Consists of two buildings: the 33-storey hotel and 37-storey office tower.
The hotel has 183 rooms. There are non-Smoking.
Beach: public sandy beach at 3 km from the hotel (3 coastline). Entrance in the sea:
sandy. On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Shuttle bus to the beach (Jumeirah beach Park, beach access fee: 1.3 $). The beach is 900 m.

Pets are not allowed.

- Quantum Pool Lounge, healthy food, exotic cocktails. Located on the fourth floor. A view of the pool and city. Open from 10:00 to 22:00.
Arcadia lounge bar. Large selection of coffee, tea and light snacks. There is a children's menu. Live music. Located on the lower floor.
- One on One, the cocktail bar. A large selection of aperitifs, cocktails, wines and snacks. Located on the lower floor. Open from 12:00 until late.
- Diademas Cigar Lounge and a lounge bar. Large selection of cigars and wines. Located on the ground floor. Open from 16:00 until late.

The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean , especially on the reinnovated ones, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night, and the views of Dubai’s skyline never fail to impress.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service, especially from Mrs. Mansi, who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure my experience is seamless and enjoyable. Her dedication, professionalism, and personal touch have made me even more loyal to this hotel.
The location is also ideal – centrally positioned on Sheikh Zayed Road, making it easy to access major attractions, business hubs, and shopping destinations.
Having stayed here so many times, I can confidently say that The H Hotel Dubai remains my top choice in the city. Whether for business or leisure, it offers luxury, comfort, and top-notch service. I highly recommend it and look forward to my next stay!

I had an unforgettable stay at H Hotel in Dubai! From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. My room was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, with a breathtaking view of the city skyline.
What I absolutely loved about the location was how close it was to some of Dubai’s most iconic attractions. The Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and the Dubai Fountain were just a short drive away, making it incredibly easy to explore these landmarks. The hotel is also situated near the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), which is perfect for both business and leisure travelers.
They only thing i say is a 3/5 are the furniture... a little outdated.

In terms of transportation, getting around was a breeze. The hotel offers valet parking, and there are plenty of taxis available right outside the hotel, which made getting to the beach or other popular areas like Jumeirah and Palm Jumeirah effortless. The ease of driving in the area was also a bonus—the roads are well-maintained, and with the hotel being located near major highways, I never had trouble navigating around the city.
Whether you're here for business or a vacation, H Hotel's excellent service, ideal location, and accessibility to major attractions and transportation options make it a perfect choice. I will definitely return on my next trip to Dubai!
