The hotel was very clean but I don't like the location.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train and subway stations. There are plenty of eateries, supermarkets (rewe, Lidl)and drugstore (dm, rossmann) nearby. Hotel reception staff are also very extremely helpful and nice. Although the room is very spacious, there are a couple of issues. The light in the room is not enough. The sleeping area and writing desk are too dark. The table lamp is not functioning...

Overall the hotel is nice and the room is large enough. I have booked a family room with two double beds which is satisfied. My package have included breakfast, the breakfast is good enough but not that much choices. I think it can be option if I come back to Munich.

The hotel is close to the main train station and offers clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was also good. However, slippers and toiletries are not provided, so bring your own.

We stay at Centro for 3 nights recently and thought the reception staff were very friendly,and helpful. the hotel was situated in a great location close to the marianplatz, tollwood winter market being a straight road to it. The location was convenient and one block from the metro and tram; and walking distance to city center about 10-15 minutes, however you can also jump on the metro one stop. Conveniently located to the downtown Munich area - everything is within walking distance so that’s what gave this hotel a notch up. A basic hotel room. No frills. No coffee in the room. Beds were not super comfortable. Room was hotel and the noise outside the hotel went on though out all hours of the night which made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

We stayed here in April 2025 and the staff were so polite and welcoming. One night, there was an issue with my room, they found a leak coming from the bathroom. The staff were so apologetic and they moved me to a better room and left a few snacks and a few beers. The day we were leaving, they gave us another couple beers on the house as another sorry. The room is quiet, not far from U2 and Sbahn station Passing, about ten minutes walk, convenient transportation to the city center. The room is relatively quiet, with basic facilities, and there is a 24-hour small water bar downstairs, which is ok.

It's about a 10-minute walk from the subway station. The room has a lovely balcony. The room is very clean. They also helped us store our luggage. The service staff is very kind.

Apart from the expensive 6.5 euro bottled still water, everything was fine. Studios are superb. Would be great if parking was free for hotel guests.

The room was quite big, and the front desk was ok, but the coffee machine in the room was broken. I reported the problem to the front desk, but it didn't work. Later I found out that the refrigerator was also broken, but I didn't report it! The hotel's breakfast was very rich, and the waiters were very enthusiastic, very good!

Good price, friendly staff, and modern rooms. For a single traveler, this was ideal. I’ve noticed people complaining about the car parking but this is similar with other hotels in the area (having stayed in one recently) and I had no issues finding a space down the road.

I had a wonderful stay at Living Hotel Prinzessin Elisabeth in Munich. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel’s design has a charming, slightly vintage style that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. My room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Great location near the Isar River, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights whilst visiting Munich. The room and facilities were very good. It is set in a tranquil area about a 30 minute walk from the old town centre. The staff were very helpful. One member of staff made very good recommendations about local attractions.

The location is very good, quiet and green. Not far from the city center, convenient transportation. Many restaurants with very good reviews are within walking distance.

I had no complaints about this budget hotel. It was close to Munich Central Station and within walking distance of Sendlinger Tor Station, which was useful for sightseeing in the old town.

Hotel is well located, in a quiet street and close to several metro and tram stops. Very clean rooms with everything you need. Very friendly staff.

The transportation is quite convenient

It is a stone's throw away from Munich Main Station and you can reach several attractions on foot. There are free apples at the front desk! The reception is also very warm! Good value for money! Free candies are also given when you check in!

This is such a nice hotel! - The staff is helpful and kind - Breakfast is fresh and good - Schwabing is a very convenient neighborhood to stay in We were very thankful that the hotel was able to accommodate our luggage and an early check-in after a long overnight flight. Really excellent value, super clean/functional, super sound proof and loved the clothes hanging spots all across the wall. Staff was quick & efficient which is perfect on a business trip and breakfast to a good standard. Watch out in Munich there are two hotels with the same name. Actually I did not stay here. I prepaid for a room and then went and stayed in the wrong Deutsche Theater Hotel. There are two Deutsche Theater Hotels and they are not affiliated.

An absolute gem. We ended up in a suite so our don had his own room. Lots of space, clean, comfortable beds, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Close to everything, buses and underground all either around the corner or very walkable. The owner has a collection of vintage posters that rotate around the walls. Cool stuff.

We had an apartment and thought that there would at least be coffee facilities and a refrigerator in the room, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. Out of the city but in 100 meters you are in a free highway to go everywhere in the city center. Outdoor private free parking. Front desk people kind and helpful. Around not many restaurants or cafes or  supermarkets but you can manage it, just in case of needs.
