The hotel room is fine. We were allocated the family room, it is a clean and reasonal place to stay.

The thing that bothers me the most that the house keeper didn’t come to my room through the whole 48 hours of my stay. Also, smell of the rooms and the restaurant is not pleasant.

Not bad, if you want a hotel close to the train station, easy to get to Munich City Center. Could upgrade the bathrooms

The bed was not very comfortable

I was on a business trip and booked the hotel in the area. Spacious and clean room, comfortable bed and big enough bathroom! There is instant coffee and tea in the room as part of a big kitchen which is in the room. The terrace to the room is looking towards the street but it is not noisy.

There is no cutleries in the room. Need to pay extra for it. Parking is not free. The pool and the sauna were good but lots of building materials stored in the pool area.

I would recommend this hotel if you need to stay in the Obersendling area. Only complaint would be that the room didn’t get cold, so I had to open the window, and heard many cars, which kept me awake. Otherwise it was great.

The rooms were really nice. Although we were with family and we were given 2 rooms in 2 different floors. But, we managed our way to enjoy that different floors rooms facility:-). The rooms had pretty cool kitchen. Wifi was not working. But, we didn't care much. Swimming pool was nice. But, the water was extremely cold. We went by car so the location was anyway good for us.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Excellent pool and fitness facilities. Nice clean rooms with great views, amazing breakfast top. A short distance away from the noise of the city but regular busses and trains that will take you there in minutes.

Standard tourist hotel, everyone is polite and try to meet your needs. Close to railway station. Ten minute walk into main tourist area.

City Hotel was a good location to the train station, very convenient with luggage. It's in a bit of a bad area thought next to a strip club and lots of drunk people around on the weekends. The WiFi was terrible, but the room bathroom and AC were good and the breakfast was very good

We stayed here for 11 days. Great location near the train station which made day trips a snap and easy walking distance to Marianplatz. Good, friendly service and a very solid breakfast with good options that allowed us to skip lunch several times and save money. The room wasn't fancy but more than served our needs. The price was very reasonable. We'd stay here again.

their check in and check out processes are speedy and fluent. the breakfast area is so comfy and the staff there are so nice. the hotel is around 5 minutes walk to train station that’s very convenient for us. they provide discount vouchers to use in the restaurant as well if you skip cleaning service which is an extra to us. it’s overall a great experience staying in this hotel!

Even though a few miles from City Center there is a bus stop outside hotel and a reliable public transport system - buses run on time and there is the U (underground train) stop 5 mins walk - the train gets you to old town in less than 10 mins. This Moxy is on the outskirts, and isn't very convenient to anything in the city center. Once inside, I found that the hotel was nothing more than barely adequate. A positively surprising experience! Despite a very moderate price for a hotel in Munich, it offers quite a good accomodation for the traveller, who is willing to go further away from the city centre. A very convenient self-check-in via an automated key box. The only minus is a bit weary signs here and there - nothing seems to be new.

This is a very pleasant little hotel. It’s very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were quite long and narrow and as such all the beds were single, however comfortable and warm enough. The breakfast was tasty although options were limited compared to bigger hotels.

Great hotel! Spacious, conveniently located in front of the tram stop and only a few stops away from the central station. There’s an Edeka (supermarket) within 10 minutes walk which makes it very suitable for long stay. Also, there’s a self-operated laundry at the basement for those who need to wash their clothes after a week long travel. I would definitely return and stay again.

The room was spacious, clean and met the necessities. Location is near to the city center and the tram stop is in the front of the hotel. Very convenient!

Fairly basic hotel but it has reasonably sized rooms for a three star. Unfortunately the rooms are not well sound insulated from the street so early morning cleaning and rubbish collection is problematic. The breakfast was very basic and frankly not up to the standard of other places.

Very central hotel only a few metres from the train station. Clean and comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast!! Very helpful and friendly staff. We stayed 2 nights then went cycling down the Rhine for a month and they kindly stored our suitcase for us at no charge even though we only stayed the 2 nights there before we left for our cycling trip. Would definitely stay again!!

I've stayed at this hotel a good number of times. The location to the Munich hauptbahnhof is perfect, and the price is budget friendly. The hotel and rooms are very clean. The staff are helpful. Breakfast is great. The neighborhood/streets around the hotel are lively and have adult activities. Great for business travel and for people without children.

Location conveniently at the front of Hauptbahnhof Station, easy access to food and shopping, there is a stripped dance club opposite so it gets noisy in the night. Hotel room is compact and clean, great breakfast with lots of choices, they even offer to pack away when I was rushing at 7am before breakfast was ready.

Good hotel Nice hotel, rooms are fairly basic but clean and tidy. I stayed for almost 2 weeks and in that time room wasn’t cleaned properly, empty glasses from the bar were left in room. Towels weren’t always changed when left to be changed. Restaurant next door is a little hit and miss when they are open. Food is good though.

A decent hotel not far from the main station (1,8km). You can walk the distance, takes about 20 minutes. Everything is ok, staff is very friendly, beds are good, pillows are ok. Night is tranquil. The room is fully equipped and comfortable

Nice location, only 2-3 U-Bahn train stops to Marienplatz. U-Bahn is right infront of the hotel. Their were only shower amenities available in the room (as expected).

Nice clean room but there's no AC and I'm summer the room heated above 30C made it difficult to sleep. I guess winter time this won't be a problem.

The room was very comfortable, the mattress and pillows were very soft, the front desk staff was very welcoming, and the bar counter provided hot water. This is a lovely small boutique hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms are quite basic, but clean and everything is in great condition. I stayed at the Petri in December of 2018. My room was fully modernised with a balcony. The breakfast was fantastic and the employees friendly. I underestimated of great my stay would be but would definitely go back next time i'm in Munich.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and looked new and fresh. Great big screen TV with Internet connectin and could stream from my Netflix account. Only small bad thing was that the bathrooms had a sliding glass door that did not offer much privacy or sound proofing for when two peoples share the room.

Everything was great, the room was incredible.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is located in a green and quiet area. There are groceries and cafes all around. Different kinds of city transport are also easy available. The room is neat and clean. There is no tea or coffee. It will be my choice next time in Munich.
