing, the shorter course is more mature and more scenic

We recently stayed here in a penthouse suite, The room was amazing with an extra large calfornia king bed, freestanding bath near the large fully opening sliding glass doors with incredible views please see photos. Just got back from week here, all inclusive for a family of 9 (3 rooms). We requested 2 of the rooms be next to each other before our arrival and this was met, these two did not have the best view however the third room had a lovely view of the pool. Our stay was perfect for what we wanted. Food and drink all day long, amazing polite and hard working staff. Amazing night sleep due to memory foam mattresses. Only downside was air con was noisy and not gassed and due to us getting stuck in the elevator our son made us do the stairs after that all 18 floors!

Great hotel with fabulous staff and a wondeful place to take the family! My one and only issue was the sunbed situation. People would be allowed to leave towels on sunbeds all day without actually using the sunbeds when signs clearly state you can only leave towels on for an hour. But other than that, its a fantastic place!

We booked whilst it was going through a refurb! Reviews were very poor.. we were honestly wondering what the hell we had done!! On arriving at the hotel, it was amazing from start to finish. Clean modern and comfortable hotel with good service. While not on the sea front it was only a block away. The clubs and nightlife were 1 street away which made it a little quieter at night. Everything was in easy reach. I really liked Don Pancho.

Beautiful family all-inclusive hotel waterpark and zoo. Access to these is almost direct from the hotel. Great food, great location, a little outside of Benidorm, but a short taxi ride or the hotel bus will take you to the old town or the beach. The only reason i put 4 stars on the room is because the toilet is to close to the sink cabinet so you can't sit straight. The toilet seat was loose because of this and it broke whilst we were here. Decent functional hotel, good buffet breakfast. Good swimming pool (pity about the poolside music though). On the outer edge of town, so a 25 minutes walk to the beach, or use a cheap taxi. Overall, perfectly fine for our two night stay.

Went first week December. I was a bit concerned as my wife has coeliac disease and previous guests suggested gluten free food was non existent. Nothing could be further from the truth Chef and catering staff were excellent in supplying fantastic meals. Animation Team were very good. This hotel is no better than ok. Our superior room was large and clean but the sofa bed was unusable as a sofa as the cushions didn't fit and you ended up sitting on the bed beneath. The spa is good but its €10 a day if you not all inclusive. The food looked like its description but in most cases had little flavour. We we're half board and had to pay extra for a glass of water with the evening meal...

We had a fantastic time Christmas and new year, our room 1006 was clean, large and what we expected. The beds gave a very good night's sleep. This hotel is on the outskirts of the town, a 20min walk in. The hotel is a nice place to be. The surroundings are very well planted and green. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. The hotel offers a wide range of facilities to use, the main one being the pool. The staff are friendly and helpful. I'm sure we'll be coming here again.

We have literally just checked out (myself, my wife and my 5 year old daughter) and are already gutted! We have had the most amazing 8 days. We have just stayed here for a week and it was such an amazing stay! Food was great, I'm not quite sure what the other reviews about food were on about, there was always something we could eat. Room was nice and spacious with a balcony, pull out sofa bed for the kids wasn't the comfiest. Hotel was very clean, only thing I didn't like is the shower towels being put in the bidet, not very hygienic....

Ok if you are not on floor 1. Prison style balcony doors to stop your room being robbed. Faced a wall and was woken up by cleaning staff squealing and laughing at silly times of the morning outside..... ask for pool side. Lovely clean compact single room, very helpful staff and lovely food. Very quiet at the pool and in the evenings. Very small balcony and not a good view but to be fair I didn’t book a room with a good view. Very friendly area

We would have preferred little bottles of Shampoo and Shower gel and fresh soap rather than used bottles of cheap hand wash and shampoo and shower gel in 1, alts when you ask for maintenance they should be straight on the job which the problem with the toilet was not fixed. Also the room radiator was far too hot! We would like to be specially notified by email of your future opening dates and offers...

Great location, right in the centre of Benidorm, and really close to the beach. Hotel is very new and stylish, and room was a good size and comfortable. Amazing view from the room on the 18th floor. Indoor pool was a good size and warm, and jacuzzi outside was great. Breakfast was very good, a wide selection of food, likewise the dinner buffet was very good quality. Will definitely stay here again

We were a huge group of 24. Hotel was great, really accommodating. Highly recommend doing the pool party, you get discount for being a guest when you book. 100% would stay again.

Positioned perfectly for the lively nightlife. The staff are excellent. The location is noisy into the early hours but you can't have one without the other. Food I found to be of very good quality. You'd have to go a long way to beat this hotel overall.

Been in the Marina hotel for the last 5 years but we've come to the conclusion that it's time to try somewhere else. Our room was a good size but really smelled of stale cigarette smoke as a non smoker this was so uncomfortable but only for 1 night was ok.
