Rove Downtown

We had a wonderful experience, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Rica during our check-in. She greeted us with a genuine smile and her friendly demeanor immediately made us feel welcomed.

I Emceed an event here and it was lovely. I particularly love the feel and atmosphere at this Rove Downtown. I got to the venue hours before the event and waiting at the lobby to catch up on some work and read was so conducive.

Stepping to the M floor and seeing the set up of the event was beautiful. I love the work spaces available. I saw the podcast studio sign , didn't go inside tho but it felt like a space where creativity could flow.

I'd love to visit someday and maybe spend a night to see what the rooms look like and how the hotel service feels.

But from what I experienced, it seems like a place I'd enjoy spending a couple days at as a guest.

Plus the Marketing Manager Mr Miguel exemplified how the Hotel supports other organisations and events that are held there. That's a good sign.

And the location is also sweet with a view of downtown and landmark buildings.

3 star hotel. Excellent value for the price. Their service is fine. Good location close to Dubai Mall and there is also a shuttle there. There is a super market open 24/7. There is a laundry and dry room which is good. Very nice dining room fob where everyone chooses one dish. Kiran the man at the reception was very nice. As a 3-star hotel for the price and a good location, it is highly recommended.

Hotel with fresh concept. Opposite to Dubai mall with free shuttles to the metro, the mall, city walk and public beach makes it very convenient. Value for money. Rooms are Clean & quite. Helpful & excellent staff. Been to so many hotels in the world & Highly recommend this one.

An excellent experience hands down. The hotel was clean, nice staff, good breakfast. The shuttle service is awesome and a great way to get around. We had a late night flight, so we had a long wait after we checked out. They allowed us to use the pool while we waited, which was a huge positive especially after coming from Paris where it was much stricter if not a little rude when they denied us using restroom while we were waiting to check into our hotel. I would stay here again and again.

We are very satisfied from the hotel. Excellent location, excellent service. The hotel has everything you need inside to avoid the excessive heat outside. The people working here are very helpful. Mr Adnan helped us a lot.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were incredibly nice, the breakfast was delicious, and the hotel room was spotless. Everything was perfect. Adnan assisted us with checking out and was very helpful. I would absolutely book this hotel again!

The easy booking and check-out process is convenient, and it's great that they are flexible with early check-ins. The location seems ideal, being in the center of everything and within walking distance to Dubai Mall, the metro station, and easily accessible transportation like taxis. The restaurant inside, Fridays, has friendly staff and serves a good breakfast. The supermarket has all the basic needs, although it doesn't offer alcoholic drinks. Overall, it sounds like a positive experience!
