A large beautifully appointed hotel. Staff were smart and very pleasant. The food was very Spanish which I enjoyed but there was even roast beef and Yorkshire pud presented some days. I would like to go back when it wasn't the school holidays. I like children but not hundreds of them.

The staff are amazing and really helpful, the location is great for the old town and the new town. The facilities are of a very high standard, with great views from the rooms, very child friendly with lots to do for the children and a children's nursery for up to 11s in the evening. This is a perfect hotel 10/10 super clean great food and choice staff excellent. Highly recommend beaches are super clean. The old town is great for a traditional Spanish holiday. Or the strip for much more lively holiday. You must go don't be put off by past ratings of benidorm it's beautiful.

Just spent a week here and loved it. We were silver level all inclusive and the quality of the drinks and food was excellent. The staff were very efficient and friendly and the hotel was always clean and tidy. We'd definitely stay again.

My new second home :) had the best 5 days on holiday here. Was on a solo holiday and had the time of my life. I came with a group of 24. Hotel was great, although some rooms a bit on small side. Food was really good choice and for us it was great to have wine with our evening meal. Just stayed a week bed an breakfast on a golfing holiday. Nice hotel mainly based at older Spanish guests. Youngsters may find it one to avoid, having said that it is handily placed for the strip and dozens of good restaurants.

The hotel is in good location close to The Strip. It’s also a short walk of several minutes to go to the beach. There are restaurants and bars near the hotel. The rooms are average but clean. Friendly, helpful staff. My only gripe is the food. I only had breakfast, and there was plenty of choice, but the bacon, sausages, beans etc were cold, not even lukewarm. Other than that the location is excellent. The pool looks nice, although I didn't venture into it. Rooms are clean & adequate.

Ok if you are not on floor 1. Prison style balcony doors to stop your room being robbed. Been once but the whole family absolutely enjoyed every minute. Family hotel with loads todo games room swimming pool water slides. Great food we never had to eat out once. Staff are super friendly. Went first week December. I was a bit concerned as my wife has coeliac disease and previous guests suggested gluten free food was non existent. Nothing could be further from the truth Chef and catering staff were excellent in supplying fantastic meals. Animation Team were very good. This hotel is no better than ok. Our superior room was large and clean but the sofa bed was unusable as a sofa as the cushions didn't fit and you ended up sitting on the bed beneath. An excellent 2 nights away. Exceptional service from all the staff. As a chef myself, the breakfast offerings were as good as anywhere in Spain that I have been. One suggestion if I may. It would be useful if a hook or rail was near to the shower so a towel could be put for easy access when finishing in the shower. However a small issue which did not spoil our visit. The hotel is absolutely stunning, I am so glad we upgraded to The level. The staff are so welcoming, always willing to help you find ways for you to enjoy your vacation. It is like staying in an Italian village, lots of choice for restaurants in you want more than half board to choose from.

Fabulous resort, just doesn’t have the 5 star experience at the Level, understaffed (basically fend for yourself) at level pool areas. No food @ pool, no pool bar table service and it’s quite a track. Breakfast buffet with birds crawling over it, just not what you’d expect for the money. Coffee options poor. Take my advice just stay in the Vilitana 4 star side of the hotel and save yourself money...

What can I say!it was everything and more than I expected, the brochures really don't do the resort justice. It was so idyllic the most beautiful scenery amazing food.i stayed with my friend we had the grande suite on the level, and it was perfect I really couldn't fault anything. I didn't want to come home.

Only thing I would suggest is to add alternative milks to the buffet for breakfast so those with dairy issues can enjoy a coffee or cereal...

I absolutely loved my stay, the room was lovely and clean, great view of the pool. Pefect location. Breakfast was lovely and a great choice. Staff were friendly. For me it should be 4 star.

The hotel was nice in the reception and food areas and located on a quiet street just 5 mins from the beach. Carpets in communal areas were stained and old. I was on floor 6 and they were terrible. My husband and I had a lovely time at this hotel. It was extremely clean and tidy. All the staff were very approachable and friendly. The pool area was clean and plenty of availability beds. I booked a double superior room & was given a very old looking room. The air conditioning was leaking all over the balcony, it was dangerous. A great value hotel in an area that is close enough to everything Benidorm has to offer but is far enough out of the Hussle and bussel to ensure you get a good night's sleep. The swimming pool isn't very big for the number of guest rooms but it is only a ten minute walk to the beach. The breakfast was excellent value at €8.

Lovely hotel. Food selection was fantastic! Never really saw the entertainment team (except in the restaurant). Maybe a little further away from the "busy area" but we were fine with this. The area felt quaint and authentic.
