Great location, near train stop.
My friend and I were traveling and ended up in this area and needed a taxi. Although we weren’t staying in the hotel the front desk agent, Stephan was very sweet and helped us out so kindly. Great, friendly service!
Fair enough Reception a bit rude
Fantastic place, great location with an underground train station right next to the hotel. Staff is also brilliant especially Mr. Till, parking space is very convenient & safe as well. We had asked whether our car could be left for few extra hours after checking out and the staff was happy enough to ask us to take our own time without charging extra.
Nice place and very quiet here even it near by the center place .it’s very convenient that mango supermarket around here
Very cozy hotel with comfortable rooms. Right across the U2 line metro entrance. Just a couple of stops to Hauptbannof. This is the 2nd time we rest there; there will be more.

Hotel was lovely, we have been here before, and we loved the comfy beds and the lovely breakfast.
Nearby MCD which is a plus however poor handling skills to big groups as we have met 2-3 groups of more than 100pax in total who queued for breakfast at one time. They should have housed them in separate ball room or location instead of having breakfast with other guests.
The staff was friendly and the facility really cleaned, only the breakfast had a small variety, nothing special.
A good hotel, convenient location. Breakfast could be better. Parking is too expensive.
Staff very courteous and helpful. Good location for public transport. Breakfast included is good value.
Holiday Inn express is as good as usual, I really like it.

Room and toilet are small. No tissue, hand towel and no slippers. Air conditioner is a standalone unit which is near the window. So air-conditioning does not fill the room.
nice room, clean and cozy location is near the train station not very far from the city center
The hotel is nice, also the location can connect to tram and central station by walk
Room was very cosy with the best heaters during winter. Bed was comfortable and warm too
The hotel is lovely, clean, and well-managed. The manager is attentive, and the location is convenient. Highly recommended!
Nice and clean hotel, locates in a good central location. Friendly staff and good breakfast range. However one or two improvements could have made it a wonderful stay. No food available in the evenings even though advertised and the most basic of TV's in the room, (limited, and all German language channels), no Internet (you tube or English-speaking channels).

Every staff is nice!!! I have never fond anywhere else that has as polite staff as here. All the facilities is good and the room is pretty clean! I really like this hotel and enjoy staying here!
Room and bathroom quite large, bed very comfortable. room and bathroom cleaned (even if the moquette would need a renewal or replacement with something else). Very close to the U3 Machtlfinger Straße, good price. Good choice if you need to stay in that area (as I had), probably not the best choice if you need to visit the city, even if the journey with U Bahn takes approx 20 minutes.
Comfortable sleep. Could have used a +1 pillow. Very convenient near U Bahn. Parking available for a fee..
Bathroom shower had a long black hair upon arrival. Also whilst our room was at the end by itself, we were woken multiple times over the nights by slamming doors from other rooms. So it wasn’t a quiet stay. Staff were very pleasant though
I highly recommend this Hotel – the room was very clean, near U-Bahn and the breakfast was perfect
Wonderful place. They were taking care of my luggage, gave me an umbrella when i needed it also. The breakfast was rich, the bar and restaurant were amazing and love the fact that it's a 24/7 hotel. Hard working stuff that were always smilling! Very affordable,4 night stay with all inclusive were around 212 euros! The metro station is 2 minutes away and 5 minutes away there's a Lidl. 10/10 for me

Great location, next to subway. Right below hotel have grocery store. Hotel lobby is at Level 1, which you need to ring the bell at the entrance for them to open the gate. Room was clean and bed was comfy. However I found that the room was abit dim, and no kettle is provided (need 20 euro deposit from lobby)
Rooms are actually good, the beds are comfortable. Its also very spacious even we have 3 luggages. Unfortunately I have to leave the room only 3 stars due to the toilet, precisely the shower area. The design of shower area only cover half the area, leaving the other half open to make movement easy and spacious, but the wind that blows to you during your shower is unacceptable. Especially during winter...
The staff was polite and kind. The hotel is next to the shopping mall and U-bahn. the building is modern, rooms also. I stayed there for five days.
The room is too dark. The kettle is super dirty. The staffs are nice and friendly. The price is good and close to shopping mall.
Lovely staff, Best room, Good Price but a bit far from city centre
Easy access to the subway, staff was incredibly friendly, parking was a bit difficult to spot from the outside but was easy to access once we got the instructions (probably should indicate on the website so customers do not have to get out of their car and go inside to ask), rooms are smaller than you think but nothing to complain about. Really chill and chic hotel. Only a couple of mins to get to...

I had a wonderful experience at Ibis Muenchen City Arnulfpark! The hotel is just a short ride from the city center, making it super convenient for exploring Munich. Super good hotel, convenient location, acceptable price, i love ibis forever
Air conditioner not working. The receptionist was generous to give one hour before check in
Very good location Neat and clean and quiet room munich main bus station is within walking distance.
A pretty solid ibis hotel than often offers very fair rates considering the overall price level of Munich. if you're using Flixbus or are traveling by train, the location is good. For city center visits, it's also not an issue if you like walking. Rooms are standard ibis, you get what you pay for.

