The rooms were very small and humid, and the cleaning wasn’t done well. The bathroom was tiny, and the water pressure was super, super low, making it uncomfortable to use. It didn’t feel properly cleaned either.
The walls were so thin that I could hear everything—footsteps in the hallway and conversations from the next room, which made it hard to relax.
Additionally, there was no gym or swimming pool, which are usually expected in a hotel.
On top of that, the hotel gives the same response to every review, whether good or bad, which makes it seem like they don’t really care about feedback.
Overall, even though the staff was nice, the room issues, lack of amenities, and poor feedback handling make it hard to recommend this hotel.
This review isn’t so much about the facilities, but rather the lack of responsiveness and poor customer service. I understand delays happen, but consistent lack of follow-up and accountability from the staff is disappointing, especially for a business traveler who needs to handle reimbursements promptly.

For me the only downside is the size of the desk in the room. It is to small to allow do some work comfortably.
