Iam giving Hampton By Hilton Dubai, 5🌟 & more- I really, really enjoyed my stay here,
staff members were very helpful & attentive ( they even helped my with my dress too that I was wearing one of the evenings), I had no problems with my room…facilities, breakfast, location was all very good too I personally thought.
I also must mention too, that I am someone with a lot of allergies & when I go on vacation, i find it very difficult for hotels to accommodate my needs, however, this place, I had no problems at all!! I had no allergic reaction to anything, they were really great & I would even go the lengths to say this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed out, so thank you so much!! Keep up the good work.

Great Stay. Everything was very clean and spacious. I went back to the property because I believed I left my charger. The staff looked all over but couldn’t find it. I eventually found it hidden in my bag. Appreciate everyone’s help. Highly recommend this place.

very nice hotel. clean and spacious rooms. I was recognized as a Hilton gold member and my request for a room with a view was granted. and I am grateful to the staff. no room service, there is a restaurant open until late at night but you have to go and get the food. good location, very close to the Mashreq metro (but when I went it was closed due to damage, now it should be open). mall of the emirates is nearby but be aware that during the day with the heat of Dubai it will be impossible to reach it on foot without arriving all sweaty. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, honest price and Hilton Hampton quality. and proper attention given to Hilton Honors members

Great hotel stay for the money. It's a basic hotel room if that's all you're looking for with no glitz and glamour. Staff is very helpful and friendly and the location is fairly close to the Marina and other points of interest. Would stay again.

Good hotel at excellent location just minutes away to nearest metro station on the main Red line. Many small businesses and restaurants close to hotel. Rooms are spacious, modern and have efficient and practical layout. Very good products in the bathroom. Very good choice of fresh food at breakfast. Staff is both friendly and helpful. Excellent price quality ratio.

I don't like the shower room design as when we took shower the water went everywhere. The water pressure is small. There's a cool water dispenser in the wardrobe. The room didn't seem very well-cleansed. The towels got hair on it which is a bit gross. The pillows are very soft and flat. Breakfast buffet was good value. The hotel is only 3mins walk to the metro.

We had a really good stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, they could use some very small improvements, like a few more places to put clothes, and maybe add a microwave, but overall decent rooms for a budget friendly hotel. The location was convenient, and central in town, so nothing was far. The neighborhood it's in is not the fanciest, but I kind of liked that it felt more residential because there were lots of local restaurants and little stores around. Plus, the metro station was a very short walk, and so was a major mall that is also one of the stops for the tourist buses. The things that put this hotel over the top for me were the very good breakfast with a big variety of surprisingly high quality food, and by far the excellent staff. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and extremely attentive, they really make your stay there exceptional.

I have had the worst experience in this hotel.
While the receptionists were cooperative, the hotel was way too far from my expectations.
The location is a bit tricky if you’re gonna use cab all day. There’s no where in front of the hotel for the cab captain to drop you off!!
I have to admit that the pictures at the hotel page look super nice, but the reality is something else!! We booked a twin room, and god it was missing everything.
The water kettle wasn’t working, we couldn’t find the “please don’t disturb” sign as we had to ask for it, towels smelled wired and above all, the toilet seat was dirty!!!! This was the worst thing ever. We could’ve worked with everything else, but not with this one.
Eventually, we made the decision by leaving the hotel after spending one full night only. I appreciate the manager’s understanding tho and hopefully this review is considered for improving services.
