Room is spacious and clean. The rooftop pool is also great but a bit small. Food wasn't the best but overall the experience was really great.
However, the cleaning staff were excellent. Maybe the front desk response rate can improve - it took 4 requests (every 45mins) to make a request happen. Some sports match seemed more important than assisting house guests.
Would be happy to give them a try again, though, if they had some improvements, and price was more adequate.
I have to be elaborate for those that really need details of a place.. The price was good too and if your are a member of a certain loyalty reward, the price even reduces and you pay less. So all in all, the place was good and its location is strategic. Donatello is worth visiting.
The hotel offers a delicious and varied breakfast with fresh options to suit different tastes, which was a great way to start the day. The staff were exceptionally polite, always ready to assist with a smile, and made sure that my stay was comfortable.
The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a prime location with great service!
I stayed in this hotel for a total of 5 nights, it had good staff and almost decent service. In my opinion, his breakfast was repetitive and not interesting. The view from my room was facing the wall of the building due to the fact that it was the last floor. 2 issues upset me, one is that I was fined 35 ٍَِAED for a small glass and they forgot to clean the room on the first day of my stay, which I called to inform about this issue.
In general, I am grateful for all the efforts of the kind and polite staff of the complex
I enjoyed a free upgrade to suite - which was very nice, and thankful for that.
Room renovation - a bit old.
Location is fine as very close to metro station as well close by 24 hours supermarket & pharmacy.
