Place near by MOE. Had a short 1 night stay but memorable one. All thanks to Karina from reception who did my check-in and offered late check out till 2pm. She was very sweet and helpful. And Bibek restaurant manager i guess from breakfast area. He personally took care of our order, made us comfortable and made our breakfast experience very helpful. All thanks to both of you 🥰

I had a disappointing experience with DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Residences Dubai Al Barsha that I feel compelled to share. As someone new to the country, I called the hotel to inquire about longterm stays. I was assured by a gentleman over the phone that they had availability and I came to visit the property to take a look. However upon arriving at the hotel I was informed by the receptionist that they do not accept longterm bookings.
This was an incredibly frustrating experience. The lack of accurate information and internal communication led to a significant waste of my time and effort. When you are new to a place you rely on trusted brands like Hilton to maintain a certain standard of professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations.
It is extremely unprofessional for a reputable hotel to provide misleading information, especially when it comes to such a significant decision as a longterm stay. Better training and coordination among staff are essential to avoid such situations.
While I understand that mistakes can happen, I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the gaps in communication to ensure future guests do not encounter similar issues. As it stands, this experience has left me with a negative impression of the hotel.

Good hotel. Service is pleasant. Rajkumar at breakfast was very courteous. Room is a bit outdated, but comfy enough. Good location for casual Barsha street walks, or luxury feel walks in mall of the emirates.

Very nice hotel , room is good and comfortable, The room was not too big but good and organized in a proper way , free parking is available , location near mall of the Emirates and Gradinose market you almost cross the road to reach the mall. Also, it is near Metro station and many markets and restaurants in famous Al barsha area.

We stayed for a week in August and the staff went out of their way to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. A special thanks to Bhabiek who was very hospitable and a credit to Hilton hotels. Everyone from the reception staff, waiters, waitresses and chefs are so friendly and professional. The hotel is comfortable, very clean and well maintained. We hope to return soon!

Great hotel and the staff are out of this world, always smiling and happy. We had a great time and missing the hotel so much, see to you every need, no matter what time of the day it is, rooms clean and very nice. Would like to say a massive thank to Rajkumar captain of the food team such a nice friendly person so helpful and runs an awesome team who are all just like him always happy smiling and very friendly. Can’t wait to go back and send more time

Very good hotel with good rooms. Service was good, staff were well trained and helpful. Clean, elevators working properly. Enough parking available all the time. Rooms were very good just the view from my room of the empty plot was not good but anyway it was also not bad as I took a room without balcony.
The only bad part was that the shower area was not covered and it will spill a lot of water at the entrance where there was no drainage plus nothing to wipe it except for keeping the tower.
Overall experience was very good. Will definitely visit again.

The rooms are average with very comfortable beds! Our only complaint is AC! It would be either freezing or too hot in the room!
The staff is super helpful and they respond to customers needs immediately! Whatever you ask for arrives in a very short time! As if they were behind the door or something!
Wifi worked fine. Breakfast was simple but included almost all basic things! So perfectly fine!

Nice and clean. Big rooms. Exactly as described. Staff we're all extremely helpful courteous and friendly. Location was also good. Right in front of the Mall of the Emirates..
