Awesome Hotel in a great location. Several restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance.
Special shoutout to Ms. Gülten from the cleaning staff, who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything i needed during my stay! She is amazing!!

I came to the hotel twice. The hotel is in a nice and calm area, with all facilities around.

Rooms are clean and cozy.

They have a cool gaming area at basement,

Breakfast boufee is cool but their room food is bad. Room service is somehow slow.

An opportunity to be repeated for sure.

We booked this hotel several months ago as a 5 star and to Europe and North American standards I’d give this a solid 4 but definitely not five.
My trip was made special as I had Zoleikha the house keeper take such amazing care of us. She treated me nothing short of a mother and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of. She was simply wonderful and the reason I would return to this hotel

Very nice place , clean and nice rooms . Make sure you book your room from floor 14 and up . It has magical views. Only like 20 min from Taksim . The staff are very polite and professional.

The hotel is very nice and modern, the rooms are amazing and the staff is friendly. The cleaner nihal is really sweet and friendly and did an amazing job. The WiFi in this hotel is one of the best WiFi’s I’ve experienced in hotels before. Overall a good experience !

Amazing hotel, security and reception are lovely gents, really respectful! The cleaners are amazing our rooms were perfect every day and they are the most lovely ladies, our cleaner Nihal is a beautiful lady was always happy to see her smiley face, and amazing work ethnic. We was here after my friend had surgery and the aftercare nurses visited lots and was amazing also, cannot fault them , Emel was the most amazing nurse so caring and compassionate and the most amazing nurse, beautiful women looking after us cleaners and nurses, overall amazing experience! We didn’t get to explore the hotel much as my friend was limited with surgery but gorgeous food and room service was brilliant, cannot fault them theyv really looked after my friend here x

I was visiting Turkey from New York, and had the opportunity to to stay here a few nights, had issues with online booking reservations thought the experience was going to be a nightmare , on my birthday weekend to, the hotel managers did a amazing job with everything they are top notch first class they are a big reason this is a 5 star review only because the managers saved the experience with how professional they handled the situation… but back to the Hotel!! This hotel has one of the most gorgeous & breathtaking views on the planet, it sits next to the Zorlu Mall which is def a place you want on should be on your bucket list… walking distance from the hotel, and the trip alone is a trip on its own!! So amazing but def a great hotel to stay at, def worth the price for the area!! Great location and nice amenities in this hotel from the food to the entertainment!! I would Love stay here again on my next visit.

Me and a friend came to stay in Istanbul for eight days. The hotel is to my absolute satisfaction. Mainly because the staff is super firendly and supportive. The staff cleaning the room, his name is Güray, comes every morning smiling and friendly always up for a nice conversation. It makes your stay feel very personal and welcoming.
The breakfast Buffet is plenty. The evening dinner is Ok.
