The breakfast, however, was average and could benefit from more variety. As I didn’t explore the other facilities, I can’t comment on those, but my overall stay was enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Children are not allowed to eat in the cafe on the second floor. Cleaning was not perfect and always late during the day, there were missed towels. We had to pay for a broken glass in the room. Hotel keys didn’t work properly and required renewal once in two days. There is nothing around the hotel. A metro station is too far. It was cold in the room and air conditioning didn’t work for heating. Pillows were terrible. During our stay it was a water leakage in the bathroom that took half of the day to solve. We will not come back and would rather stay in a different place next time. Bad example for the Ramada brand there.
