Reviews
Check-in took a little longer than expected due to a system issue, and we couldn’t pay for our stay immediately. However, after about 10 minutes, we were offered welcome drinks, and the check-in process was completed smoothly. The receptionist spoke good English, was friendly, and very helpful.
The room was exactly as shown on the website, with a comfortable bed. I requested an orthopedic pillow, which arrived within 2 minutes. There were small welcome gestures, including chocolates and complimentary water, though the minibar was at an extra charge. The bathroom had high-quality toiletries, and the room was clean and well-maintained.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.
I want to especially commend the staff for their outstanding service, which truly enhanced our vacation. Special thanks to Malak and Burak for their hospitality and for always checking if we needed anything at breakfast. Also, a shout-out to Beyza and Hamza for their excellent service.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved the hospitality at this hotel.
HOWEVER
We were there 2 rooms for a week, but could only give my room 2 hrs extra for check-out. Else I had to pay.
UNEXPECTED DISAPPOINTMENT. Started thinking that those smiles were just for ratings.
The breakfast buffet was nice and the junior suite was lovely.
The location is also perfect compared to other areas in Istanbul it is much more relaxed and is in easy access to many great restaurants and shops.
Look forward to staying here on our next visit
