The hotel is very clean and neat. The staff is very gentle, cooperative, patient, and kind. They are always ready to help and to be there for you.
There are a ton of facilities to choose from and services that are provided in the best manners.
The breakfast is heavily varied with local and international items. There are multiple restaurants and terraces throughout the hotel that all provide beautiful views and top-notch food.
Some things are overpriced, but this is typical of a 5-star renowned hotel. The renovated rooms are beautiful but they are a huge bump from the non-renovated rooms.

My family had a wonderful time in our favorite hotel. We always stay in Hilton if there is one in any city we visit. Sometimes we stay in other hotels and miss Hilton. We love the service and all other amenities that Hilton provides and great location with style and history. Amazing service and comfortable rooms. Staff are very helpful special thanks to .Mr Murat and Mr mehmet were exceptionally helpful.

Great experience; the hotel takes advantage of its unique location vast grounds and perfect vantage point.
Bosphorus rooms were really worth the extra charge.
The hotel is undergoing a major and well deserved renovation which was under progress during our stay, but did not interfere much with the services.
The staff were polite kind and helpful.

I really want to give it a 5 star. The breakfast was exceptional. Staff were very nice. However the issues are minor things that can be fixed. For example, bath tub not draining, bath glass door keep opening. We also had two rooms, one was stocked with care packets, the other was mostly bare. Indoor pool under construction which was a big bummer. The biggest issue i had was they had no clue about the hours of operation of hair dresser on site. Someone told me the night before it would be open 10-10. That morning someone told me 9-9. The salon told me they are open 8-8. I hope they get these fixed till next time we would love to visit.

Great day at the pool. Rooms were big and had a balcony. Older styled room. Pool was good. Life guards were there the whole time. Good service and lovely staff at the pool and reception area.

My five stars goes mainly to the front desk staff and the manager Abdullah Yilmaz, who I can say is a genius in customer service and hospitality. He is professional and perfect in keeping the the customers loyal to the brand , if i can say the room design was not at my expectations however he made every possible effort to make me satisfied, i do recommend this hotel and i do recommend him to be a brand manager .

I think I stayed there 4 times and every experience was AMAZING, I loved every aspect, especially the view of the Veranda restaurant, and the view from my room's balcony was just epic in the morning. Staff were friendly and attentive. food is great and I believe its a great value for money. The location is right in the middle of everything, accessibility to any location in the city is high. I dont think I need to go and try another franchise, this hotel is my Go-to all the time.

I’d usually enjoy staying in Hilton brands, but this time I can’t give beyond 3.5 stars. The property’s rather old, perhaps the legacy and themes meant to be part of the charm, but still does not justify the overall cost / experiences.
Wall’s pretty thin, you can pretty much hear cart strolling, staff’s chatting in the hall, even as much as what your neighbors are talking (doing) at night. And it’s unfortunate, my stay coincides with summer concert, which ends only at 12 AM every single night.
Redemptions were on the awesome staff’s services, food’s quality and location.
