The hotel staff is incredible, always helpful and attentive. The hotel is a bit old, but it's very nice. The gym, the pool, the facilities, and its location near the beach make it very attractive. The breakfast is very good and the space is very spacious, meaning there's no waiting around. The waitresses are super attentive, ordering, restocking, and clearing dishes from the tables for your convenience...

Just got back from week here, all inclusive for a family of 9 (3 rooms). We requested 2 of the rooms be next to each other before our arrival and this was met, these two did not have the best view however the third room had a lovely view of the pool. The whole hotel was clean and tidy, the cleaning staff made the beds and changed the towels everyday (if needed) and the staff were seen cleaning throughout...

If there’s one thing I love the most is money well spent. We’ve decided to escape the bad weather in the UK (even though it’s summer) and we bought this all inclusive package for 7 days. Hotel was excellent, staff were super helpful. Rooms were big, enjoying a self catering flat as part of our room. Train and bus stop just outside hotel. Situated in between Port and main town.

Where do I start? The hotel all in all was ok could do with a refurb of the rooms but in general it’s okay, the food is edible but not very much choice especially for picky eaters! We was an English family and the only one in the hotel, staff? Only one bar staff which was a youngish tall skinny lad was decent the rest were arrogant towards us and took time to serve us, all entertainment is Spanish...

From the moment we arrived, the experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. We have only arrived today and are already so impressed I wanted to leave a review. We were greeted at reception by a lovely lady who was happy to let me practice my Spanish! Had a lovely stay here for a cycling holiday with a few friends. Room was very spacious, with plenty of room for the bikes. The rooms were also very clean, and the beds comfy. The food was great, always something to choose from regardless of your taste preferences. I especially enjoyed the fruit available. We were staying here when there was the power outage all over Spain and the food was still great...

Staff, rooms, services, weather, couldn’t fault, food excellent, food could be cold but they had 2 microwaves so no complaints here, I’m gluten free and didn’t have any trouble with eating , Miranda excellent entertaining got people up , would definitely stay again , we were on a coach trip Christmas and new year

Best hotel in Alicante Amazing views to the beach and the city

The location is perfect and the service is professional. However the facility is a little bit old. The bed is also not so comfortable enough for a 4-star hotel.

Hygiene: Not very clean, the tabletop is covered with dust. Environment: The environment is OK, the breakfast is good and the view is great. The location of the hotel is still great, the perfect combination of city and resort feeling.

Room is old and a bit run down. Expensive for what it is. Personnel at reception is nice and helpful.

If you come to Alicante, please stay in this hotel's sea view room. The window opens to the beach and the Mediterranean Sea. You can sit on the balcony for an entire afternoon without getting bored. The beach is next to the hotel, and it is full of people basking in the sun. It is perfect to come here in winter. It is not cold at all, and it is quite hot in the sun at noon. Highly Recommend Our eighth stay at Cibeles Boutique Hotel, and it’s always great. We feel very comfortable, we enjoy the breakfast and menus selections. Helpful staff, great location, and a wonderful atmosphere. We’ll be back!

We had a lovely 3 night stay. Very nice room, the bed was comfy and a wonderful view of the sea. We couldn’t fault anything and would definitely stay at a Melia hotel again.

The price for the hotel is absolutely too high for this standard of hotel. The rooms have a minimalist finish, no carpets or rugs. There was a stench from the sewage in the bathroom, and every time we drained the water on the upper floors, the water in our toilet bowl would belch. At the pool, wine is served in glasses (no glasses?). Apart from the location, nothing is worth the price here.

We had a lovely big room overlooking the Marina. Amazing views! Bed was very comfortable,and slept really well. Great Rainshower with constant hot water. The only negative was the food in the restaurant,very disappointing. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.
