Great hotel for both weekend and long stay. The room has everything you need, and if something is not there, you can ask and they will definitely bring it to you quickly. Thank you very much to the employee Mercy for her hospitality and warm welcome and farewell. Separately, want to note the pool, which I very liked - quite good and not so busy. The hotel is very stylish inside, nicely done corridors and rooms. Everything is perfect, we will definitely come back again!

It's a brand new hotel with all the necessary amenities. Staffs were amazing, friendly, and accommodating which made my stay very pleasant. Great location, easy to get in and out of the city with the ease of cab rides - a 15-minute drive from Dubai International Airport and to downtown Dubai. Jaddaf's waterfront marina was perfect for a morning/evening stroll with a beautiful view and walking distance from the hotel. The room I stayed in had a lot of comfortable items to make the stay easy and always very clean. The shower area could've better designed to avoid flooding but it was manageable. I had the best views from my room in the morning with sunrise and colorful night lights from Festival City Mall.
The breakfast was amazing, refreshing and the staffs at the MOMO breakfast team went above and beyond with their services. I accessed the gym and pool a few times and it was always kept clean. Overall, I had a great stay at Courtyard by Marriott Culture Village. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends

I made a call this morning to make sure of my reservation, and the employee spoke to me indifferently, then hung up the phone, and this behavior is unacceptable and inappropriate with anyone, and I tried to make the call again, and he did not answer, and this gives a bad impression of the Marriott Hotel. Is this the case in customer service? But when I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist greeted me with respect and her manner was good. I recommend this hotel. The location is good, but respect for customers is a must. Thank you

I wanted to take a moment to express my deep appreciation for the incredible staff at your hotel. During my recent stay, I was consistently impressed by the level of service, professionalism, and kindness that was demonstrated by every member of your team.
From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm.
One of the standout experiences for me was after checkout, where i forgot my luggage in the taxi i took from in-front of the hotel. I had no clue how to reach to the taxi driver, so a special thanks to Mr. Ryan and Mr. Museeb for their efforts in getting my luggage back. Not to forget, an appreciation for the whole staff too who made an impressive level of service.

Nice rooftop bar and swimming pool. Gym is alright though not so well equipped. Only one restaurant in the hotel, usually all you can eat or a la carte. Good coffee for breakfast.Rooms are very clean and well organized. Definitively value for money. They should told you beforehand to make a deposit otherwise you cannot charge to your room.

Constant floodings, during showers in the room, inexperienced member of staff, although late checkout granted, access cards deactivated prior checkout, door card not working, ID card and passport in the room, and all that just before checkout. Hotel doesn't offer hotel points and don't want those to be claimed by removing the folio number from their invoices. Complained on Twitter to Marriott and they are saying that it is up to the hotel, Mister Jayson Hollingworth, Operations Manager, informed that Marriott headquarters are responsible for such points. The whole hotel is a mismanaged disaster, even the emails they're sending to welcome their Elite members are bouncing. I stayed from 18th to 22nd and every member is supposed to receive stay and points credited within 72 hours. Apart from that, their food and beverage menu is below the carpet and it is basically a dry hotel without alcohol as well. Member of staff just stands around and smiles, but has no idea how to run hospitality operations. Don't stay there, the hotel is a fiasco.
