Customer service was fantastic. They allowed us to drop off our luggage early and held for us when we left for a couple hours. Spent time making suggestions of where to eat with us. Place was clean, pleasant, and very close to the train station.

The hotel is very well placed in the city. The staff is nice, and the breakfast was very good. The rooms are clean, and the bed is comfortable, but the blankets are really small, which is not convenient for tall people.

The staff was nice. But there were two problems that were worrying. First, there was no phone in the room. When we wanted a blanket, we went to the reception from the 4th floor. The heating and cooling system was constantly on and never turned off. The breakfast was also very busy and we expected more from it.

When we arrived, the receptionist asked us to pay extra 40euros per night for opening the sofa bed. but trip.com told us no need. Meanwhile, we called hotel on 17th May, a lady confirmed my booking including the sofa bed and no extra charges. Finally, they did not charge us extra 40euros. But it is not a good experience. The Courtyard Marriott lives up to expectations as a popular choice among business travelers. I had the suite room. Comes stocked with one time juice, beer, and soda. Every day you get water and coffee replenished. Sofa bed was comfy as was the double bed. Balcony was relaxing. Ask for a change of towels or room cleaning preferably the night before or when you leave in the morning on your excursion so that your room will be how you want ot when you return to it.
