My stay at Titanic Port Bakirkoy was for just 2 days. I chose this hotel because of its convenient location, close to the concert venue.
Check-in took a little longer than expected due to a system issue, and we couldn’t pay for our stay immediately. However, after about 10 minutes, we were offered welcome drinks, and the check-in process was completed smoothly. The receptionist spoke good English, was friendly, and very helpful.
The room was exactly as shown on the website, with a comfortable bed. I requested an orthopedic pillow, which arrived within 2 minutes. There were small welcome gestures, including chocolates and complimentary water, though the minibar was at an extra charge. The bathroom had high-quality toiletries, and the room was clean and well-maintained.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

5/5 CUSTOMER SERVICE. MELEK is a GEM ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stayed here for two weeks visiting Istanbul with my sister. I loved the location given that it was in close proximity to great cafes/restaurants/shops/cinemas. The hotel offered delicious food, high standard of house keeping and good wifi. We were welcomed by Melek upon arrival who helped us settle in and she was a call away if we needed anything at all. Very happy with the overall experience and would highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Titanic Hotel during our vacation in Istanbul, and I highly recommend it. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. Check-in was seamless, and our room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The hotel’s location is ideal, with easy access to shopping malls and various restaurants.
I want to especially commend the staff for their outstanding service, which truly enhanced our vacation. Special thanks to Malak and Burak for their hospitality and for always checking if we needed anything at breakfast. Also, a shout-out to Beyza and Hamza for their excellent service.

Great staff Service & smiles I have experienced in Turkey. Breakfast is very nice, so is Ms. Melek. Very kind & polite.
HOWEVER
We were there 2 rooms for a week, but could only give my room 2 hrs extra for check-out. Else I had to pay.
UNEXPECTED DISAPPOINTMENT. Started thinking that those smiles were just for ratings.

I stayed at titanic port for 6 nights and the service was amazing. Malek from guest services is an amazing host she was constantly checking in on us and was super helpful providing any information we needed during our stay in Istanbul she really made us a feel like valued guests.
The breakfast buffet was nice and the junior suite was lovely.
The location is also perfect compared to other areas in Istanbul it is much more relaxed and is in easy access to many great restaurants and shops.
Look forward to staying here on our next visit

I’ve stayed regularly - at least a few day every, every other month - for more than 10 yrs at Titanic…and enjoyed my stays always and always…
Location’s very convenient…
But customer relations, front desk and restaurant services were/are amazing…like home like family…

Thoroughly enjoyed my week long stay, staff and service was exceptional. Special mention to Melek and Serdar for their attentive care and support for first time visitors to Istanbul.

Family of 5. Had a long stay in this hotel. Stayed in the family rooms ( connected rooms private entrance/ hallway loved it really spacious).
Two negatives of the room : poor ventilation in the the toilets and the mattress was smaller than the bed base suffice to say our legs are covered in bruises.
Great breakfast but needs more variation.
Swimming pool needs to be more kid friendly change the spa theme open the lights. Alot of old cranky guests hassled us whenever they heard a peep out of our children.
Lovely service from the reception,restaurant and cleaning staff.

Great place to stay! Great staff, very helpful, I felt very comfortable during my stay here. I find myself as a difficult person to please, but staff did their best to the possible extent. I want to thank and highlight exceptional service of Fethiye(member of a cleaning staff), Melek(member of a kitchen) and all reception staff and laundry service. Only good memories from Istanbul!
