Premier Inn Dubai Barsha Heights

I had a truly wonderful stay here. The level of service exceeded all my expectations, especially considering the price point of the hotel.

One particular moment stood out: the supervisor, Jayman, was simply passing by when he kindly asked if everything was alright with my room. I mentioned a small detail that wasn’t critical at all (just a minor issue) and he immediately asked what time I’d be out the next day. When I returned from my walk, everything had been taken care of perfectly.

That level of attention and initiative is rare, and it really made me feel valued as a guest. Everything about the service during my stay was seamless and thoughtful. Highly recommended!

If anyone were to go to Dubai, this hotel would be the best choice. The rooms are always kept clean by a very nice staff member. The food is plentiful, and you have to choose from several options. Lunch and dinner could be changed more often, but it's still delicious. If anyone were to go here, the nicest and best person working here is Mrs. Aye. She always helped us and asked if we needed anything.

I had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn Barsha Heights. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-located, with great access to public transport and local attractions. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, perfect for both business and leisure stays.

What really stood out during my visit was the exceptional service from the staff. I want to especially mention Ahmed and Fahad – both of them were incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Whether it was assisting with check-in, providing local recommendations, or simply greeting guests with a smile, they truly made the experience more enjoyable.

I recently had the pleasure of having a one day experience at the Premier Inn Dubai Barsha Heights, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel offers a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and excellent service, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.
The hotel itself is modern and well-maintained, with spacious rooms that are clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The rooftop pool is another highlight, offering stunning views of the city skyline and a great spot to unwind after a busy day.
What really made our stay stand out, however, was the incredible service provided by the staff. A special thanks to Aryan, who went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was memorable. From the moment we checked in, Aryan greeted us with a warm smile and made sure we felt welcome. Throughout our stay, he was always attentive, friendly, and ready to assist with any requests. His attention to detail and personal touch made a significant difference, and it truly felt like we were staying in a hotel that cared about our comfort.
The dining options at the hotel were also great. The on-site restaurant served a delicious variety of dishes for breakfast and dinner, catering to different tastes.
All in all, our stay at Premier Inn Dubai Barsha Heights was a fantastic experience. If you're looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in Dubai with a personal touch, this hotel should be at the top of your list. Highly recommended!

Good room. Service perfect. Ground floor too small. Parking always available. Room soundproof. Didn t have time to visits restaurants

Excellent hotel, great breakfast and everything. The pool area on the roof is very clean and relaxing.
But keep in mind that they have English type sockets in the room. I'm not sure if they provide adapter, I had my own.
They also have a shuttle to the beach, which is very convenient.
The hotel is around 10-15 min walk from the metro station.
