The Soul terrace is very nice...the food is just super, the cocktails too...The hotel itself is not quite my style...

Great hotel, great rooms. Clean and modern.

We had delicious breakfast here. It's the first hotel restaurant where we found fresh juices in buffet. All healthy food. Chia coconut pudding is amazing. ABC fresh juice is excellent. Omelet are having multiple variety. Staff service is excellent. Breakfast here make my whole day happy.

I loved the overall stay. Room was up to par love that it has shower and bath. Big balcony as well. Check-in was fast love that but needs to be more curated touch of banter would help. I met a few employees said hi no response. Concierge team no one helped me with my luggage even at reception once they noted I was carrying my own bags. No one offered to have concierge come and help. Then I met SHASHI from in room dining engaged for under 5 minutes but honestly so friendly and welcoming, it's the little things that matter to a guest 👌. The spa experience I'm so sorry it was not up to standard for me been to many 5 star spas it felt rushed and clumsy. No hey place your items here, wear slippers and a robe, then do the paper work. Nope. Had me do papers first which I didn't mind but then led me directly to the treatment room told strip and get on. Massage started and ended. No aromatherapy, ask for ginger tea, it came PURPLE and tasted horrible. Took a sip and left. The staff is very friendly but it's missing the pampering touch.

Just my feedback overall it is an amazing hotel. Will be back!

The service by Kevin was impeccable. He was attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met without being intrusive. The loungers were incredibly comfortable, and the vibe was relaxed yet chic, making it the perfect spot for both sunbathing and socializing.
The food and drink menu was diverse, featuring a range of delicious options. The cocktails by Faizal were particularly impressive, crafted with precision and served with flair. Highly recommend👍🏼

The hospitality was the best – everyone was so nice and friendly.

The room was luxurious and beautifully designed, offering stunning views of the city. The amenities were top-notch, and every detail was thoughtfully considered to provide maximum comfort.

The hotel's gym was well-equipped and perfect for maintaining my fitness routine. Additionally, the laundry service was efficient and made my stay even more convenient. We were also given a complimentary late checkout at 2 pm since we were running a little late, which was greatly appreciated.

I highly recommend the FIVE Jumeirah hotel for anyone looking for a truly remarkable and memorable stay. I can't wait to return and experience this level of excellence again!

The best time here! We came to the pool party also yesterday which was super. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Music was unreal. Good and drink was lovely. Vibes were good! Perfect for a girls trip! Rima the head hostess helped us throughout our time here and made sure we had the best day. I couldn’t fault her and the team 🤍

I absolutely loved my current visit to Soul Street, the ambience is so good and the service is excellent.
Rima and the team made sure to make this an experience to remember for us. She hosted us so well and took care of us, made sure we had nothing to complain about.

My stay at the five has been nothing short of amazing the staff are extremely attentive and always ready to fix any issues you may have. The food has been so good and I cannot fault the food and drinks service at this hotel at all. Prasanjeet and all the housekeeping staff are honestly god sends and I would definitely stay here again because of them. My only con is how raza (security) treated me and my friends he was totally unacceptable but other than that I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here so well done to the rest of the team
