I express my gratitude to the staff of the hotel. They are such hard workers - they clean and wash something all day long. So nice to come back to clean rooms. The hotel administrators are very polite - it is always a pleasure to contact them for any request.

This is a very nice hotel , with a good location for tourists . I would like to mention separately Murat, on Gestrelation. A very responsive person.

Good location. Around is many shops and restaurants. I not really like breakfast. Vegetables, eggs, omlet is really goid. Meet and cheese not so good... Sausages terrible. Maybe because no pork:)

Zero stars horrible hotel do not waste your time here this is not a 5 star hotel at all rooms are old ,, service is horrible I simply asked for 2 baby cribs given only one and been told that they give the other one to some one else although I've been asking them since 2 days but nothing spent horrible nights without sleeping.. will never return to this miserable place at all.

The services provided is not good enough. There is only three small elevators and there is no stairs at all. There is only one emergency exit stairs and they don't allow any one to use it. I don't mind at all if they allow any one to use it. However, when there is too many people going up and down I must wait at least 15 minutes to go down which is too much especially when I am in hurry. Also, I noticed that the room services are not good enough.

Racist uncultured stuff they were treating the refugees very badly and forcing them to enter from the back door, The rooms need renovation and of course it's not a 5 star hotel it was abandoned compared to Istanbul hotels!

Very good location you are almost close to all attractive places.
Good prices and staff was good and polite.
Breakfast was fare.
The rooms are very old decoration and very old furnitures and the bathroom also, its doesn't worth
five stars. ( 3 stars will be fare)
Elevators was very small and crowded and need waiting long time especially at breakfast time and 10:00 pm

Nice location, away from crowded Taksim square. Small elevators in a high rise. Hotels needs to remodel the elevators. Good/nice staffs
