We only stayed for one night in order to catch the early train. If this is your situation, this hotel is a perfect option. But when we were taking shower , the water got clogged and wouldn’t drain, overflowing all over the floor.

It was ok. Staff was very friendly. The area is a bit strange at night. The hotel and the room could use an update. Overall it didn’t feel like a 4star stay.

Close proximity to train station. Rooms are big and clean with complimentary water, coffee provided in room. Good breakfast provided.

Hotel staffs are pleasant. Checking in was very smooth & we were allowed to deposit our luggage early in the morning at the hotel though actual check in time is 3 pm. Hotel is within walking distance to Munich Central Station which is very convenient. The room for 3 Adults (sofa converted to bed), however, was a little cramp. There was no kettle or tissue paper provided but filtered drinking water...

Okay, the location is good, but the breakfast is a bit weak.

Good location As much as the cost of the facility If you have plans nearby, we recommend staying for 1 or 2 nights. If I were asked to stay for a long period of time, I would think more.

Easy to check in. Not far from Laim train station which connects to the rest of the city and airport. Only one room card key received but didn't ask for second one. Only one complimentary bottle of water in the room, two would have been nice as there were 2x of us staying in the room. Otherwise no issues.

The only problem was that the bed width of all hotels in Munich was too narrow, only 0.9 meters, which was a bit cramped. It’s a cute little old-fashioned hotel in the middle of the city. Everything is well maintained and clean, very nice breakfast and most of all - the friendliest staff on earth. Close to the English Garden and good access to the airport (the direct LH Bus stop is one subway stop away and faster than going through the main station). Would certainly stay here again.

If you're staying in Munich for work or a long stay this hotel is comfortable and has everything necessary. The cupboard space is ample and there is a full ironing board and iron in every room.

Nice decoration. Room is relatively small but fancy. We waited for the check-in as we arrived before check-in time. Some people arrived after us, but could check in immediately which gave us a bit bad impression of the service but they handled it quite well and we could also check in earlier.

The hotel is right next to the Munich Central station. There is a supermarket store nearby within 1 min walking. The Neni Chicken restaurant provides delicious food at night, and the vibe is excellent. Overall, we are satisfied with the stay!

I’ve only been to the Restaurant and beergarden. I might be inclined to say, that this is the best Biergarten in Munich. Lovely location, well distributed with a little creek flowing by and fish and ducks Mingleling with the crowd. Food is great. Best place to enjoy a beer after work.

One of the best beer gardens in Munich! The place is absolutely beautiful on a sunny weekend to sit down and relax with friends and family! I love every single dish that was created and served! Starting with pommes (fresh and crispy) and then to the bavarian Obatzda and the fresh Kuchen and Brezel! An absolute delight! Will be back for more 😋

One of my favorite beer gardens. Lot's of nice and big trees, shadow, the cooling river "Würm" and the food as also quote ok for a beer garden. Recommend to have a look and try.

The beer garden and service are really nice. There are tables beside the river and if you are lucky you can see some ducks. It is a bit quieter than an average beer garden in Munich and I would definitely recommend it.

Stayed in Cocoon Stachus first week of December. Room was quiet, facing the backyard. Spotless clean, bright and comfy. Absolutely loved the swing in the room. My friend and I had an exceptional experience at Cocoon Stachus. It started with the amazing Linda greeting us at Check in, she was very warm and welcoming. Very close to the train station, making transportation convenient. There are shops and restaurants nearby, and you can walk to all the major attractions. We paid the same price for two rooms, and one of them had a swing, which the kids absolutely loved. Very spacious room! Excellent stay, only challenge: knowing where to put what part of the trash, there are 4 different bins. Otherwise very spacious, a living room, bedroom and a large bacony!

Very cool hotel! Loved the bar/reception area. There’s a cute relaxing spot on the floors with tea 😊 the sheets are sooooo soft I could have slept for hours more. And the shower was great water pressure with both rainfall and handheld. Clean, comfy, cool. Have already recommended to others!

The breakfast is a healthy one with a different flavor of tea and ginger. The menu of buffet breakfast is almost the same every day. The daily making bed is late in the day. You should go back room at around 17;00.

The hotel is located on the main street of Potsdamer Strasse. It is easy to find according to the navigation. The hotel has a parking garage, but the aisle is too narrow and the slope is very large, so you need to be very careful when driving. The aisle of the hotel is too narrow, the room area is small, and the hygiene is OK. The speed of reception and check-in is also OK.

It was nice and clean and quiet. I've stayed there before and will stay there again. I would give it a 5 instead of a 4 but in this room the heat was way too high no matter what the thermostat was set at. It's a shame to waste energy but we had to open the window to cool the room. Also the shower didn't drain well and it overflowed onto the floor.

I got the best service and experience. It is very affordable price and near to Munich train Station. The staff has extra waited for me till 1:30 to check In. Nevertheless the check in time was till 23:30. I suggest you to go and enjoy the experience with this hotel.

Osmanisches Reich is living here

It is a very descent motel. The rooms are nice and clean, the staff is super friendly and speak english very well. In the basement they even have a buffet. The place only contains one flaw, the dinner. It is a large buffet but sometimes the food looks real strange, however it is worth the price. The food in the morning is just perfect, a large choice of food and it tastes just fine.

This may be the best youth hostel that I have ever been in. I felt that the staff were friendly and I loved the fact that I could purchase public transport tickets. I also thought that this hostel had the best breakfast that I have ever had in a youth hostel. Keep up the good work!

This is a great hostel for families, 90% of people were families with kids. It is very close to the subway, they offer evening meals which we (couple with 3 year old twins) thought were good value for money. Rooms are simple bur adequate. Breakfast is included and is excellent. They have a baby room, a kids room, and a playground outside. Tons of board games for older children. I would stay here again...

The hotel is quite ok, the beds were good and the shower was also good, the breakfast, was a bit boring for my taste. The location is quite nice, it takes less than 15 minutes to get to the center of the city , with The Metro There is a supermarket quite close, as well as other small shops including a pharmacy. so all in all, a quite ok hotel.

Fairly simple contemporary hotel with all that is needed for a short business stay. Good internet speed, quiet for a good sleep and a 5 minute walk from BMW digital if that is where you will be heading. It's also a 1 minute walk to the S-Bahn to get you to the city center or elsewhere. One thing that could be improved here is the breakfast which is a bit too basic for 4 star hotel.

Decent Mercure hotel. Very nice service, I can't rate the breakfast as I didn't use it (but it looked very good). The hotel has a good tram connection to the main station and Stachus. Both can be reached in about 10 minutes. A good hotel for a weekend trip.

It was the worst because there were cockroaches and bugs like you would find in a restaurant. I couldn't sleep because of the bugs for two days in a row, so I asked to change rooms, but after that it was fine. The staff was nice, but I won't be going there again.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Great location. With only a 10 minute walk to the main square. Tram and train station a few minutes walk from the hotel. The staff were amazing. Extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Even the owners son took the time to check we were okay and have a chat. Will definitely be coming back.

Hotel Isartor is an older hotel with a not particularly welcoming staff. The bathroom was tiny with a shower squeezed into a corner. The breakfast was adequate. Location was ok once we figured out the way to Marienplatz. I’m sorry to say, the woman working in the breakfast room could use a smile.. All in all it was ok but I would not stay there again.
