When I asked simple questions, they were dismissive and impatient, offering no real assistance. The lack of courtesy and basic hospitality was shocking for a hotel that is supposed to prioritize guest satisfaction.
Overall, this stay left a very bad impression. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good service or a comfortable experience. There are plenty of better options in Montreal where guests are treated with respect.
I also lost a gold necklace of more than 10 grams and 1000 AED during my stay. On top of that, the gym is poorly equipped, with most of the machines not working.
My advice: do not visit this place—you will only end up frustrated and disappointed.
If you’re planning to stay in Al Barsha Dubai, I’d recommend going for Hotel Grandeur instead. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this one.
