Canal Central Hotel

I was very surprised by the service and quality of my stay. I loved everything. It's not a 5-star hotel, but that's not a factor for such a wonderful stay. The room has everything: a refrigerator, a kettle, a safe, slippers, a robe after a shower, and all the toiletries. There's a wonderful view of the canal and the city skyline. In the morning, when the city is still asleep, it's beautiful to stroll along the canal... The breakfast buffet is very generous, with fruits, vegetables, omelets, and more, croissants, juices, tea, and coffee... The hotel is beautifully designed, with a wonderful pool and bar... When I return to Dubai, I'll choose this hotel again!

I stayed at Canal Central Hotel Business Bay for 12 days, and honestly, it was an amazing stay from start to finish. 🏨✨ The location is perfect, the views are beautiful, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable — it really feels like a proper 5-star hotel.

I want to give special thanks to Chaouki at reception and Ferhet from the breakfast team — both of them are absolutely outstanding. 🌟 Every day I saw them working hard with genuine smiles, treating every guest with respect and kindness. Chaouki is extremely polite and professional, always ready to help with anything. Ferhet is so friendly and positive — he really makes mornings better for everyone. These two truly stand out and are a big reason why guests feel welcome here. 🙌

The room cleaners also deserve credit 👏 — they cleaned my room every day, changed the towels and bedding regularly, and kept everything spotless. It would be great if the rooms had somewhere to hang or dry clothes 👕 for longer stays, and the shower tap didn’t close completely, with slightly low water pressure 🚿 — small things, but worth mentioning.

The valet and car park staff were excellent too 🚗💨 — always friendly, quick, and professional. And if you’re planning to go around Dubai, it’s actually cheaper and safer to hire a vehicle directly from the hotel instead of taking random taxis — it saves money and gives you peace of mind. 💰✅

Overall, most of the staff are great — just a few need better training so they don’t let the good ones down. But I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back. ❤️ Big thanks again to Chaouki, Ferhet, and the whole team — you made my time in Dubai unforgettable. 🌞

The breakfast had a great variety of delicious options. The valet parking team was especially polite and helpful. The location is excellent – ​​overlooking the canal, and just a few minutes from Downtown Dubai. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable. I would particularly like to highlight the friendly and helpful staff and the very good breakfast with a wide selection.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Canal central Hotel! We stayed for 6 nights. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Special shoutout to Saurabh and Waqar for their exceptional service, warmth, and hospitality. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure our every need was met. The hotel's amenities, cleanliness, and location were top-notch. We can't wait to return and request Saurabh and Waqar again! Five stars isn't enough – we'd give ten stars if we could! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

It was a great experience and the rooms were amazing. I liked how the staff treated me, although the receptionists should speak English better than they do. I loved the smell of the rooms and the cleanliness of the place. Everything was great, but the valet employee did something that got me into trouble. I had previously told the reception that they do not share any information about me, and if anyone asks, they do not give an answer. This is my personal and private right as a guest in any hotel. But when someone came to ask about me, they gave him the answer and told him that I am a guest with them and I got into trouble. In general, everything was great until they revealed my information and gave to an unknown person.

Everything was perfect except room service, some time you need to call to clean ur room.
Apart from this point, everything was perfect.

I liked my visit to this hotel, the room is clean and modern, the view is very nice. The only 2 things i didnt like is the elevators, very slow and very crowded, also the breakfast service is slow too, i went to bring something from the buffet and when i came back i found them cleaned my table and removed my coffee. I asked them to bring me another coffee but it took them forever to do so…. So i left without my coffee!!

We recently stayed at this hotel, hoping for a 5-star experience, but while there were some positive aspects, it ultimately fell short in key areas.

Check-in: The check-in experience was disappointing. The staff member was unfriendly, quiet, and offered very little information, leaving us with a poor first impression.

Room: The room did not meet 5-star expectations. The shower had very low water pressure, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to use. The finishing in the room was underwhelming; we had stayed at a 4-star hotel the previous week, and it far exceeded this one in quality. Additionally, the refrigerator in our room wasn’t working, which caused my baby’s food to spoil—a frustrating and serious issue for families.

Housekeeping: Room cleaning was consistently late. We returned to our room at 5 PM one day, and it still hadn’t been cleaned. We had to hand over the garbage ourselves and skip cleaning entirely, which was unacceptable.

Concierge: On a positive note, the concierge staff were exceptional—very friendly, accommodating, and eager to help. Their service stood out and provided a bright spot during our stay.

View: The view was stunning and deserves 5 stars. However, the hotel should update its photos online. The Burj Khalifa is no longer visible, yet we paid extra for this “premium” view based on outdated pictures.

Breakfast Service: The breakfast service was chaotic and poorly organized. It took far too long to secure a table suitable for a baby, and when we finally got one, I had to bring cutlery myself. The lack of attention from the staff detracted from the overall experience.

Conclusion: While the view and concierge team were excellent, the rest of the hotel did not live up to 5-star standards. Key areas such as room quality, housekeeping, and breakfast service need significant improvement to justify the high expectations and price.
