A great hotel by the sea! The staff is very attentive and friendly, always ready to help. The hotel has its own private beach — clean and well-maintained, just a few minutes’ walk away. Thanks to the very kind and helpful Mi Nwe, the room was always clean, fresh, and cozy. Whenever she saw us, she always asked if we needed anything. Top-notch service — I’ll definitely be back!

The banquet team is amazing, and they work with so much love and care. Every member puts their heart into making sure each event is perfect. Fantastic hotel in a wonderful location. The staff is very kind, professional, the food and drinks are very delicious. There is no sound insulation in the rooms . The taste of the water provided is very bad, it is chlorine . There is no coordination between the reception and the valet parking service. I always call them to bring the car, and I find that they are late.

Brand new hotel and staff and GM alike were great at check in albeit couldn’t help with an early check in. They did however allow me to use the gym showers to get ready for work after landing. It’s just a pity the hotel is out of town. Rates are very good and value for money is 5 star. The only reason for rating 4 stars overall is due to the location.
