Location- Although one can get taxis easily everywhere in Dubai, in rush hours or small trips you can take the metro which is convenient and quick with a little bit of walk we didn't mind. The hotel is a little away from popular spots which was ok for us.
Food and service - We opted for the breakfast with the room and the food was tasty, quickly served and very convenient for us as we were traveling with kids and we're able to get them a good breakfast before heading out. The menu is limited but it was good for us.
Rooms- The rooms are good size and come with laundry and kitchen amenities which we liked as traveling with kids comes with challenges and having these helps.
Overall a very pleasant experience for us and we would come again.
Shout out to Mukund for keeping our hotel apartment clean & tidy.
Our checkin was smooth & convinient led by Angeline on the Reception.
There are two supermarkets right at the back entrance.

During my stay, cash went missing from my room. I reported the issue immediately, but the hotel did not provide any proper explanation, investigation, or follow-up. The way this situation was handled was extremely unprofessional.
What is even more concerning is that this is not the first time such an issue has happened during our stay. We are renting multiple rooms at the same time, yet the management failed to take this matter seriously or implement any clear corrective measures.
For a hotel, guest security and accountability should be basic standards. Unfortunately, based on my experience, these expectations were not met.
I strongly recommend future guests to be cautious with their personal belongings when staying here.
