My husband and I had a lovely stay at the Gezi Hotel! The rooms were extremely nice and had lovely views. The Junior Bosphorus Suite was fantastic and the hotel was located in a great area. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Jerry made sure to check in with us and gave us great recommendations to explore locally. We'd definitely come stay here again when back in Istanbul!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our recent stay at this lovely hotel just a short walk from vibrant Taksim Square / Istiklal street. Guest relations manager Hale was super nice and upgraded our two deluxe rooms, one of which had a fantastic Bosphorus view. Complementary car valet service is a huge plus.

STAY AWAY FROM this place. Very disrespectful front desk and booking staff. So different than my previous experiences of visiting Turkey. Staff especially front desk are very disrespectful. Especially a guy with last name “Pinar”. He cursed in Turkish thinking we wouldn’t understand him. I would never stay at this place again. Ruined my sister’s wedding experiences.

Excellent location with an abundance of surrounding amenities and opposite a nice park.
Some rooms overlooking the water and bridges.
Our room had a great bed, a window that could be opened rather than having to use the aircon.
The breakfast was good, but had to pay for coffee anything over filtered which compared to other hotels that is standard and inclusive.
I enjoyed the location and all the staff was pleasant, warm and hospitable, which fair to say is inclusive with all Turkish service staff.

THE MOST TERRIBLE experience I ever had! Despite the fact that I booked the most expensive suite in this hotel. The man in the next room was having a party and yelling at the entire hotel till 6 am - I called the reception 3 times, sent the management of the hotel 2 emails and was even forced to call the police. And the Hotel team DID NOTHING!!! A receptionist and security smiled at the drunk man who was terrorizing the hotel floor. I had to change hotels at 6 AM. It's not a 5 star hotel at all! Don't be fooled.

Nice Service. We arrived late at night and luckily it had 24h room service. The restaurant is amazing , we dined there twice.

It was just a perfect hotel with the best view.
The staff were more than friendly and helpful, especially Mrs. Demirdes and her manager from the front desk were more than helpful and friendly. They were always able to help me. Thank you.

Lovely Hotel, felt like an upgraded Home away from Home, Delicious Breakfast with a Beautiful Terrace. Clean & Comfortable Rooms, Convenient Location. The Staff were Super Friendly, with Contagious Smiles 😊

A great hotel! Convenient location, cozy atmosphere, friendly service, amazing view of the bridge to Asia, commuter ferries and cargo ships (from our water-view room), and a great restaurant with fantastic food and original cocktails. Try the Delma salad, the soup of the day and the Pearly Night—featuring the bartender’s own pear syrup with just a hint of cinnamon. Perfect for relaxing after a day spent seeing the sights. Istanbul is a beautiful city with so much to offer. The Gezi Hotel Bosphorus was a perfect home base.

A smaller perhaps less well known hotel but I found the location spot on. It’s close to Taksim square , close to transport and not far in a taxi to the hospitals and port area that takes you Asia side. I would
Advice pay extra to get a view of the Bosporus as that was the highlight for me. Rooms are modern but quite small so better suited for business or individuals. Service is friendly and efficient.
