Five Jumeirah Village

I booked this hotel because of unusual room plan - a buthtub next to a see-through walls etc. the room design is nice, shampoo, shower gel are of a good quality with a nice smell.But the size of the rooms is small. The good thing about this hotel is a party ambience - there is a new event every day - pool parties, afro beats parties in the night club on the first floor. A number of bars and clubs right in the hotel building. Guests are coming to parties from outside of the hotel.
Cons - too crowded in the reception area, you have to search for a concierge outdoors, stay in the line at the reception etc. So the reception area service is not premium-level at all.
Parking: only valet parking , you have to stay in the line for 10-20 min.
Gym is in the -1 floor, quite big and busy, with good equipment, but already worn out - looks like the equipment is not maintained very well. Sauna, steam room in the gym changing room - the only calm corner in the whole hotel.

Not that great for the price u spent

I recently stayed at the five hotel and I was blown away by the impeccable cleaning service. From the moment I stepped into my room, it was clear that the housekeeping team takes pride in their work. Every corner was spotless, the linens were crisp and fresh, and even the smallest details, like perfectly folded towels and neatly arranged toiletries, were flawless.

The daily cleaning was equally impressive. Each time I returned to my room, it felt like I was stepping into a brand-new space. The team was thorough yet discreet, ensuring my comfort while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.

What truly stood out was their attention to detail. They went above and beyond by accommodating my special requests, like extra pillows and hypoallergenic bedding, with a smile. The staff also took care to organize personal belongings left out in a thoughtful and respectful manner.

The cleanliness extended to the entire property – the hallways, common areas, and even the gym and pool were impeccably maintained. It’s clear that the management places a strong emphasis on hygiene and guest satisfaction.

Overall, the cleaning service at the five hotel was one of the highlights of my stay and undoubtedly among the best I’ve experienced. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pristine environment. Five stars all the way special thanks to Ibrahim who did a good job with the cleaning 🔥

I am having a great stay at the FIVE Jumeirah Village Hotel! The room is beautiful and very clean. Poppy has done an amazing job with the bed decoration – it’s such a lovely touch! The attention to detail and the overall atmosphere make my stay even more special. I highly recommend it!

Five Village has been a great experience. The valet service has been great and their pretty efficient. The staff are all very friendly and the fifth floor is always a great time.

The housekeeping staff are amazing and always do a great job. Poran especially from the housekeeping team was fantastic!

Will definitely be back at this hotel.

I had a peaceful stay at Five JVC Dubai, contrary to claims that it's noisy. I made sure to request a quiet room, and the staff accommodated my preference well. While there were minor sounds from guests at the pool, it was nothing disruptive, and I didn’t hear any noise from the bar downstairs.
The rooms are spacious, with a fully stocked minibar, though it lacks the complimentary welcome amenities that some hotels provide. A special mention to Sunil and Uwais, the housekeepers who did a great job preparing my bed and keeping everything spotless.
A couple of downsides: the internet is terrible, and the TV doesn’t function well, which was frustrating. However, the bathtub is a standout feature in the room. I loved soaking at it!
Breakfast at Trattoria by Cinque was also a great experience. Sitting outside was a nice touch, and the Filipino waiter was incredibly hospitable and warm.
One of the best things about this hotel is the ReFive Spa. I opted for the Clear & Healing treatment, and it was absolutely wonderful just highly recommended!
Overall, I’d return and bring friends along. With some improvements in internet and TV service, this place could be even better.

Enjoyed my short stay. Great staff, good restaurants. Would stay again if I needed to be in that side of Dubai.
