Best value for money in the center of the city. You walk 2-3 minutes to World Trade Centre metro station which is a direct line to the airport, 2 metro stations away from Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall and possible to get to Palm Jumeirah quite easy. You can find it easily, close to shops and places to eat.
We were there for a night, did not have time to check the pool. The hotel looks nice, the room is big, although with a small window and bed is comfortable.
The big plus is they have a 24h reception and they stored our luggage after check out because we had a late flight.
A minus would be that the rooms are a bit old and outdated and need a better ventilation system because it smelled damp, with mildew, although I did not see any mold.

The bed, bathroom, kitchen was clean but very old and living room was not that clean, and there is no prober restaurant for breakfast however the food was acceptable.

They gave us clean room. Room service is good. They will stick on to their rules only. If you ask for any additional service or late check out. They will charge you.

Mr Ali front office staff was very friendly and helpful. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. Highly recommendable and hope to be back for a longer visit.

The receptionist at night Ali needs to be polite as he was very rude in the communication with my colleague even though he visited me every once in a while I felt really bad about it

Very relaxed and enjoyable stay - great staff and a lovely swimming pool - the apartment block A is located conveniently right next to the Metro station.

If need near Metro Station or World Trade Center in Dubai in economical price for a short stay then this hotel is good choice. Just front of World Trafe Center metro station and behind 3 min walk of World Trade Center backside door entrance.

It was a wonderful experience as far as your service is concerned. Everything promised was delivered with commitment.
The breakfast was nothing great, fine enough to survive on, but not tasty to talk about. Location was excellent, 2 mins walk to the WTC. And when rest of Dubai was suffering because of rains, we were perfectly comfortable with all facilities taken care of.
Overall a good experience. No regrets.

No hot water fir first two days. Great location. Breakfast overpriced. For unappealing restaurant. Best location
