Munchen, Bodenseestraße 227 🧭 Map
The hotel room is fine. We were allocated the family room, it is a clean and reasonal place to stay.
The thing that bothers me the most that the house keeper didn’t come to my room through the whole 48 hours of my stay. Also, smell of the rooms and the restaurant is not pleasant.
Not bad, if you want a hotel close to the train station, easy to get to Munich City Center. Could upgrade the bathrooms

Friendly informative reception staff who spoke English.
Good selection of restaurants nearby. Short walking distance to train station.
Good stay
For the price and convenience to train it was perfect. Friendly staff and helpful.
- Very friendly and helpful staff
- Check-in and out without any problems
- Free coffee and tea station
- Very extensive breakfast
- Very good value for money
- Highly recommended

Honestly, the reception team treated us like old friends or family. They were very polite, kind, and supportive. We will definitely return again. We had two rooms, and the only minor issue was that on the 7th floor, the glass shower barrier was a bit narrow, so some water splashed onto the floor. Nevertheless, the rooms were very clean, and we truly enjoyed our stay.Well done to the breakfast team as...
What a great stay! the check in was seamless, and the staff so friendly. The room was clearn roomy and had everything one could want. Bathroom spacious. The hotel offers bikes for guests to use, so we decided to take advantage. So fun to ride around Munich and the Englishergarten. A great perk!
And the breakfast buffet!!!! WOW! Anything one could want for breakfast, whether American or...
The Hotel is accessible from Arabellapark station by bus. Otherwise it is a bit far if we opt to walk.
The stay was comfortable and the breakfast was good (continental). Adding a dish in potato would have been good.
The price was a bit high maybe because of Octoberfest demand.

My stay here was wonderful. Great location, friendly staff, clean, well designed, tasty buffet breakfast with vegan and gluten free options. I'll definitely stay here again!
GREAT food in the restaurant and for breakfast. Gluten and dairy free options too!!
Had a hard time paying for our meal. I think they were just understaffed for our large group.
Rooms were clean and staff were friendly all around. The rooms are typical German small. It’s not in the city center, but not far. The main problem is that there is a gate at the entrance, so I have to coax taxis in.

I was on a business trip and booked the hotel in the area. Spacious and clean room, comfortable bed and big enough bathroom! There is instant coffee and tea in the room as part of a big kitchen which is in the room. The terrace to the room is looking towards the street but it is not noisy.
There is no cutleries in the room. Need to pay extra for it. Parking is not free. The pool and the sauna were good but lots of building materials stored in the pool area.
I would recommend this hotel if you need to stay in the Obersendling area. Only complaint would be that the room didn’t get cold, so I had to open the window, and heard many cars, which kept me awake. Otherwise it was great.
The rooms were really nice. Although we were with family and we were given 2 rooms in 2 different floors. But, we managed our way to enjoy that different floors rooms facility:-).
The rooms had pretty cool kitchen. Wifi was not working. But, we didn't care much.
Swimming pool was nice. But, the water was extremely cold. We went by car so the location was anyway good for us.
It was nice and new. But it’s cold at night
One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Excellent pool and fitness facilities. Nice clean rooms with great views, amazing breakfast top. A short distance away from the noise of the city but regular busses and trains that will take you there in minutes.

Standard tourist hotel, everyone is polite and try to meet your needs. Close to railway station. Ten minute walk into main tourist area.
Nice hotel, very comfy beds, decent breakfast
Quite olé, smells a bit of tobacco. Nice breakfast
Ok enough installations, mostly friendly staff, horribly noisy street
City Hotel was a good location to the train station, very convenient with luggage. It's in a bit of a bad area thought next to a strip club and lots of drunk people around on the weekends. The WiFi was terrible, but the room bathroom and AC were good and the breakfast was very good
We stayed here for 11 days. Great location near the train station which made day trips a snap and easy walking distance to Marianplatz. Good, friendly service and a very solid breakfast with good options that allowed us to skip lunch several times and save money. The room wasn't fancy but more than served our needs. The price was very reasonable. We'd stay here again.

A small hotel located very near to the central station, friendly staff and service, at the right price too.
That’s exactly what I want! Excellent location, good services, acceptable price.
their check in and check out processes are speedy and fluent. the breakfast area is so comfy and the staff there are so nice. the hotel is around 5 minutes walk to train station that’s very convenient for us. they provide discount vouchers to use in the restaurant as well if you skip cleaning service which is an extra to us. it’s overall a great experience staying in this hotel!

Ok so as most will know I am a lover of Moxy as a brand - simple, does what it says and great value for money - but the Munich one lets the side down, as follows;
1. Everything is a little dirty and poorly kept, the gym is ok but old and not the usual Moxy standard, the carpets are stained, the shower door is broken, the toilet seat broken
2. Hot water is super inconsistent - one day works fine and...
Even though a few miles from
City Center there is a bus stop outside hotel and a reliable public transport system - buses run on time and there is the U (underground train) stop 5 mins walk - the train gets you to old town in less than 10 mins. The hotel staff are friendly and kind- so helpful. We had the buffet breakfast for both mornings and it’s great value and a great selection to choose from....
Nice, clean room, friendly stuff. Overall good feeling. Breakfast not that rich, but tasty. Different sorts of bread is nice. Also gluten-free selection is a big plus for people with gluten alergy.
I’m normally a big Moxy fan. I only need hotels for the essentials and clean, comfortable place to sleep. This one was a bit disappointing in that the room was lacking pillows and there was no hand soap, and everything except the conditioner was out in the shower. I don’t expect anything fancy but I certainly expect a room to have soap and pillows without have to ask for it. Also check in/out took...
This Moxy is on the outskirts, and isn't very convenient to anything in the city center. Once inside, I found that the hotel was nothing more than barely adequate. Twin bed rooms are constructed in a way that the beds cannot be pushed together, meaning if you are tall or broad the dimensions of the bed are very tight. The beds are very firm. I also found multiple hairs in the sheets, a transgression...
Not a bad hotel near the center. Comfortable bed, no fridge in the room, good Wi-Fi, breakfast 19 euros - it was delicious. Parking 16 euros per day.

