Worst customer service ever! This property didn’t reply to my messages about check in process even though i contacted them multiple times in many ways.

I stayed here for about 5 days. The room was clean and nice. The place is very quite, so you can sleep 💤 very nice.
The staff are very friendly and very helpful, especially Mohamed, the short one and the young boy who just started working therem as he aslo speaks English.
The lady who cleans is very friendly and very nice.
Over role great place to stay, it's nearby shops and restaurants.

One of the worst customers service. I booked a room in the hotel and tried to cancel then they threaten me if I canceled they will inform the authorities. The funny thing is I don’t need any visa to enter

We planned to stay at the accommodation with a group of 8, but that did not happen due to misleading behaviour of the accommodation representatives. Even though it was mentioned that no payment is needed and we need to pay only during check in, in 12 hours since we book the rooms they tried to charge the money for the entire stay, but when failed due to low balance they tried to charge for one night. When we asked for explanation the response was that they will not keep the reservation if we do not pay at least for one night. We cancelled the reservation ourselves because we were warned and did not know what else to expect from such a place. Such a disappointment with the level of customer service, do not mislead people and adjust booking conditions if you would like to get paid in advance
PS. To response to the comment from the owner: we didn't stay in your hotel, but because your "service" failed before we could check-in. You didn't rejected us, we cancelled the booking. Stop misleading customers and be a good host. Good luck.

Wow. I've spent almost 4 weeks in this hotel. and lemme tell. you it was such an amazing experience. Family business in its finest. staff are nice, friendly, welcoming, cooperative and respectful. They're the best. They speak English well. no worries about that. the location is perfect, near to markets and the metro station. The only downside about it is that there's no elevator. I'd recommend it definitely.

The best thing about this hotel is location. Walking distance to söğütlüçeşme train station, to Kadikoy Metro, kadikoy farries. Secondly restaurants and cafes around the hotel are good, having good tastes and not too expensive like in main tourist areas.
Rooms, amenities and facilities are equal to what you are paying.
Staff is polite and understandable. I would definitely come here for next visit to istanbul.

Their interest begins at the time of booking, the location is shared, the room photo is sent to the hotel. When you arrive at the hotel, you are greeted with a warm welcome and first shown to your room, then your procedures are carried out. This kind of application really relaxes you at the point of trust. Rooms are clean, very cute and comfortable hotel. Being close to everywhere is a special beauty.

İt is one of the best hotels av ever been in. Besides it being cheap comfortable and being safe security wise. And near the centre town of kadiköy
