It was really nice stay except the specific time i couldn’t use the water :)
But it was just during my stay so i think the maintenance is already done !
The hotel is so clean and it’s really close from the subway station (10 mins by walk)
아마 수리중이어서 호텔 가격이 다른 호텔에 비해 저렴했던 것이 아닐까 생각해요. 새벽에 물이 안나와서 당황했는데 호텔 측에서는 이미 고지했다더라구요. 알고보니 그냥 문앞에 종이 한장 띡 ㅠㅠㅠ 이거 빼고는 호텔 침구 머리카락 한톨 없이 깨끗했구요 테이블이 넓어서 업무차 오시는 분들께도 좋을 것 같아요.
추천합니다! 하우스키퍼들도 친절했어요 😊

I stayed at Ibis Mall Avenue Dubai for a short day visit, around 5-6 hours, and it served its purpose well. The hotel offers a clean, modern environment with all the basic amenities you’d expect from an Ibis property. The location is great, right next to the mall, making it convenient for shopping or a quick stopover in the city.
Though I was there only for a few hours, the staff was welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was compact but comfortable, ideal for a short stay. It’s a good budget-friendly option if you’re looking for convenience and a clean, comfortable space in the heart of Dubai

Only 1 staff at the frontdesk, long wait before you are accommodated. Room was clean and there’s unlimited free drinking water and it’s near to 2 metro stations. I cannot stand the smell in the room, it’s like smell of tobacco that they try to clean with strong cleaners + strong air freshener.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and despite the nice and friendly staff, the stay was disappointing. The location was good, and the breakfast was decent, but there were too many issues.
The rooms were very small and humid, and the cleaning wasn’t done well. The bathroom was tiny, and the water pressure was super, super low, making it uncomfortable to use. It didn’t feel properly cleaned either.
The walls were so thin that I could hear everything—footsteps in the hallway and conversations from the next room, which made it hard to relax.
Additionally, there was no gym or swimming pool, which are usually expected in a hotel.
On top of that, the hotel gives the same response to every review, whether good or bad, which makes it seem like they don’t really care about feedback.

I stayed at this hotel for four days during a business trip. While the furniture is quite modest and the AC had an unpleasant moldy smell, it wasn't too disruptive since I was mainly there to sleep. The bigger issue for me was the customer service, specifically around billing. After checking out, I requested an invoice for reimbursement purposes, and they asked me to send an email, which I did. A week went by with no response, so I called again and was told to resend the email—still no invoice. After a third call, they attempted to transfer me to the billing department, but no one picked up.
This review isn’t so much about the facilities, but rather the lack of responsiveness and poor customer service. I understand delays happen, but consistent lack of follow-up and accountability from the staff is disappointing, especially for a business traveler who needs to handle reimbursements promptly.

I stay for just to sleep, have been there more than once. pretty nice location with descent price. not new but well maintained.

Really happy with the sustainable practices they follow keeping in mind the future of our plant. Stopped usage of plastic completely. I think this is the need of the hour and we all should patronage by booking this brand more extensively.

Hotel room was decent and clean, but all people from service are amazing! Cleaner who was responsible for our room, Saqlain, was very kind and professional, we were very happy with his service! People at reception desk were pleasant and helpful, also special thank you to the chefs who prepared breakfast for us everyone morning. Overall impression is that we really enjoyed our 3 week stay at this hotel.