We stayed here for the ISPO fair — excellent location, just a short walk from the venue. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and breakfast was very good. I can’t say enough great things about the Hotel Prinzregent! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with such kindness. The room was so clean and roomy and the restaurant has some of the most delicious choices! Throughout our entire stay the service was top notch with everyone we encountered going above and beyond. This hotel and their team are definitely a little gem just outside the city!...
The hotel is very clean and welcoming. But the staff! WOW!!! Super helpful ,eager to please and doing their best to anticipate any needs. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to public transportation which is VERY easy to navigate. Breakfast buffet was above average, but the restaurant attached to the hotel is only a two.
The hotel was beautiful. It's small but very quiet. The room was spacious with wonderful window views. The room is designed in authentic German style. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. One of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. AC was excellent, bed was comfortable, staff anticipated needs (like placing a crib in the room before arrival - for our child). Breakfast was delicious and varied. Keep up the good work!

Nice rooms in general but the cleaning frequency is bad . Dirty shared kitchen and no applied rules at all. There are much better ANA hotels.
A positively surprising experience! Despite a very moderate price for a hotel in Munich, it offers quite a good accomodation for the traveller, who is willing to go further away from the city centre.
A very convenient self-check-in via an automated key box.
The only minus is a bit weary signs here and there - nothing seems to be new.
This is a very pleasant little hotel. It’s very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were quite long and narrow and as such all the beds were single, however comfortable and warm enough.
The breakfast was tasty although options were limited compared to bigger hotels.
Very polite personal, good breakfast, variety of food. There is night entrance for the guests after 9-10 pm. I am not giving them 5 stars because I prefer to have minibar fridge in the room, but everything else is ok. There is also gym and lounge area with pool tv and soft furniture.
Hotel is fine but far from the main station .We thought we booked at the other Art hotel. Our mistake .

Great hotel! Spacious, conveniently located in front of the tram stop and only a few stops away from the central station. There’s an Edeka (supermarket) within 10 minutes walk which makes it very suitable for long stay. Also, there’s a self-operated laundry at the basement for those who need to wash their clothes after a week long travel. I would definitely return and stay again.
The room was spacious, clean and met the necessities. Location is near to the city center and the tram stop is in the front of the hotel. Very convenient!
Good location, near to supermarket and bmw museum, can visit many castles
Lovely place for all. Facilities and services are very good which fit the price. The location is suitable for people who choose travelling by the train, but not very friendly for walking to the city city. But it is acceptable.

Fairly basic hotel but it has reasonably sized rooms for a three star. Unfortunately the rooms are not well sound insulated from the street so early morning cleaning and rubbish collection is problematic.
The breakfast was very basic and frankly not up to the standard of other places.
Location of this hotel is great. Right smack dab in the transport hub of Munich. We spent here a couple of nights and were treated nicely by the staff. Props to the front desk team always helpful and polite.
Rooms are clean and rather newly refurbished. The neighborhood may seem dangerous but it's safe.
Breakfast always nice and orders can be placed on the spot: fried eggs, omelets.
Will stay here...
Very central hotel only a few metres from the train station. Clean and comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast!! Very helpful and friendly staff. We stayed 2 nights then went cycling down the Rhine for a month and they kindly stored our suitcase for us at no charge even though we only stayed the 2 nights there before we left for our cycling trip. Would definitely stay again!!
I've stayed at this hotel a good number of times. The location to the Munich hauptbahnhof is perfect, and the price is budget friendly. The hotel and rooms are very clean. The staff are helpful. Breakfast is great. The neighborhood/streets around the hotel are lively and have adult activities. Great for business travel and for people without children.
Very clean and comfy hotel in convenient place near Hauptbahnhof. Excellent breakfast and very friendly and kind people responsible for that.
Location conveniently at the front of Hauptbahnhof Station, easy access to food and shopping, there is a stripped dance club opposite so it gets noisy in the night. Hotel room is compact and clean, great breakfast with lots of choices, they even offer to pack away when I was rushing at 7am before breakfast was ready.

I recently stayed at Hotel Brack in Munich for three nights from 2nd to 5th August. There were several aspects of the hotel that I liked. Staff were fantastic. Old hotel that was okay. No air con but provided with a fan. Did the job.
The location of the hotel is great, central, and directly at the underground. Also the staff is friendly. The choice at breakfast is small but I liked to be served at the table. Everything was clean.
What I did not like:

The rooms are outdated by clean. The service is good and the location is perfect, very close to Theresienwiese and about 2km from the city centre.
