DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel and Residences Dubai - Al Barsha

We stayed for a week in August and the staff went out of their way to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. A special thanks to Bhabiek who was very hospitable and a credit to Hilton hotels. Everyone from the reception staff, waiters, waitresses and chefs are so friendly and professional. The hotel is comfortable, very clean and well maintained. We hope to return soon!

Great hotel and the staff are out of this world, always smiling and happy. We had a great time and missing the hotel so much, see to you every need, no matter what time of the day it is, rooms clean and very nice. Would like to say a massive thank to Rajkumar captain of the food team such a nice friendly person so helpful and runs an awesome team who are all just like him always happy smiling and very friendly. Can’t wait to go back and send more time

Very good hotel with good rooms. Service was good, staff were well trained and helpful. Clean, elevators working properly. Enough parking available all the time. Rooms were very good just the view from my room of the empty plot was not good but anyway it was also not bad as I took a room without balcony.
The only bad part was that the shower area was not covered and it will spill a lot of water at the entrance where there was no drainage plus nothing to wipe it except for keeping the tower.
Overall experience was very good. Will definitely visit again.

The rooms are average with very comfortable beds! Our only complaint is AC! It would be either freezing or too hot in the room!
The staff is super helpful and they respond to customers needs immediately! Whatever you ask for arrives in a very short time! As if they were behind the door or something!
Wifi worked fine. Breakfast was simple but included almost all basic things! So perfectly fine!

In mid-March, my family of four enjoyed a delightful stay at this accommodation. Our spacious 2-bedroom apartment included a fully equipped kitchen, a convenient washer, and two bathrooms, ensuring everyone had their space. The rooms were impeccably clean and provided a comfortable retreat for our family.

We were particularly impressed by the facilities available, including a gym, sauna, and pool. After a relaxing session in the sauna, a refreshing dip in the pool under the open sky was rejuvenating. The hotel staff were incredibly hospitable, making our experience hassle-free.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, with the Eggs Benedict being a standout recommendation. Additionally, the hotel's location near shopping malls, local supermarkets, and various dining options made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the area. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay that catered well to guests of all ages.

Nice and clean. Big rooms. Exactly as described. Staff we're all extremely helpful courteous and friendly. Location was also good. Right in front of the Mall of the Emirates..

Convenient location near the mall and mid city. Stayed in a studio. Neat and spacious with kitchenette.

Customer service was excellent and very professional. The room was great effort for the shower water would leak out onto the bathroom floor and underneath the glass to the toilet side floor.
