We stayed here for the weekend and booked a double room, it was spacious, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a big variety of delicious options to choose from. We got also access to the Vitality Spa, where you can use the Sauna and the gym. Highly recommended!

I was very surprised at the quality of this hotel. It’s best feature was that it was extremely quiet with quality features, at a very good price. Parking is extra, but if you’re careful you can get on the street if you’re early enough, which I was able to do twice. I would certainly stay here again, the breakfast is very good but way too expensive at €16.

Fantastic hotel! We arrived two hours before check in and our room was ready which was a lovely surprise after an early flight that morning. The hotel had nice amenities and the staff were efficient and welcoming, but the only reason why it doesn’t get 5 stars is because there is no air conditioning. We are in southern Germany, not Iceland. There is no excuse for a hotel like the Ramada to have no air conditioning.

The location is a bit far from the center, but that doesn't matter because there is a mall nearby, so it's easy to get food and everything.

We requested the room to be cleaned, but when we returned, it hadn’t been cleaned at all. The service in this hotel is very poor. Also, the room lighting is very dim, and the room is quite dark. This rating is definitely not deserved for this hotel.

Hotel is located in a quiet environment with plenty of free parking outside the premise (albeit a little walking is required). Very close by to the exhibition. Easy check in process and the staff are friendly and attentive to our requests during the stay.

This hotel is new and the environment is good, but the space is average and not very spacious. There are parking spaces on the road. When parking in Germany, it is best to download the app in advance (you need to register in advance for handyparken. Using the app to park is very convenient. Otherwise, you have to buy a parking ticket from a machine).

The front desk staff were super friendly and the room was very clean. We arrived really early in the morning, and they were still so welcoming, letting us relax in the lobby.

Towels were dirty and the room had a mold smell at night. Service was actually too nice and dangerous. We forgot our key in the room because we dropped our bags off and was gone all day. We asked for a new key and the guy gave us a key and told us our room number without checking our identification.

Was able to check in at 1.30 pm, earlier than the standard 3 pm. Large underground car parking available for a reasonable fee. The room was slightly cramped after the sofa bed was deployed but we were still able to flip open our luggage fully for packing. Would recommend and stay again without hesitation.

Munich was our last stop in Germany. We found the hotel easy as we were traveling with children. The food was excellent, it was easy to get taxies and the staff could not have been nicer. The location for the trains and the tram was also easy. The rooms were comfortable and a really nice size, especially the corner family room.

We went to Munich to attend Oktoberfest. We stayed at Hotel Europa which is approximately 3 km from the Theresienwiese where the festival is held. There is excellent public transit in front of the hotel, but we chose to walk to and from. Hotel Europa is well appointed, very clean and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. A friendly, unfussy welcome. We asked for two separate duvets for one room. It worked on the third attempt ;). As we'd read in guest reviews, it was confirmed that the attentiveness of the service staff, including management, at breakfast could be improved, even during off-peak times. We were quickly assigned a table, but we weren't able to order drinks. Eye contact with the staff wasn't possible....

I had a great stay at the Marriott City West in Munich. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. The only real negative is the distance from the airport and the expensive cab ride. Also getting to the centre of the city from the hotel is far away. Also no overnight laundry service is a nuisance. Has cool kitchen area in the studio rooms, a small gym but open 24 hours, and lots of shops nearby, walking distance to Olympic Park. Good choice.

Great hotel in a very quiet location. My room was clean and well-maintained. Hotel has a rooftop terrace and nice backyard. Availability of laundry makes your life easier. Although it is pretty far away from the city center, it provides a good value for money if you rent it for >10 days as they have special offers.
