I had the incredible experience of being part of an event held in the ballroom at Atlantis, The Palm, and it was nothing short of spectacular! It was my first time visiting the hotel, and I was blown away by the attention to detail

The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with everything you could need. The only minor drawback was the shower. The water pressure was quite low, and it took a while to get warm

The pools are nice, and there are security personnel and lifeguards at every turn. We will definitely come again

A special mention to Reda, who looked after us during both of our visits and was extremely helpful and kind, with some lovely food recommendations and leaving drinks for our last night, along with a special honeymoon dessert

What an amazing restaurant to have our final dinner at in Dubai. It was by far the most tasty meal we had on our stay. The salads were exceptional with plenty of taste. My kids absolutely loved the chicken soup.

The ocean and aqua theme flows seamlessly through every part of the hotel, creating an atmosphere that is both luxurious and mesmerizing. The ballroom was beautiful, spacious, and perfectly set up for our event

The Staff are exceptional honestly! So friendly and always accommodating! Entertainment was really fun! And watersports were definitely a plus. We are definitely coming back

If you have young children, the splash parks will have them entertained for hours, alternatively the multiple pools will keep the adults entertained

We payed a chauffeur to take us on a 6 hour tour of Dubai, where he waited for us at every attraction. This cost less than £180 for the whole family and made our holiday. I must mention the service again, just incredible

The pool area was beautiful and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. What truly stood out was the level of service

We come to Dubai quite frequently this was our second visit of the year. However this is our first stay at this hotel. This hotel was amazing, from the rooms, beach, food and staff all were impeccable

Stayed in May 2024 and can’t think of a single thing I would fault with this hotel. The service was top notch, the food was incredible, and the facilities spotlessly clean

Each food server tried to make sure our every needs were take care of. from drinks to table locations. I used the hotel pool and the hot tub/spa facility 4 times and they were top notch

It’s a place for perfect healing. I did SPA, Jacuzzi, iced Pool was so amazing

The service is incredible and the people were professional and polite… the whole experience was quiet and calm and that was the most important thing to attend a SPA or day pass It’s also the middle of the city

Minor note on the Italian restaurant, not much varieties at dinner, shisha price too high but it was very nice and the tiramisu was tasty. This is third time I stayed in Grand Hyatt Dubai

I’d recommend you to go and try yourself. For Emirates Platinum Club users, you can enter the club and enjoy the spa and day pass benefits at ease free of cost

It is a very comfortable hotel with lovely staff. It is very spacious with a great outside area: outside pools, pool restaurant, and peacock enclosure. There is a secluded pool and play area for kids

We had a fantastic stay, a beautiful room, very friendly service and my boy and me spent a fantastic time at the premises. Of course the boy loved the waterpark, but also the pool and beach was lovely

I would defiantly recommend this hotel. The water park which was next to the hotel was also excellent and not that busy

We had an incredible experience at Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The room was elegantly designed with stunning views😍 Burj Al Arab, the amenities were top-notch and the wild wadi access was an amazing treat, my family had fun

As soon as we informed reception about these issues, they sent an engineer and both things were quickly resolved. Really enjoyed our experience. The hotel is a little pricey, but we thought it was worth every penny

Beautiful hotel offering a truly luxurious experience. Modern rooms with beautiful views, excellent facilities, varied options for food, wonderful staff. The cot provided for our daughter was lovely and luxurious

Excellent services throughout, a place where you have friendliest and welcoming staff with a smile. Things do go wrong occasionally and they get sorted, but would be nice if you can have trouble free stay

The hotel has a private beach guarded by a guard. The hotel has a pretty big territory and swimming pools with slides. The hotel has a gym with good equipment

The problem is… there already was a the club ZEROGRAVITY right NEXT TO the hotel which plays party from 12:00!! So there is no relaxation for the people at the beach, instead you get party remixes blasting from everywhere as if you were in Ibiza

The hotel has a waiting/“relaxing” room which the hotel allows people to rest and there are beds. However they also allow people to go there and advertise tourists about tours, not so relaxing room

The breakfast food was done well, however the staff always lacked teaspoons, coffee cups, yogurts, etc. If the hotel has so many people there should be more supplies for the guests

Lastly by 13:00 we were offered a room. When we entered the room, it smelled tobacco. The staff should warn and ask their guests before if they want a smoking room or not

Lastly, we arrived to the hotel at 8:00 in the morning, and the hotel staff told us that the room will be ready by 15:00, 100%. We demanded for earlier check in

I visited the kid's room and swimming pool using a day pass. I was stunned by the luxurious and spacious balloon halls. The pool was especially impressive—huge, with a perfect water temperature for kids

A beautiful hotel with an upmarket visitor base. Opulent, luxurious and friendly. Consisting of a private beach and multiple swimming pools and infant pools and playing area, great for families

Spacious rooms and gigantic baths. Loved the variety of restaurants, exquisite food. Social Club, Host Ian was extremely hospitable. Swimming pool is a great design with also great service

While the food quality was excellent, the service could sometimes be a bit slow, and on a couple of occasions, there were mix-ups with orders. However, this was a small inconvenience compared to the overall experience

