Upon arrival, the staff greeted us warmly and efficiently checked us into our room, which was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

I stayed at the hotel. The place is very clean the staff are very accommodating and the food quality are great. You can have all cuisines the tastes are satisfying. The breakfast and dinner buffet are so delicious

The staff in the breakfast service are great especially Jusmine. She is so approachable and multi-tasks to help guests and serve their needs. Making guests to feel so delighted.

Pleasant Stay with Excellent Staff Cooperation

My recent stay was truly enjoyable, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff, especially the reception team. From the moment I checked in until the day of my departure, they were unfailingly courteous, accommodating, and eager to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.

The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, offering a cozy retreat after a long day of exploration. However, I do believe that refreshing the air in the rooms and corridors would further enhance the overall experience. This minor adjustment would contribute to an even more pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel.

Despite this small suggestion, I must commend the staff for their outstanding professionalism and dedication to guest service. Their warmth and attentiveness truly made my stay memorable, and I would not hesitate to return to in the future.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Express Jumeirah. Meeting Kayan, the receptionist, was a highlight; her assistance and kindness were much appreciated. The hotel's ambiance was delightful, and all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The room was so nice and clean. The staff gave me the view of hotel. The service was so easy for me with the help of #Kayan they're one of the best front desk staff

We had an excellent experience at this Holiday inn Jumeirah . Our rooms were nice and clean. Their morning breakfast was excellent and had a wonderful selection of western dishes, fresh fruits, Indian options, juices, pastries,coffee and tea.
But their parking is very terrible the driveway is way too small and congested i ended up scraping the car due the small driveway but except the parking everything is good.

We had a very good stay for 5 days. The buffet at breakfast was excellent: the spread as well as the service. The menu has some standard items - but they change around some of the dishes daily. Hisham and his team took great care of us. We would definitely recommend it.

I stayed here for over a month for work requirement. I had a very pleasant stay and all the needs were taken care of very professionally. The staff is very helpful and cooperating. Mr. Hesham, who is usually seen in the restaurant, is a very cheerful person and greets everyone with a smile. Thank you for making my stay here a pleasurable one.
