The staff are very friendly and the hotel is close to bus and metro lines. However this is a 3 star hotel and not a 4 star. Not saying this as a bad thing it’s just that everything about it is 3 star

Very very poor hotel.
It's 100% not a 4* hotel, it's barely a 2*. So it's a joke having to pay the city tax for a 4* hotel.
The rooms are big and spacious, however the beds are so hard, to the point it's given me back pain.
They have no facilities also. No iron, no kettle.
Breakfast is okay. Some cereals and toast.
Location wise, it's about half an hour from the city centre but a 10-15 minute walk to the metro stations.
I would definitely not recommend staying at this hotel. Take you money elsewhere where you might get some value for your money.

Beds are rock solid. My queen sized bed is two twins pushed together which wouldn't be a problem but one is higher up than the other one. There's no sound proofing, everytime someone on a floor above us flushes the toilet it gets extremely loud in the room. My room is next the road, I expected to hear some noise but it's not tolerable.

Nice hotel. Staff are great. However...the air conditioning only runs from 11pm to 7am...t gets a bit muggy! Also, out group received mediocre meals...we saw other tour groups getting different stuff...a little disappointing.

Definitely not a four star hotel. No tea or coffee facilities in the Room but kettle and cups provided when asked for. Clean and comfortable and staff very helpful and friendly. We had a Groupon deal so good value for what we paid. No air con so wouldn't recommend in the summer months but a good location during the winter. Good bus and metro to Rome city centre

The hotel per se is not top class, but the rooms are very clean, staff is helpful and it’s quite close to the subway station.
I found the bed quite comfortable as I like hard memory foam beds and I didn’t found the area as noisy at all, but this may depend on the time of the year and weekday I stayed at the hotel (early May, weekend).
On the cons side, I found the choices of the continental breakfast a bit limited for a 4 stars hotel and I didn’t like the fact that there wasn’t shampoo and hair conditioner in the room.

On the first night it was 12C degrees in the room because, we couldn't turn on the heating with the thermostat on the wall. We only got a light blanket, which wasn't soft at all and couldn't keep us warm. The beds were very uncomfortable. One even broke under my daughter who weighs less than 50kg. The windows don't close properly. It was noisy. On the second night while I was taking a shower they turned off the warm water for an hour. I waited there with shampoo in my hair. The breakfast was very plain and they used the cheapest ingridients possible. The rooms were clean and the staff was nice.

Staff were friendly. Easy access to the Metro. Pretty basic and the breakfast was ok but nothing to write home about but we really didn't appreciate having dogs in the breakfast room. Big no no. Really really isn't a 4* hotel more like 2*. Wouldn't stay again but did the job for the 3 nights in Rome.
