I stayed here for a week. Room was good, looks new to me as it just renovated, pillow dan bed also good. Breakfast very nice menu, got change every day. Location just near street not so busy, more importantly near the mosque, land contour flat, I feel lucky ever stayed in this hotel.

The hotel staff were very kind and friendly with us and our kids, the hotel restaurant' staff were exceptionally sweet and joyful and very welcoming. We spent amazing 8 nights with them and definitely we will come back again for staying. The location was perfect, the restaurants out of the hotel were good we will and there is a very beautiful modern coffee shop as well

Stayed on 23rd October 2024 7 nights. Very bad smell in the toilet due to the fault of plumbing. The hotel is very clean the staff are very kind breakfast was very good plenty of choice. Last year April 2023 I stayed second floor the toilet was okay no bad smell. I request the management to rectify this issue.

Looking for a friendly, helpful staffs? Here is not it. We booked their very pricey hotel transfer - not only the front staffs were not interested, they walked away from us into the office. Then the pricey transfer service were half and hour late and the car got a broken window.
The room was nice and clean but i think you can find better service with this price.

This hotel is great! I would highly recommend it! My mom and I stayed here for a week during our first visit to Istanbul. The staff is very helpful and so nice. Thank you to Gökhan for helping me reach the local market and thank you to one of the girls who recommended us to go to Ti Amo restaurant on our last night, it was perfect!
The hotel in the center and close to everything, which is good because it cuts down on commute time. The breakfasts were delicious. The cleaning employee man was amazing - he helped us close our windows so the A/C turned on, he always stocked us with water bottles and kept everything clean. Airport transportation was always on time and drove right up to the hotel, helped unload and load our luggage. Overall, very satisfied with our experience.

In the center of Sirkeci, lots of shops and bazaars nearby, the Bosphoru is in a walking distance, staff are very helpful and attentive. Rooms are great and well maintained. Not to worry about the restaurants (plenty around the area) Special thanks to the reception who helped in assisting with taxi and our luggage to the Main Street and yes I will definitely come back again

All team is friendly, they make you feel at your own home, good breakfast with excellent service and delicious turkish coffee ( try the not filtered ), room very clean ( good house keeper ), best location for the hotel ( near to all public transportation ) , i spend 5 nights in the hotel really it was comfortable and safe. Best choice to stay in sirkeci hotel.

The staff were excellent, the whole place was as clean as it could be and the room and value for money was 5 star. Highly recommend. It is also within walking distance of many of the attractions in Istanbul.

The best place to stay in Istanbul. The staff are amazing and very kind, they will go out of their way to make it the best holiday possible.
Location is amazing with lovely places to eat nearby.
