Housekeeping was also very attentive. Allan, who came to clean our room, was friendly and did a great job — always polite and ready to help if we needed anything.
Overall, a solid stay with good service and a convenient location.
The staff is excellent, the furniture in the kitchen is bad, falling apart, the upholstered furniture is normal, new, nice, but as a furniture maker I will say this is a common situation, especially for Dubai, but not for everyone, but fresh if the room is after renovation. But there are rooms that are run-down, old, smoke-filled, or a joke with a single bed, it is not clear who was in charge of the equipment.
