This is a good hotel situated in a prime location. The staff is excellent throughout. Chef Arujun, Jhoezen, and Louis are a few of the people I get to know better. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are top quality

We were upgraded to a spacious suite with modern decor, a luxurious bathroom, and a super comfy bed. Be aware of potential noise from the hotel's bar/club during the night, but our room was quiet

Visited for one night, reception was friendly and the cafe downstairs was well priced and served a good coffee. I had dinner in the restaurant in the 18th floor and the facilities and food options were excellent

The location is fantastic for theme park fans. It's a short walk to Seaworld, Ferrari World, Warner Brothers, and Yas Waterworld. The adults-only pool on the roof of the WB Hotel was absolutely amazing

Amazing apartment hotel when staying around Yas Island!!!!! Absolutely love it , space is big, always clean, courteous and friendly staff. Free shuttle bus just right outside the door

The whole team is very polite, friendly and always smiling. Head chef at the breakfast time was a happy chappy and engaged with all the guests personally

Very nice hotel! Beautiful lobby with a nice pool and bar. A major plus is there is a *very* inexpensive liquor shop very nearby, perfect for when on holiday and desiring some good drinks for cheap

Besides this, the hotel was very good, although the swimming pool is quite small

The hotel has a good location, the rooms are big and clean. but if you have a car you will face an issue to park.

Standard is good.. room are clean.. lifts are.more than enough .. on the rooftop a music bar and swimming pool..which is more of a pool not swimming pool.. Has no concierge..

Everything is great staff food service location etc… But the Internet connection very very poor We are in AI times and this is a small ask I believe to fix.

And cherry on top they had a very good service -Mr Rohit and Mr Dinesh - warm welcoming smiles ,really friendly and helpful through out, all requests were accepted with a smile. Will surely suggest this place

Good treatment as a plat - was able to use my SNA’s for an upgrade to one of their awesome one bed pool suites, late checkout was offered and we got some sweet surprises in the room during our stay

It's about an hour's drive from Abu Dhabi. There's a section of desert road before arriving, but the road is in good condition. Even though we were the only car on the road, we arrived quickly and weren't worried

It's very convenient for self-driving tours. The entire resort is very charming and photogenic. While the desert isn't as vast and boundless as one might imagine, the facilities are good and the staff are very friendly

Al Ain Palace hotel gives you that old school UAE feel. This place has a nice charm to it. Considering the hotel itself is over 142 years old. When you walk through their doors. You are also walking into history

Upon checking out, staff was kind to order a cab for me. The hotel is right across from the corniche. Clean area and beautiful scenary. Lots of restaurants and bars around if you are seeking entertainment

The only thing I’d say is that the food taste could be improved; last year it was definitely better, though there are plenty of nearby options to try. Breakfast was okay, but not really matching the room price

The hotel is centrally located. It is a 20 min brisk walk to the promenade and the Corniche beach. The hotel is older but the rooms are really big. The furniture is older but everything is clean and tidy

This hotel is situated in a residential area of Abu Dhabi. Nice rooms, Clean toilets, good behavior. Their room rent is also reasonable. This hotel would be a good choice for staying in Abu Dhabi.

The only problem with the hotel is the location. You need to walk for 10-15 mins to get to the main road where the restaurants and groceries are, and sometimes it's hard to get a taxi

Every thing is perfect except the elevator bell my room was very far from the elevator but every time you can hear the elevator bell, specifically at night not easy to sleep with that sound

Service is quite slow and staff are cold to visitors, nice city view facilities are pretty good for this price , worthy enough for a relaxing night .

The cleaners also wash the dishes! Ac was cool and the room also has a sliding door. One of the best things is private basement parking that many other hotels in the area don’t provide

The lounge had a fully functional kitchen too with crockery, spoons and forks all available. There’s no need to bring any kitchen apparatus apart from blenders maybe

Warm Welcoming reception in Arabic and English. Loved the woden decorations and the street view. Fully equipped kitcken (even the baking pan!! Really everything)

Every thing was available and working: Iron board, WiFi, TV, wardrobes, bath tub, good view, Private parking. The only downside was no room service

And the parking is for residents only after 9pm

Stayed there for 2 months when I first moved to Abu Dhabi. 10/10 would recommend
