Location: 25 km from airport Istanbul, in Taksim. The Taksim district is one of the most popular districts of Istanbul with many hotels, clubs, restaurants, shops, concert halls. The quarter includes Taksim square, Galatasaray square, Tunel, and of course the famous pedestrian street Istiklal street is the center of focus of the nightlife of Istanbul.
Total 230 rooms.
Consists of one 18-storey building (40% of rooms with sea view).

In the free services of the Club Lounge (16th floor) includes:

Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location. The staff are mainly young so you have to give them some relaxation but the senior staff are truly professionals. We were greeted by Mr. Murat at the pool bar who knew how to serve many guests at the same time with his strongest weapon, his smile.

One of the best hotels I stayed in Istanbul, room was comfortable and the service was outstanding, I was carrying my luggage around 50m from the entrance of the hotel to which I was greeted by two bell boy which hurriedly offered us to carry our luggage. Dinner at the Safran restaurant was also great, the waiter was really kind tend to our every needs, the food was also great. Breakfast was also great as they had various options and great quality, the gymnasium was also very huge that they had to seperate it into different sections. Overall a really great hotel to stay in, with a beautiful lobby.

The stay was amazing, i stayed for 5 nights and it was incredible. the rooms were clean and tidy and a splendid view. the staff are very nice,and the breakfast is very tasty. looking forward for coming again.

Hardly a five star hotel, then again the price is lower than what I would expect of a five star hotel as well. Room was nice enough, but quite worn and not properly cleaned. Toiletries were not refilled, despite repeated requests. Great view of the city from the room. Good breakfast buffet.

Location: very close from the subway station M2 Taksim square.
Rooms: very nice and specious, but a little bit aged.
Services: all staffs are very nice, especially Mr. Memet in the reception and Mr. Osman in the restaurant on the grand floor. They are the best.
Foods: very nice, especially breakfast was amazing with a lot of choices.

Massive breakfast spread .. possibly the best we have had. And generally a very helpful staff. Rooms and facilities are what one expect from a 5 star and centrally located

I am extremely satisfied with my stay in this hotel, great location, great view of the Bosphorus, friendly staff and reception, and clean rooms. The only thing that might be better is a more complete breakfast, which lacks the salmon and seafood that you see in most five-star hotels. It's possible and I wasn't in this hotel, but overall it's a lovely hotel. I'll definitely go to Istanbul next time, it's one of the main options.

I just had an overnight stay. But as IHG rewards club member I enjoyed an excellent service. Awesome club room on the 16th floor overlooking the Bosporus. Thanks to the guest relations team for doing a great job. The breakfast was marvellous.
