We stayed at this hotel for three nights (couple), we really enjoyed it, super central location, friendly staff. Recommended!

I'm extremely picky when it comes to hotels and I must say I was more than pleased with this boutique. I've stayed in hotels all across the USA, this was our first visit to Rome and we wanted to experience every aspect of the Italian culture and this boutique did not disappoint. The staff, cleanliness, service, room, food and surroundings were all nice. The only thing that I didn't like was there was no adequate drawer space but since we were there for only there for an extended 4 day vacation with 6 large pieces of luggage, our suite provided more than adequate space for comfort. I loved that we had to schedule our breakfast. This gave us quite time to enjoy each other, no loud noise from an over crowded room, a plated full breakfast plus and no buffet. If you want special attention, no crowds, cleanliness and service with a smile, this is the place.

Not quite the experience anyone should expect, photos are tempting, but the actual room was awful, somewhere in the basement with some sort of half-windows which was very not sound proof and you could hear anyone passing by very clearly. Also price was too much for this kind of low quality.

Don't allow me check-in and refuse to refund. Just because i carried a dissembled bike and it well packed in a sack. Of course they have no bike storage neither.
the receptionist is arrogant and pretending not understand English. Which is truly rude. I felt strongly discriminated against.
I cycled from north cape in Norway to Rome, across the whole Europe and it's the first time I've encountered this kind of situation. The whole thing is ridiculous
I didn't book another hotel, but went to airport instead. Wouldn't stay in this city even one more second. Rome is the destination in my plan, but never expect it to end in such a surprise🙂

We loved this Boutique Hotel! Our room was lovely and comfortable and Fulvia at the front desk was amazing!! So friendly and helpful and she even rescued my cell phone when I left it in a cab!! WE RECOMMEND AND WE WILL BE GOING BACK! Breakfast was also absolutely wonderful!

Extremely underwhelming to say the least. I equate "boutique hotel" with "special" hotel. This is special alright, but only if you're used to sleeping in a closet. This is comparable to a CONUS Motel 6, but 5x the price and less spacious. This was only a last minute online booking to stay over and catch a flight from the airport, otherwise i would not have stayed once i saw the room. Do yourself a favor and distance yourself from this place. There are way nicer places to stay for equal or lesser prices.

Good boutique hotel in the top location. You are two blocks south from Vatican and have tens of local restaurants around you. All of the other attractions in Rome are within 1 hour of walking.
Rooms are small, but clean. Shower was very slippery and had no grab/hold handles. Breakfast was adequate, although the staff was a little slow with restocking the food/drinks.
Woukf still recommend the hotel.

What a wonderful Boutique Hotel. It's just a 7 minute walk to the Vatican tour lines to enter the Vatican. Our bedroom was just steps from the lobby area and up about 8 steps. Breakfast was included and you could eat in the cozy dining area or have breakfast room service delivered to you every morning.
There is a 24 hour person at the front desk to greet you upon entering and leaving the premises. This person also served as an information source and similar to a concierge service person. Many of the amenities you would expect in a luxury hotel are also at this hotel, and on a smaller scale.

Hotel is great. Rooms are new and modern. To New the key cards where not working so they gave me a real key. First night the hot water was not working that's why only 4 stars. Staff amazing and nice
