Madrid Marriott Auditorium Hotel & Conference Center

I had one of the best experiences with the staff and service from Marriott and United. I made the mistake of forgetting the exact time for dinner and they still brought the best quality food. The stay was delightful and the service was impeccable. Javier and several other staff went out of their way to help the last day of our trip, making for a perfect vacation. Thank you

Slightly dated hotel, but still well maintained. Massive hotel with 800+ rooms and an equally impressive number of meeting rooms and conference halls. Seems to be the hotel of choice for a lot of airline layovers and disruptions. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the airport and the mall nearby

Overall a great hotel. Amazing breakfast. Friendly staff. I am taking off a star because there is little convenient access to snack food. It is located in an industrial park next to the airport so there are no stores or restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The “marketplace” inside the hotel was only a few vending machines, most of which were broken. Other than that, it is a great hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here the night before departing from the airport. Taxis queue outside the entrance and used them versus waiting for the hotel shuttle. Check in was very good with necessary hotel information provided. I recommended the semi formal restaurant and the food, wine and service were excellent and prices were very fair.
Location gets dinged because nothing of note was walkable and walking around the hotel area is not pretty or great feeling of safety.

We stayed one night between a domestic flight one day and an international flight out the next morning. Shuttle from airport to hotel was convenient, although crowded. Check in was easy and the staff member was informative and polite. Room was modern, clean, and comfortable. Access to the Executive Lounge was a plus as a pleasant place to relax in the evening and morning before a long day of travel. We did not leave the hotel. It seemed to be in an industrial area. We stayed in the city center earlier in this trip and would recommend that over this hotel if your goal is to see the city of Madrid. This hotel is better for a short overnight stay to be near the airport. It seems to be primarily a convention hotel.

To return to the airport the next morning, we were not comfortable relying on the "first come, first served" hotel shuttle for our upcoming 24 hours travel. We did not want to arrive early and stand in line for the shuttle, adding even more travel time to our long day, so we took a taxi back to the airport, which cost 27+ euros and took longer than we expected (15-20 minutes), so the hotel is not immediately next to the airport.

My Iberia flight was canceled, so the airline put all of the passengers here for a night. This Marriott is gigantic and very clean. The room I stayed in had two queen-sized beds and was extremely comfortable. A buffet-style dinner was provided and the spread was more than satisfactory.

Great facility. Great service. Great pool. We were leaving for an early flight, so they got us breakfast bags to go. Drink your juice before you get to security, or you will have to dispose of it.

I arrived at the hotel having booked only hours beforehand after a long flight that was made longer by delays, causing me to miss my connection and be stuck at the airport for many hours. Shuttle bus worked great. Unfortunately the hotel was temporarily out of running water due to a maintenance issue. The staff could not have been more accommodating. Knowing I only had the day to sleep they booked me into another hotel, at the same price, and paid for my taxi to get there. It was all sorted in a matter of minutes. I can’t comment on the rooms, but management like that reflects very highly on the premises. Very convenient to the airport.

Nice location near to airport and well reachable. Liked the layout of the hotel and the way the rooms are spread out. Very comfortable rooms and great amenities provided in the hotel. Loved the morning buffet break fast as the spread was very exhaustive and very appetizing. I just wished that the hotel provides normal sized plates during the breakfast buffet rather than the smaller ones they had offered. Over all a nice experience and very well managed hotel.
