The best hotel in benidorm It is the second time i come at Bali Hotel. My little daughter loves Bianca from the animation team. A lovely place and a a great spirit from all the people there. The old boss giving presents every night to the kids is such good feeling. He is old an i hope i will find him again when i visit Gran Bali the next years.

What a beautiful place! A jewel in Benidorm and certainly not what you’d expect find in a tranquil, serene haven a stone’s throw from Benidorm! We enjoyed our stay at the Pablo, have stayed before and will most likely stay again. We never had trouble finding food to eat although quality is not what it used to be, it was still to a good standard though. We have spent our second year in the Venus and as usual it has been superb. Today we have had our five course Christmas 🎄 lunch which absolutely delicious 😋 the staff really put on a show and they know how to look after you. The hotel décor is tired , the bar staff are friendly especially Anita, who is a diamond. Our room had no lock on the patio doors and an extractor taped to the opposite side. This is a very outdated hotel everything needs updating, its in a great location, in the old town five minutes to the beach and bars and shops . Unfortunately, this is not enough for a lot of people. This hotel is spotless clean, the staff are always very smart and welcoming. Even when they are very busy, like in the restaurant they still have time to be friendly with customers, one lady during our stay, used a walker to get around and the young man waiter watched out for her constantly to assist her. Not a 4 star hotel. No way of having coffee before 8 am , paper cups in the room and if you ask for glass you have to be prepared for an argument. No air condioning(broken apparently) so if you're at the back of the hotel and have to have the balcony doors open for air, it's so noisy you can't sleep. Balcony lights come on and off when they feel like it. Downstairs looks lovely, don't be fooled.

I stayed at Hotel Diplomatic and it was okay, but not what I expected. Some days the food was decent, other days just meh. Getting drinks with lunch and dinner was a bit of a hassle — even though they were included in my package, I still had to keep asking or flag someone down just to get a bottle of water. I expected better for a 4-star hotel. The room was cramped for us and our teenager. Full board included food that was more like a school cafeteria, with all the noise from the retirees talking very loudly during meals. Very clean comfortable hotel, breakfast good choice and plentiful. Staff very welcoming and courteous, enjoyed the bar area at night. Had some good entertainment on The female singer in particular was excellent. Will deffo be staying here again on April 26.

Lovely hotel we returned home on 16th October after spending 16 days there. Very clean and comfortable room and the chambermaid Judith was brilliant. We were on first floor so sitting on balcony could be difficult as the terrace was level with our balcony and sunbathers were often there taking away our privacy. Had wonderful holiday here recently staff couldn't do enough. The transport service between villas and hotel to the bar staff. The breakfast team to the front desk all staff made sure we felt relaxed and got we needed. With breath taking views over Benidorm. Beautiful place away from the madness of city. I would definitely make a return to here in the near future

Costa Blanca is an amazing resort — modern, clean, and very friendly. The hotel has been recently refurbished and feels fresh and stylish. The villas are fully furnished with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone!

Great hotel and theme park Hotel was lovely, good size rooms and no issues getting beds around the pool. Theme park across the road is excellent and also the wildlife park which is about 20 minutes away. Decent selection for options for breakfast and evening meals.

This is the fifth time we've stayed at Port Benidorm. Beautiful, modern hotel. Comfortable, well maintained rooms cleaned and towels changed daily. Great food. Great location. Great value. Cheerful, helpful, efficient staff. Clever lift allocation system, so even at the busy times you aren't waiting ages for one. We'll certainly be back next year.

We stayed for 2 weeks, our room it was at 11th floor. The room was clean and comfortable. On each morning the cleaning staff did a great job. The food was very good.
