The reception they are rude to guests
No good location
No good cleaning

The breakfast is not fresh I was about to throw out when I test the omelette
All of the windows was broken the first time I open it the window falls down
And they ask for 150 dollars as cleaning but they want it as tipping

There was this guy, tall with long hair, wandering around the lobby, who seemed to be the owner or manager of some sort and was really rude and impolite.
The room was awful.
I liked the breakfast, though.
The hotel is located on a narrow street full of car-repair shops and auto services.
There is a 20-minute walk to Taksim Square but the ground is highly sloped in some parts. However, if you have problem walking there, there is this shuttle service heading to Taksim every hour or so that spares you the uphill walk.
The front-desk man, Motlou, and the porter were really polite and friendly.
My recent experience at Dora Hotel was underwhelming. Located in an inconvenient industrial area, the hotel struggled with basic hospitality standards. The rooms were not clean, with visible stains on linens, poorly lit (barely any light), noisy with thin walls and windows, and the breakfast offered was basic. Additionally, the spa services were significantly overpriced compared to local options.
The staff's demeanor was unhelpful and at times rude, further dampening the experience. A notable incident involved a taxi scam arranged by the hotel to the airport, where we were charged double the quoted fare. When we sought help, the hotel staff refused to assist, highlighting a lack of professionalism.
In summary, Dora Hotel did not meet expected standards in cleanliness, value, or customer service. Booking this hotel is not recommended. The attached photo, showing only one star lit, effectively illustrates the overall quality.
I told him how are you doing this, this is not professional, he told us to leave or else he’ll act up.
He even told me “if you did not have your woman, i would’ve hurt you”
It was insane to have this kind of experience in a hotel.
I would never recommend this place for the sake of your safety of you and your loved ones.
I believe agoda needs to take action somehow.
The manager on the reception was very obnoxious and rude to the guest and very unprofessional, I've never seen a guest been embarrassed in front of another guest.
The aircon was noisy..
The window is broken..
My advice to all.. just don't
No bell boy service for luggage was given.
Rooms are good but service is worst.
