Gastrohotel Boutique RH Canfali in Benidorm

Had a fabulous 4 days with my daughter staying here at the end of October. We had breakfast included which was delicious plenty of choice and generous portions. Room was slightly small but modern and had everything we needed. The staff were the nicest I've ever encountered in a hotel. From reception to breakfast team to housekeeping they all were very accommodating and reception were so helpful in advising on day trips and ordering taxis for us. We will definitely be returning keep up the amazing work and thankyou for one of my best holidays ever.

We booked for a two-day stay but ended up staying six. The location is great; even though it's in the center of town, there's no traffic noise and only the sound of the waves.
Santiago at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, giving us a warm welcome and lots of advice. His kindness was another reason we extended our stay.
The breakfast was also very satisfying.
If you're looking for a hotel in Benidorm, this is the hotel I would recommend first.

Lovely hotel in old part of Benidorm. Very clean and spacious, with lovely view over the bay.
Only real downside was that we were unable to eat in the highly recommended restaurant, as it was fully booked each evening we were there. But there are plenty of other restaurants a short walk away.

What can I say! We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful hotel.
Our room was absolutely breathtaking, with a stunning sea view from the largest balcony you could imagine — we truly felt so lucky to have it.

The hotel staff went above and beyond for us; their warm welcome and exceptional care made us feel so special from the moment we arrived.

We had previously had to cancel our trip earlier this year after I was diagnosed with cancer in February. Finally being able to travel again and come to such a charming, relaxing place — where we were spoiled in every way — was exactly what the doctor ordered!

And the food… wow! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavour, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious.
We will definitely be returning

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful hotel in August this year.

The cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the hotel staff could not faulted.

It’s location at the top of the old town is great for exploring the local and surrounding areas.

Unfortunately on the penultimate day of our holiday whilst on Poniente beach, our beach bag with our belongings containing our mobile phones, cash and bank cards were stolen by a scum bag.
Upon returning to the hotel, we explained the situation to the hotel manager.
He was extremely helpful and sympathetic.

We were left in a situation whereby we had no money and no cards to withdraw funds.

The hotel manager informed us that we would need to report the theft to the local police office which was located just outside the main Benidorm resort.
He paid for the taxi to the police station and the return journey to the hotel as we had no money.

The hotel manager also provided us both with a complimentary meal and drinks in the hotel restaurant that evening.

A fellow guest who overheard our conversation with the hotel manager then loaned us his mobile phone so that we were able to contact the banks in the UK to cancel our cards and he also loaned us €60 so that we had some funds to use on our last night of the holiday.

So if you are looking for a great hotel in Benidorm old town look no further than RH Hotel Canfali.

Great location 2min from beach and old town. Very nice hotel. Breakfasts were amazing.
