Reviews
The hotel was calm and quiet, clean with very nice attentive staff.
I had no room service but lots of sudden and not timely housekeeping services.
The ladies were patient and clean and caring. I had to ask them to change my bloody bedsheets after each visit from my nurses one more time each day and they were friendly enough even at those times.
I even once asked for a housekeeping service while the ladies were not there and soon a lady came in and happily changed my bedsheets which I am pretty sure it was not that easy and pleasant. They all were amazing.
Breakfasts were very exciting and full of international and traditional Turkish choices with the best Simits you can find in town.
The meals were very expensive but very delicious and good quality.
There are three things to improve though.
1. It would be nice if we have Tissue boxes and toothpaste in the rooms and also a usb port on the walls for the chargers.
2. In our room the were scum under the shower door and lots of stains on the carpet and the carpets in the corridors. It would feel better if they are all cleaned.
3. There are plenty of people in your hotel from other countries so it would be very effective and welcoming if the staff could speak English and we could communicate with them verbally.
The other disappointment was cigarette smoke coming into the room from the central heating/cooling.
It's situated on a busy road in the financial district - about 40 mins (ish) from both airports but not close to any tourist attractions.
Rooms were of a good quality. Modern and well kept, we were pleased with them. Checkin was also quick and efficient.
Service was mostly good. Room service was excellent. Sometimes ordering at breakfast was tricky and we frequently didn't get what we ordered. This could be a language issue and some of the staff serving clearly didn't want to be there.
Breakfast on the 18th floor was a mixed bag food wise. Great views of the surrounding area though.
Biggest complaint that at night it was super noisy on the main road (4 nights out of 7) and even 1 night of an event at the hotel and guests being rowdy.
The service was great. Unfortunately the leisure activities have been a little sparse.
The gaming area simply doesn't exist and I couldn't find the library.
But the swimming pool, sauna etc. were amazing!
We stayed here as an accommodation for a hair transplant and for that it was perfect!
(Be aware that there is no public transport nearby and you usually need to take some kind of taxi/uber to get around, since walking distance is not a thing here)
Positive:
- 10 minute walk from the Gayrettepe metro station
- many restaurants surroundings the hotel
- the room size is correct
- Many TV channels (included sports channel)
- Indoor Swimming pool
Negative:
- WIFI always ask to connect and speed to be improved
- Cleaning, not great
- Bad sleep, too many lights and room was cold, only one small blanket provided
- Gym is noisy and busy as it is share with external people (changing room and shower not so clean, plus steam room not working one day)
Special shoutout to Ms. Gülten from the cleaning staff, who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything i needed during my stay! She is amazing!!
Rooms are clean and cozy.
They have a cool gaming area at basement,
Breakfast boufee is cool but their room food is bad. Room service is somehow slow.
An opportunity to be repeated for sure.
My trip was made special as I had Zoleikha the house keeper take such amazing care of us. She treated me nothing short of a mother and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of. She was simply wonderful and the reason I would return to this hotel
