Thank you for the outstanding service and the impeccable service you have , staff very extremely friendly ( all of the starting from the gate staff to the room staff ) helpful kind and very professional. I have stayed in so many hotels in Dubai and around the world and four season Jumeirah to me is the best for me .
1- I love how the fact that they notice my favorite coffee capsules , how they notice every single detail about their guests .
2- they greet us everywhere with kind smile , very helpful at any hour .
I am still staying here we actually extended our stay ten days more .

Staff are friendly and always ready and happy to help
Number one issue cleanliness and freshness of pillows curtains and duvet inserts
with 3 kids one ashmatic, 2 have chest allergies it was apparent that the rooms had not been properly dusted and deep cleaned for a while!
The pillows and the bed duvet inserts also were not fresh and clean. It is apparent that they are due for change otherwise deep cleaning and proper dusting/ cleaning need to be done regularly specially at high seasons with many guests.
The curtains also need to be dry cleaned every once in a while as well.
Housekeeping did great job cleaning that’s not the issue but need more training for exampme to wipe all counters/ tables inside the room everyday not only bathroom.
I recommend that u send an email ahead of your visit to have the rooms deep cleaned and dusted properly before your arrival specially if you have Kids.

The Four Seasons Hotel in Dubai is simply exceptional! From the impeccable service to the unbeatable location, every aspect exceeded my expectations.
The staff were always approachable and knowledgeable, making every interaction a pleasure. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the convenient location made exploring the city effortless.
Overall, my stay was nothing short of extraordinary. I can't wait to return to this luxurious oasis in the heart of Dubai!

I had the opportunity to experience Iftar during Ramadan at a beautifully located venue. The ambiance was truly captivating, adding a special touch to the dining experience. The food selection was impressive, offering a wide variety of choices that cater to diverse tastes and preferences. While the overall quality of the food was good, I had anticipated a slightly higher standard given the reputation of the place. Nonetheless, the experience was enjoyable, and the vast selection partially compensated for this aspect.

Gorgeous. If I could give 10 stars to the service, I would. Employees very kind and very well trained. From the check in to check out service was impeccable, they took care of every detail and always going the extra mile. I’ve been in many Four Seasons around the globe and if you know Four Seasons, you know that expectations are hight, but Dubai really impressed my family and I. My kids just loved the kids club and monitors. Gym, Spa and salon were outstanding.
Inside the property there is a big variety of fantastic and distinguished restaurants. Tennis coach was very professional too. Congratulations Four Season’s DBX team, please extend my compliment and my review to the board - You are a great team.

Unfortunately I had A VERY BAD experience at the hotel attending one of the weddings, where the waitress who was supposed just to give me a juice SPILLED the whole thing on my new dress and the broken glass went into my hand and blood started to come out!! What kind of service is this from a 5 star hotel? How come you put such a level of waitress?? Besides that she ruined my night and ruined my new dress which she is supposed to be responsible of, she could have hurt me more with this broken glass!! And nothing was done to compensate, only some “wet wipes” and hair dryer?! And when I told them even to change the table cover where I am seated as it is all wet they said they cannot, I am really shocked and surprised of this bad level of dealing with such situations, and I want to raise an official complaint against what happened.. hope you next time know well who you are hiring not just any new employee who cannot even handle a simple task!! And thanks for staining my dress!!

I can easily say it is one of the best if not the best hotel to stay in Dubai. Loved the facilities, they have 2 outdoor uniquely designed pools and jacuzzies as well as an indoor pool and an amazing beach. Staff are very professional, friendly, helpful and do their job so well.

Brunch and Cake is a cozy cafe located in the Point area. It's a great spot to enjoy delicious food and drinks. The atmosphere is lovely, and they have a wide variety of brunch options and mouthwatering cakes. I highly recommend trying their avocado toast and their red velvet cake. It's a perfect place to relax and indulge in some tasty treats. Enjoy your visit to Brunch and Cake! (This is Fles,the one who took care of us and our orders!)😊🍰
