Beach: public, sandy beach 18 km away from the hotel (3 coastline). The entrance to the sea sand. On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Shuttle bus to the beach (Jumeirah beach Park, beach access fee: 1.3 $). The beach is 900 m.

Bit outdated but good and clean. Cleaning service was great - genuinely couldn't ask for more. Pool very good, no sunshine but we were happy with it. Location very good in a middle to all. Would happily stay again. Thank you

This hotel, grand millennium Dubai is literally so good, although the view is also so satisfying. The room we got was on the 21st floor so you can imagine how amazing it would be. Moreover the staff is so good there are telephones everywhere in the washrooms too to call whenever you want, even, they take care of our children like we have a kids zone too, pool, and some things more other than for kids, e.g spa restaurants bar area etc. One thing which was not good is that staff can come in the room whenever they want like if someone is not opening the door then they will use a card and do their work it can be dangerous sometimes. However if you are choosing to stay in this hotel then definitely it would be a great choice, go for it! ✨🤌🏻

Rooms are clean but the hotel is a little old. Location is very good. Not recommended for Families at night as there are a lot of pubs/bars and mixed groups around. Value for money is really good.

I recently stayed at the Grand Millennium Hotel in Dubai. While the hotel itself is nice and well-maintained, I would not recommend it, especially for business meetings or casual gatherings. The lobby is incredibly loud due to the music, which is neither classy nor suitable for such a space. It was so loud that you couldn't hear yourself or your guests, making it difficult to have a conversation.
What made the experience worse was the management's response—or lack thereof. When we complained about the noise, we were completely ignored. Despite multiple requests to either turn the volume down or provide us with a quieter seating area, no one came to address our concerns, and we never received an apology.
This lack of customer care was highly disappointing. While the hotel has potential, I would not suggest it to anyone looking for a peaceful environment or expecting attentive service from the management.

I visited this hotel due to its convenient access to numerous bars and excellent restaurants within the premises. Whether I wanted a comprehensive buffet dinner or just a quick drink at the bar, a variety of options were available, ranging from Japanese to Belgian cuisine. Additionally, the hotel offers complimentary valet parking, provided that a minimum spend of 100 dirhams is met at specific bars or restaurants if I recall correctly.

We had arranged a medium-sized family (80 adults + 25 kids) gathering at one of the ballrooms of Grand Millennium Hotel.
I would like to share the great experience we and our guests had during the entire evening. The ambience, decorations, catering, and services were top notch and meet the expectations of a 5* Star Hotel.
The desi food was delicious that includes (Biryani, butter chicken, daal makhni, pasta, fries, nuggets) along with full salad, fruits and sweets counters.
I will highly recommend the people to arrange personal and professional events and gatherings. They can customize the menu based on your budget.
I would like to mention some of the staff who provided excellent services.

I recently stayed at the Grand Millennium Barsha Heights Hotel and had an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the hospitality was top-notch. If you're seeking a peaceful , quality and enjoyable stay, I genuinely recommend this hotel. During my time there, the team at Grand Millennium made special efforts to make my and my child's birthdays memorable by surprising us with wishes and special cakes. It was truly an unforgettable moment for us. Despite staying at numerous big brand hotels before, I had never received such things. Additionally, I must highlight that we felt a strong sense of security throughout our stay in this hotel.

They basically ripped me off, took my money and didn’t give me a room. Worst management I’ve ever seen from a hotel. Reservations team is useless and the management too. I’ve never encountered such poor and shameful handling of issues in the hundreds of hotels I’ve been to. They basically don’t want to help resolve the issue whatsoever and don’t care about their guests. Won’t recommend it to anyone and will file a complaint to Consumer Rights for this scam.

More for a business trip in my opinion, quite central in T com, it is really nice, the rooms are great and the staff is lovely, it is very clean, well maintained, modern with a lot of facilities and pubs