Stayed here for two nights. The rooms are right for the price. The best was the staff, super friendly and willing to help with any doubt. The only negative aspect were the corridors, a bit dirty.
-Don't stay here with your family. The shower has a foggy window that was a little awkward when showering. -There's no shower curtain/door so all the water gets on the floor -There was a random broken lamp in there??? Wish they took it out bc then I was disappointed we got no subtle desk light or colored lights. The only smaller lights in there are the BLAIRING bed frame lights. The bathroom and main...
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were modern and clean. However, I think the pillows could be better and privacy for the shower improved (you could see through the frosted glass). The location could also be closer to public transport, as you need to take the bus to the train station, but it was in a relatively clean and family oriented part of Munich. It was a small walk to find restaurants...
Mediocre. Location is fine, relatively close to the airport and U-bahn / bus services. Staff was ok. Not rude but also not the most friendly bunch. Room itself: AC doesnt work and just makes noise, matrasses medicore. Pillows (if you can even call them that) way too soft and small. 1 chair in a double room, no place for your bathroom products like shampoo/shaving cream etc. Cleaning only done once...
I had used this hotel a few times in the past and it was satisfactory. The last time I can say it was unacceptable. We stayed for six nights and they didn't clean even once, they only changed the towels we had used. The carpets in the corridors were dirty and generally is not very good hotel anymore. The reception staff were very good and helpful
Overall we had a good experience. The breakfast is great and the staff is nice, especially helping customer on making waffles, which are the signature dish there. The only downside I had was we asked for an extra blanket on our 1st night (at around 10pm) as the weather was getting cold. This is a Nice friendly place. We stayed with two families. The rooms are perfect for family’s. And although there are also a lot of young people it felt really relaxed. We ordered dinner and could eat at the bar. The rooms are to hot. You cannot open the window so it feels really locked up. Would definitely do something about that. Even though it was winter it felt airless. München is very accessible...
Its cheap, id say its perfect for someone who doesn't care that much. I spent most of the stay outside and only slept there, the room was warm (visited in February (window in room couldn't be opened (sauna in summer))). i could feel the strings in mattress, but it was manageable. the service was really good. Hi! The heating is installed only in the bathroom, so I thank the Lord there was not so cold outside otherwise it would have been freezing. Plus, the hairdryer wasn't working. Utterly friendly, most helpful and service minded staff, always with a smile on their face. Rooms are impeccable and stylish. The one hotel we keep coming back when travelling to Munich. Thank you Cortiina Team!
Cortiina Hotel became one of my favourite hotels. Every single one of your staff are professional, friendly and helpful. To start off with that was my first time in Munich. What a nice welcoming: even before you park your car. Great location for shopping and culture and Munich atmosphere. Large rooms well equipped and very clean. Comfortable big beds. We have been lodging in this hotel since 2015. In the first years, the price (con Expedia) was really good, then it became more and more expensive (changed owner). The rooms are very different, but most are pretty big for European standards. Good hotel with reasonable price and courteous staff. There are couple transport stop from which you can get the center of the city, clear rooms
Good, clean and hygienic hotel. Hot water kettle not provided in room. However kettle can be requested from the counter. Plain water provided by the hotel is pretty expensive. However cheap water can be procured from nearby gas station which is only 2-3 walk distance.
I booked two nights at this hotel and only stayed for one night. The heat and humidity in the room was unbearable in July. It was hotter in my room than it was outside. Nice hotel, good service. Rooms are clean and furnished in modern style. Recommend this place. Good connection with metro.
Rooms were clean and modern. Had a front street view with a nice view of the street. Service was great. Concierge was funny and polite. Breakfast had lots of options. Begets are fantastic.
This hotel was surprisingly excellent value for the price. It was in a great location surrounded by shops and restaurants. My room was a good size, bed comfortable and it was very clean. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful and I really can't find anything to fault about my stay. I would recommend.
Good hotel with nice people working there and well located, with many decent restaurants at a few minutes walking distance. Good parking which beats the price of a day on the street parking. Breakfast was very complete and well serviced. No lounge for an evening beer or something. But that easily remedied at walking distance as well. Would I go here again? Yes!

Good place to stay but not so near from the city centre. Yes there is the bus stop but to get to the hotel you need to take also the s bahn... but maybe the lower price has a motivation. But breakfast and rooms are comfortable and of good quality
Mercury Hotel München Ost Messe is side by side to ibis Hotel. Bus station is conveniently located just about 200m near the Hotel. Room provided enough space and was equipped with LCD TV set, small water boiler, safe and a bluetooth speaker. Bathroom had tub with integrated shower. Overpriced, overestimated. Nice 3*, but not 4*. The rooms are small, no room service at all, only breakfast, which itself is quite poor. The pillows are not comfortable enough, and it seems like the pillowcase does not fit the pillow. Bathroom amenities are also subject for improvement.
