"I had a wonderful stay at Urban Al Khoory Hotels! The location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions. The rooms are spacious, well-decorated, and impeccably clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. The amenities, including the gym and pool, are top-notch. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety of options. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!"

A phenomenal place to stay, clean rooms, exceptional service, beautiful location. If you're looking for a place to stay with your family, it can't get any better than this. I highly recommend this hotel.

i stayed here for 2 days and still the same. They have a clean and nice room. Staff were friendly, and if you requested something from the reception the service was fast. They even made my day yesterday , it was my birthday and when i arrived in my room i found a cake on the table. That’s was kind . Thank you so much.

Urban Al Khoory Hotels exceeded my expectations! The modern decor, spotless rooms, and comfortable beds made for a perfect stay. The staff were incredibly attentive, offering excellent service and helpful recommendations. The location is ideal for exploring the city, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic experience!

I live in Dubai and when I'm in between apartments I stay at this property. The rooms are clean and the staff does the best they can to make you feel welcome and looked after. For me the location is great because it's only 12min drive to my office, but for tourists you would need a car or take a taxi to most places. It isn't the best walking area unless you are adventurous. If you are there are some amazingly inexpensive restaurants and snacks in the area a walking distance away. They offer a free beach shuttle daily, which I haven't used as I have my own car, but it seems convenient. There is a nice roof top pool as well as well maintained gym to use. For me the price is right and the staff are the reason I stay here. Sharjeeth at front desk is always welcoming with a smile and very helpful. Everyone does whatever they can to meet your expectations.

We felt very comfortable in the hotel. The service is excellent, especially that of Mr. Ananthu! He and his colleagues treated us very well and were always very courteous. We would come to the hotel again and can recommend it to everyone!

I really like this hotel, my room was very nice the bed was very comfy. I had no problems sleeping, the gym is a nice place to go and the swimming pool area is nice. Even tho this is a( 3 stars hotel ) you get 5 stars service the staffs mainly the receptionist shajeeth are very nice and helpful they are amazing. I had food from their restaurant the food was excellent!!

I had an exceptional experience at the Urban Al Khoory Hotel. The hotel was spotless, and the staff was amiable. Ms. Neha, in particular, treated me like a family member. My only recommendation for the hotel management is to add more vegetarian options in the restaurant. As a vegetarian, I couldn't find many items that met my expectations. Other than that, everything was fine.

I really like this hotel, my room was very nice the bed was very comfy. I had no problems sleeping, the gym is a nice place to go and the swimming pool area is nice. Even tho this is a( 3 stars hotel ) you get 5 stars service the staff are very nice and helpful they are amazing. I had food from their restaurant the food was excellent!! The only downside to the hotel is that it's not close to the metro. You have to take a bus, which is F16 bus it's a good service but you can waste time waiting for it. Saying that I had no problems getting back to the hotel or going to the metro.
