Hotel economy class, recommended for young people and businessmen who want to save money. Windows in the hotel do not open. Great service, friendly staff.

Location: along Sheikh Zayed road, a short walk from the Mall of the Emirates, 25 km from Dubai international airport.
Consists of one 7-storey building.
Total of 480 rooms.

Beach: public, sandy Jumeirah beach is a 20 minutes drive from the hotel (3-I coast line). The entrance to the sea sand. On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Bus service to the Kite beach. Number of seats in the bus are limited, you must register in advance at the reception).

Reviews
1. During breakfasts and dinners I was always looking for clean cutlery and glass. They did not bringing new once after previous guests.
2. I didn’t get new towels for the evening, even though I asked for it one of stuff members. They brought it to me next day after my call to the desk.

3. Hotel is located next to some music club and every Friday and Saturday evening you can’t sleep due to the loud music heard in some rooms.
To be 100% fair I have to say about advantages:
1. Rooms are well equipped (hair dryer, iron, fridge, kettle, safe).
2. Hotel is generally clean.
3. The gym is really nice and well kept.
The only suggestion I have is for the gym; the lighting is very dim, and you can barely see. It definitely needs more and stronger lights. Overall, I don’t have any major complaints considering it’s a three-star hotel.
Particular mention to the housekeeping staff, who found the phone charger I accidentally left in the room and put it to one side for me. I was able to collect it on my next visit a few weeks later.
Most hotels I have stayed in would not have bothered to do that.
