In the center of Sirkeci, lots of shops and bazaars nearby, the Bosphoru is in a walking distance, staff are very helpful and attentive. Rooms are great and well maintained. Not to worry about the restaurants (plenty around the area) Special thanks to the reception who helped in assisting with taxi and our luggage to the Main Street and yes I will definitely come back again

All team is friendly, they make you feel at your own home, good breakfast with excellent service and delicious turkish coffee ( try the not filtered ), room very clean ( good house keeper ), best location for the hotel ( near to all public transportation ) , i spend 5 nights in the hotel really it was comfortable and safe. Best choice to stay in sirkeci hotel.

The staff were excellent, the whole place was as clean as it could be and the room and value for money was 5 star. Highly recommend. It is also within walking distance of many of the attractions in Istanbul.

The best place to stay in Istanbul. The staff are amazing and very kind, they will go out of their way to make it the best holiday possible.
Location is amazing with lovely places to eat nearby.

Excellent location but awful gutter smell in the rooms due to faulty drainage. Ruined our stay. No replacement room offered and staff just masked the smell with excessive spray which made it worse. Absolutely gross

We have had the most amazing experience at Grand Sirkeci. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly, Omer especially tended to every need as well as sorted out a luggage concern we had. Everyone is helpful and the service is brilliant. The breakfast buffet has ample options and was delicious. Thank you for your excellent service all round.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Istanbul.
Checked into 2 interconnected rooms. There was 4 of us. 2 adults and 2 children. Within walking distance of all amenities. Tram stop is a 3 minute walk from the entrance. I would like to thank all the staff for their hospitality

We have stayed for seven nights in Grand Serkeci and it was our great experience and best choice to stayed in this hotel.
Everything was amazing, very progessional and cooperative staff, housekeeping service, receiptionist, breakfast menu was superb.
I will not hesitate to give Grand Serkeci a score of 9.5 for their best services.
