Holiday Inn Express Dubai, Jumeirah, an IHG Hotel

We stayed at Holiday Inn express for 5 nights. The location was very good, staff were very friendly! I had birthday on check in day, so I received birthday cake surprise which was very pleasant! The room was very clean, thanks to housekeepers! Food was also very various and tasty! Parking was very comfortable as well! We enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn express, highly recommended! 👍🏼

great location! very clean hotel. very attentive and friendly staff, specially Jusmine. she assisted at the dining area & also served us at the Brick Wall Sports Bar at the ground floor. ‘will definitely come back.

Upon arrival, the staff greeted us warmly and efficiently checked us into our room, which was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

I stayed at the hotel. The place is very clean the staff are very accommodating and the food quality are great. You can have all cuisines the tastes are satisfying. The breakfast and dinner buffet are so delicious

The staff in the breakfast service are great especially Jusmine. She is so approachable and multi-tasks to help guests and serve their needs. Making guests to feel so delighted.

My recent stay was truly enjoyable, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff, especially the reception team. From the moment I checked in until the day of my departure, they were unfailingly courteous, accommodating, and eager to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.

The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, offering a cozy retreat after a long day of exploration. However, I do believe that refreshing the air in the rooms and corridors would further enhance the overall experience. This minor adjustment would contribute to an even more pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel.

Despite this small suggestion, I must commend the staff for their outstanding professionalism and dedication to guest service. Their warmth and attentiveness truly made my stay memorable, and I would not hesitate to return to in the future.
