I made a call this morning to make sure of my reservation, and the employee spoke to me indifferently, then hung up the phone, and this behavior is unacceptable and inappropriate with anyone, and I tried to make the call again, and he did not answer, and this gives a bad impression of the Marriott Hotel. Is this the case in customer service? But when I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist greeted me with respect and her manner was good. I recommend this hotel. The location is good, but respect for customers is a must. Thank you

Constant floodings, during showers in the room, inexperienced member of staff, although late checkout granted, access cards deactivated prior checkout, door card not working, ID card and passport in the room, and all that just before checkout. Hotel doesn't offer hotel points and don't want those to be claimed by removing the folio number from their invoices. Complained on Twitter to Marriott and they are saying that it is up to the hotel, Mister Jayson Hollingworth, Operations Manager, informed that Marriott headquarters are responsible for such points. The whole hotel is a mismanaged disaster, even the emails they're sending to welcome their Elite members are bouncing. I stayed from 18th to 22nd and every member is supposed to receive stay and points credited within 72 hours. Apart from that, their food and beverage menu is below the carpet and it is basically a dry hotel without alcohol as well. Member of staff just stands around and smiles, but has no idea how to run hospitality operations. Don't stay there, the hotel is a fiasco.

To be honest, the hotel has just been opened on Mo 15 Nov 2021 and although it is brand new, with state of the art design and facilities, there are loads of drawbacks. They need to clearly seek for improvement, especially during their check-in, room handling procedures, as well as the design failures, meaningless security measures and their Momo Restaurants menu, pricing, food variety offerings and the member of staff working in that place. Their swimming pool, sauna and gym marvelous, their indoor parking clean and tidy, however, there is still construction material lying around, etc. Their weekday breakfast is just until 10am, which is not common, usually 1030 during weekdays, weekends, 11am is fine. I'm speaking as experienced Titanium Elite member, with over 230 room nights in my Marriott BonVoy account in 2021 alone. Most of the hotel guests I talked to during breakfast mentioned that they only checked in due to their Titanium or Platinum Status, and we all came to the conclusion (over 10 guests I've been socializing with) that the check-in timing has been delayed for hours, which means loyalty members made use of late check-out and simply no rooms have been made available. I did have a look at several rooms of guests and there are flaws such as, the toilet door is directly hitting your face if a second guest opens the door, and if the room is dark and you would leave the room it stays dark, but once you return and as soon as you tap the access card onto the door, every single light switches on and the second guest (that may be sleeping) will be awake due to the festival party light kicking in. (Insane wakeup call for someone wants to actually sleep at night). The shower rooms are constantly flooding, by not even taking a long shower, the water fall sewage is just not sucking the water out fast enough. Another big issue is the Momo restaurant, their food menu is real simple and bad, overpriced as well. 2 hamburgers for AED 130 and 20% Marriott discount, so 104. I told the reception to hold any preauthorization for anything to be added to the room, they didn't and just charge the room rate only, you will not get extra dining points if not written onto the room, so I had to run down to the lobby to pay for those USD 27 hamburgers. Mister Amit prides himself of offering freshly baked bread and pizza in their real fire oven and the dinner bread was cold and from breakfast actually. (I am on Keto diet, so don't necessarily care about bread at all, just FYI). Titanium or Platinum Elite members get 2 drink vouchers per day, and the waiters / waitresses don't even know what those are. With other hotel guests they experienced that they were reading those vouchers, asked "what's that, I don't know sir". And for us, just on the very first day, we went to their Momo restaurant, and asked "what can we get with those", the waitress said "anything", but since this is a dry hotel with alcohol at all, just went for orange juice, which was fresh pressed. When the bill came they wanted to charge those juices extra. Mister Amit had to remove those manually and the waitress asked him "what's up with those vouchers". Next day, I asked for all the same juice and I got a tetra pack juice concentrate, so I asked "I want a fresh one, like yesterday" and this waiter told me it's been made fresh from breakfast that's why it looks that way. Whatever, I just got felt like someone wants to take the Mickey out of me. Their food menu is definitely not attractive and I won't return to their kitchen no more, unless they have a look at what other hotels are up to. I know this dry hotel still got their alcohol license in progress, however, the hotel has far too many flaws. When I arrived by car, I wanted to just park my car in their garage, the security said "no, you're not allowed", I showed them my booking, had to park on the street instead. When I checked in, I asked reason for not allowed to park in the garage" the managers didn't understand it either.
