Staybridge Suites Internet City, an IHG Hotel

Had a very good experience at this hotel.
Friendliest staff and everywhere is clean. Elevators are very quick and never felt like I had to wait long.
Gym is bigger than average (resistance, free weights and cardio) and the breakfast selection is very good. Balcony room had a view of S. Zayed Rd which looks great at night when the lights are on.

Just a short walk across the bridge to Internet City Metro Station and taxis pass by the area all the time so transport is not an issue even in off-peak season.

Room was kitted with washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, electric hob, 60/40 fridge-freezer, cutlery and even dish soap.
Bathroom had a tub with shower function and a washing line to dry off clothes with.

Happy to see 3-pin plug sockets and USB-A ports for charging my laptop and phone.
Wifi speed was good and my phone automatically connected every day without needing to sign in repeatedly.

Can easily recommend this hotel to others.

We recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of our experience. The stylish interior creates a modern yet cozy atmosphere, making it a pleasure to return to after a day of exploring.
The breakfast was excellent—no unnecessary frills, just fresh, tasty food with quality ingredients. The on-site restaurant, Charlie Lane was another highlight, offering delicious meals in a lovely setting.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Their attentiveness made my stay even more enjoyable.
The location—just a 1-minute walk from the metro station and right in the city center, making it effortless to explore.

I stay at Staybridge for business, and it’s a great experience. The staff is incredibly nice and always goes above and beyond to support me with whatever I need—whether it’s a last-minute request, or just a friendly chat after a long day. The atmosphere is welcoming and feels more personal than a typical hotel. Rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped for longer stays, and the breakfast selection is great. It will become my go-to place whenever I’m in town for work or holidays!

The room is very new, better than the two hotels next door! The breakfast is quite rich, but it is basically the same every day, and there is no change. It has everything you need. The hotel delivers water every day

The location is very good, just a three-minute walk from the light rail subway station. The room is also quite large, the facilities are relatively new, and the decoration is also very modern. The service front desk is also quite enthusiastic, mainly Indian, Pakistani and Filipino waiters. The breakfast is also quite rich. The only thing is that the city view room should be on a higher floor as it is quieter.

Our room was a sanctuary of comfort and style — tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we could possibly need. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the view from our window was simply breathtaking.

The hotel’s amenities are where it truly shines. The spa is serene and world-class, the pool area feels like a private oasis, and the dining — oh, the dining! Every meal was a culinary experience, with fresh, local ingredients and service that was attentive yet unobtrusive.

What sets this hotel apart is its attention to detail. From the perfectly arranged flowers in the lobby to the handwritten welcome note in our room, every touch felt intentional and personal.

Five stars aren’t enough!

We really liked the hotel. The metro is literally two steps away. It is very convenient for independent travel, also a taxi quickly arrives from the other side, we ordered many times, always without problems. The design is stylish, such eco minimalism. Light calm colors. A large foyer with a cafe, sofas and tables. Very nice staff at the reception, we left our luggage for free storage before check-in. The room is optimal, like a studio apartment, quite spacious, there is a full kitchen area, a washing machine (thank you, we used it), a capsule coffee machine, a kettle (by the way, SMEG equipment). Breakfast is quite decent and in a very spacious room with good lighting. There were a lot of people, but there was enough space and food for everyone. The only question is about cosmetics, or rather about the body lotion, for some reason it lay down in some kind of flakes that were not absorbed, but everything else (soap, gel, shampoo / balm) is very good and natural. There were no problems with water either, in some hotels we encounter weak pressure or not hot enough water, here everything is great. There is also an iron with an ironing board, a sufficient number of hangers for clothes. We noted the water filter and a separate tap right in the sink, it is very convenient and environmentally friendly. The pool is small but comfortable, there were enough sun loungers, you can see Parus on the horizon. I recommend the hotel, absolutely adequate price for a good room.
