Well located for the Vatican and rooms are decent except water leaks from shower unit and the ventilation in the bathroom should be improved.

Excellent in all aspects. A stone's throw away from the Vatican, along a car-less road with outdoor cafes and restaurants, shops and at least 3 gelaterias. Staff Marika and Alessandro (and everyone for that matter) were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was super complete, and even if the menu is the same for the 8 nights (total) that we spent there, the variety is so wide. 2 lifts. Room was adequate in size. Very clean.

On the second day, at breakfast, I greeted the waiter but he ignored me. It was a rude response.
Pros:
On the first day, the room I requested did not have a bathtub, so I asked for a change and they changed it to the room I requested.
The hotel breakfast was very filling and we also had fresh salads.
If you ask, they will make cappuccino or espresso for you using a special machine. It was very delicious.
The room was kept clean every day and the front desk staff were all very kind.
This is a highly recommended hotel, but some staff members have prejudices against Asians. Just be aware of that.

The hotel is a few minutes walk from the Vatican, which is very convenient.
The triple room I booked has a large bed and a single bed. It is very suitable for a family of three. The breakfast is a European breakfast, which the whole family is used to. It is very suitable to stay here for three days and two nights to visit the Vatican.

What a fabulous break in Rome. Loved this hotel, we stayed in room 101 and it had a gorgeous balcony, room was big and cleaned daily. The hotel is in such a lovely location and there are at least 5 or 6 restaurants on the doorstep.
All the staff were helpful and friendly and I can't wait to come back!

We were staying for 5 nights. The room had no working heating or air conditioning. No hot water. We paid a lot for this hotel and we’re charged 150 extra for taxes on arrival. Considering it’s only bed and breakfast and they can’t even afford hot water shows everything. The staff are not helpful. Those working at the front desk don’t know how to speak on the phones. They just hang up. The breakfast is same everyday no changes. Rooms are very small and badly furnished. Can easily trip and hurt yourself. There was no kettle in the room. No iron. We asked for an iron they said they cannot give us one due to safety. We had no tea in the room or anything. They had a mini fridge with few snack and drink. We were conscious about this when we came into our room after paying a lot for tax and only being here 5 nights so we called the reception asking if the mini fridge snacks and drinks were free. They said no. So honestly was worst trip hotel wise. Extremely disappointed and would definitely not recommend

I stayed here in early October based on the positive reviews and the excellent location, and I was not disappointed! The reception staff were very helpful and professional. My room was quiet, well-equipped, and the bed was very comfortable.
The location is unbeatable—set in a great neighborhood with plenty of shops and cafes, close to the metro, historical sites, and within a pleasant walking distance to the city center. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is very clean and pleasant. Excellent location in a quiet street not far from the Vatican. The only thing that was extremely disappointing was the breakfast - really horrible. Bitter cucumbers, an awful attempt at "scrambled" eggs, the ham was obviously not the freshest, I would say it smelled a bit. In addition, there were tomatoes, mozzarella and lettuce leaves. The sweet part was a little better, but no miracle either. I don't even comment on coffee for breakfast, it seems to me like a shame in Italy. I would expect more from a 4* hotel. I would consider the photos of the breakfast that the hotel lists on Booking to be false advertising. Otherwise, everything in the hotel was fine, but because of the embarrassing breakfast, 3/5 for me at the most.

Less than a 5 min walk to the Saint Peter's square and the Vatican.
Rooms aren't the biggest but are nice and updated. The staff were all round friendly and accommodating.
Right outside the hotel you have a block of restaurants, coffee shops, trinket shops, ice cream shop.

This hotel is in a fantastic location just a few blocks from the Vatican and next to some great restaurants. The room was nice and cleaned well daily, the bathroom and shower were small but fine. Breakfast was good the first few days, but it was the same scrambled eggs, hot dogs, pastries, and yogurt everyday, so if you are having a longer stay it gets monotonous.
Do not fall for their advertised “20% off happy hour.” We went for drinks and were charged full price. We paid cash upfront but later that evening when we took the empty glasses up to the bar, the bartender said we hadn’t paid. Again the next evening, walking back to our room she stopped us and tried to make us pay again for the drinks we had already paid for the night before claiming she didn’t remember us paying.
Overall, a pleasant experience and would stay there again.
