Overall, a great experience at the hotel. The staff is attentive and considerate towards the guests especially Gian at the reception who helped us and went out of the way to make us feel comfortable. I’m going to surely visit again. I recommend it.

Beds is considered hard but do ask for extra pillows to make it better. Comes with bath tub. Movie channel on TV is nice. Breakfast with on e spot eggs station is good.

This "4-star" hotel is a shining example of how not to run a luxury establishment. The lobby, a cavernous, echo-filled space, could double as a haunted house. The elevators has a sensory assault of foul smell And don't even get me started on the hallways, which reeked of something that could only be described as "institutional disinfectant gone wrong." It's a truly remarkable achievement to make a hotel feel so... unwelcoming. I'd give it a generous rating of 0.5 stars, but that's being kind.

Never again! It is a very dated hotel despite its 4 stars rating. When checking in to my horror, the front desk allocated a room that was not made & ready for staying. Still in a messy state left by previous occupants.
The second day, I left the made-up room sign on, but when I returned several hours later, the room was not even made. Had to remind the room attendant along the corridor to clean it. The last draw was when I returned later in the night, hoping for a good shower and have a good rest, no towels nor toiletries was present.

It’s my second time here
But this time I have some complaints
The room is spacious and clean, and the view is so nice BUT the room service is not good, first of all, they didn’t put 2 bottle of water and when I called the reception to bring the water. He wants to let us pay for the water!!! And the day after the room service didn’t put 2 towels! This was so unprofessional
This stay was uncomfortable.
The location is good but almost busy road

It was a lovely Experience, Rooms are really nice, Spacious room , Easily good for 2, Thanks to Mr.Adnan At the Front desk for making this lovely city view happening for us, We made a mistake for accidentally selecting a twin room online, Thanks to him for arranging this for us, overall a great stay, Very good location. Also I loved the Chicken Caesar salad from their Room dining! Kudos! 🤍💯

I went to one bar in this hotel. ‘Coco bar’
I like the bar in general. But they have a rule that they cannot change money.
I wanted to exchange my money for smaller notes so i can tip the staff. However its against their policies. Such a shame. Id love to reward the individuals for their services. However the bar itself neglected me this opportunity.

The hotel itself is attractive however it has been the worst Hotel so far I've visited. Their Customer services is very unprofessional. I was there for couples of days and honestly everything seems weird to me. From the useless incompetent security supervisor, lazy room attendants among racist arrogant, disrespectful receptionist. ...I don't know if the Human Resource Management is their their job

Amazing stay at Montreal as allways. Fast checking and checkout. Good rooms and friendly staff. Even forgot my wallet at the room when checking out, staff came down to reception and gave it to me. Good service and honest people 🙏will definitely be coming back

We found a small cockroach in the toilet and the management didn’t even take it away for two days. Then I had to remove it myself. Beds were made everyday and towels changed.
Generally speaking this hotel is 10 years old and it feels like it’s 25 years old. Old TV, nakered phones and the hardest mattresses you will ever sleep in your life. I felt like I was a Monk.