The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and offered beautiful views. The staff were courteous and attentive, making sure that every need was met with a smile. The only minor issue during my stay was at breakfast

Great customer care and cater for Vegans and special dietary requirements on advanced order. All special dietary requirements will require confirmation at least 24 hours prior to visiting the restaurant

An Exceptional Stay at Jumeirah Emirates Towers I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jumeirah Emirates Towers, checking out on October 16, 2024, and the experience was nothing short of remarkable

Enjoyed my stay a lot! The breakfast is delicious , juices are freshly prepared and you can choose the fruits you would like to have in your juice. The Medinat beach is really beautiful and the Widiwaldi Waterpark is fun

To me this is the best spot in Dubai and Dubai is a big place. I want to thank jumeriah for the great stay and enjoyed it. First off the rooms are great 10/10

The children's experience is wonderful with the special price of tickets to Wild Wadi Water Park as well as the possibility of accessing the beach through the Zabeel Palm Hotel and using the wonderful swimming pools for children

Secondly it is connected to a business center in Dubai so naturally there is a lot going on. It is walking distance and connected to gate village which has a lot of good restaurants. Again thank you for the good stay

all the same the UAE is not Thailand and visits to the "center "is here a necessary condition for life. but the price plus quality????think. but to sit indoors children not kamilfo

When they brought the champagne we had to wait for a long time before it all arrived so we had to order nuts or something. Used to be the best place for afternoon tea

The beach is pristine, with soft white sand and a beautifully maintained shoreline. Whether lounging by the beach or at the pools, everything was top-notch

We slept so well, and sunrise coffee overlooking the beach and Burj Al Arab was a great way to start each day. The new pool down on the beach is brilliant, and the pool service was top class

Specific shout outs to the colleague that checked us in (so well-presented, very professional), the laundry team for working so hard and so quickly to remove the vomit (due to motion sickness) from our various clothes, bags and soft toys; the Malaysian manager at Zheng He’s restaurant for her warmth, care, humour, knowledge and guidance; the housekeeping colleagues for their energetic greetings and...

The colleagues paid such kind attention to my daughter, making her feel so special, that she told me she wanted to move to Dubai and live in the hotel. I may need to work harder to make that a reality

We just returned from a 10 night stay there and absolutely loved our stay. The decor, the service, the helpfulness and politeness of the staff, from start to finish everything was amazing

The private beach and abras were so calming and the staff couldn't be more accomodating and helpful. They truly go above and beyond to make every guest feel special and important

As an overall experience, we had a wonderful stay at the Al Naseem. The hotel, its facilities and all the staff were excellent. The Family Suite was very spacious, very clean and the 2 bathrooms made a big difference

I went on foot - in an hour I walked the whole territory, and it's very beautiful! I met several peacocks, a small bird park, huge yachts, golf courses - in a word - beauty! By the way, several times a day there is a transfer from the hotel to the malls, which is very convenient)) I recommend it!

Good swimming pool, gym facilities (you will not find any good photo of the gym while looking up the hotel, that was important for me and my son, so I had some doubts about it, but it turned out that the hotel has a well equipped gym, no worries)

We visited Creekside a few years ago, and from what I remember, it was AMAZING! I really liked swimming in the pool despite the fact it was super cold at the time

To get hot water out, the taps can take up to 3 to 5 minutes 🤔. I would say this place is for party guests and not for those who want to relax

Absolutely necessary to visit the out door cuisine venues during this time. The Food was great, excellent service, welcoming staff on stand by for any query. Quick vale parking, Ismael was fantastic and his team.

We love coming here since many years. It’s wundervoll to see that they invest and renovated the hotel. The new pool is beautiful and baby pool nice as well. The resort is keeped very nice and green with lots of flowers

Other than that, there are many activities for adults and kids as well including horses club, shooting area, zoo, pools, kids club, variety of restaurants, spa and many more

the hotel was too good and the location was awesome. the food was fantastic (dinner and breakfast). All the swimming pools was great and beautiful and the mini waterpark for kids was super fun for children

We used by mistake last Saturday morning - what they call signature pools - the personal in the bar instead to explain us that the access is only for premiums members , they were very rude, refused to serve us drinks and they were trying to kick us out of the pool as we r begging for a favor

The prices is really good and the whole experience is something else😍 We booked for 2 nights to relax Rooms were clean and the view was amazing to the pool and sea Note: be careful when choosing the room view because the first choice for us was the roof with air conditioners

We came for some rest and relaxation and that is definitely what we got. We hung out by the pool and beach. In the evening we smoked some shisha as we drunk our cocktails. My family and I loved the place

Been to few hotels previously in Dubai but this has to be the best so far specially if you have kids. They loved every bit of it the pool area is great and the food is delicious lunch and dinner

Definitely coming back ! Loved the pools , beach , water park! I just hope they cool down the water around the big slides ! It’s too warm to a weather like Dubai’s but it gets better after 4 pm , the water around the small slides, waves and pools were so cold and refreshing 💖 loved the experience and I hope they remain the same until next time !
