Stuffs are very helpful - shared the neighbourhood and restaurants recommendation with us.
Package included breakfast - highly recommended to add on. Restaurant breakfast is amazing and they also have the happy hour drink for you.
They also offer Whatsapp CS to help with your questions =) Just need to bring some cash with you as the city tax will need to pay by cash.
I really enjoying the stay and breakfast in this hotel, highly recommend to stay in here if you can coming to Rome and I cannot wait next time visit.

We loved our two-night stay at Dharma Hotel & Luxury Suites in September of 2024. The location was a 5 minute walk from Termini train station and very easy to locate with smooth sidewalks on the way (iykyk). The staff was impeccable and available 24/7. They provided an excellent list of restaurants in the area. A buffet breakfast was included at the restaurant next door and they also had happy hour each night with snacks and a free drink. The AC worked great and the area was safe with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff helped us get transportation to the airport and was overall just really great. I can highly recommend this hotel!

I stayed three nights with my daughter on our first visit to Rome. The hotel was clean and comfortable and we took advantage of a lovely breakfast, available from the Como restaurant, next door each morning. It was a perfect base for our whistlestop tour of this beautiful city. We must give a special shout out to Anna the receptionist who greeted us on our arrival. She took the time to point out a number of places of interest and gave us numerous recommendations on places to eat. One of which was Alessio's which is only 5 minutes away. The food was amazing !! Thanks again Anna, you made our stay all the more enjoyable. We hope to return to Rome in the future to see more.

But amenities lacking

This Hotel was beautiful. This is not a 5 star hotel but it was luxurious and customer service was the best ever. The staff was amazing! The rooms made me feel like I was in Rome! The TV could be upgraded to 50 or 55 inches and should be a smart TV. But Everything else was top notch

We stayed here 2 weeks ago for 5 days. Simon and the other staff were absolutely amazing and so helpful. Our room was very spacious and had a Turkish bath. There is a very nice restaurant next door to the hotel for breakfasts. Hotel is in a very nice area, is a 5 min walk from train station, and lots to see within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Staff were all amazing, so friendly & always happy to help with transport or recommendations nothing too much trouble. Room was very clean, breakfast was a great choice and the happy hour with free Prosecco and finger food was great. Would highly recommend and definitely return if I was visiting Rome again. Excellent location.Very close to both Termini station and Repubblica Metro station.
Were greeted at reception by Anna,who was extremely friendly and efficient and showed us to our room and explained everything in detail-about sightseeing etc and the room itself.
At different times,not only Anna,but Alessio,Emiliano,Andrea and Simon always greeted us with a smiling face and helpful attitude.
The breakfast next door to the hotel,was a great way to start the day.Everything you could want-eggs,tea, coffee, toast, fruit, cereal etc.
They also do a happy hour between 5-7 pm,where they have appetisers and processeco,which is free for guests staying at hotel -nice touch.
Room was very comfortable and again, everything you needed was there.
All in all,a great experience at Dharma Hotel and you cannot beat it for location, service and facilities.

Amazing hotel. Great location right near the metro and within walking distance of lots of attractions. Staff were all amazing, so friendly and nothing too much trouble. Room was immaculately clean, breakfast there was a good choice and the happy hour with free Prosecco and finger food was great. Walking distance from Roma Termini(main train station) and other major Piazza/ ancient historical sites. Very friendly staff and they use WhatsApp to have continuous contact with their guests. Breakfast at restaurant Cotto that is downstairs next door but is owned by the property. They serve great food at the restaurant and our bfast was included. Ask for a spare key if you want to leave a/c or need to leave electronics devices in the room for charging. Rooms are small for our liking(Americans are spoiled that way) but it is a vintage building and property has done best to provide as much space as could. Restaurant staff very hospitable and offered drinks(happy hour free drinks 5-7 pm) and coffee (excellent cappuccino during breakfast time)
