Be Live Collection Punta Cana - All Inclusive

Staff were friendly but management was awful. Our hotel room lock malfunctioned and they couldn't do anything about it. Every time we tried to get into our room we had to wait at least 20 minutes for someone to open the door for us because our proxy card wouldn't work. They tried to reprogram and replace our cards three times and still wouldn't work. When I raised the issue with the manager he simply ignore us and not even an apology was given to us. The last night before we left we met a few other tourists at the Japanese restaurant there. Many of them expressed their frustration with the hot water tank and air conditioner. They seemed not to work properly. I agree with some of the folks here. Facilities were simply too old and out of date. We stayed there in 2019 and we will definitely stay away from it.

Horrible horrible experience. The workers at the front seemed to look down at us and we're extremely dismissive. Either because of our skin color, our accents, who knows. But very poor customer service. The rooms were disgusting. Food at the buffet was gross. Pools and beaches were gorgeous but that was the only positive. I will never return. This resort is definitely a quick/familiar destination spot for locals but NOT for tourists who are used to higher quality vacations. Every other resort in the area was beautiful!! A shame we didn't spend extra dollars to go elsewhere. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to the DR. A lot of anti-black undertones. Shameful.

My wife and I are truly baffled that this is still listed as a five-star hotel. Temporary closed is not good enough. They need to be permanently closed. What an absolute disaster not one good positive experience. They are responsible for ruining numerous honeymoon‘s. My wife’s and mine couldn’t have been WORSE. What an absolute disaster from the check in to the checkout less than 12 hours later, of course we checked out WITHIN A DAY. Absolutely nothing but dirty and disgusting and unsafe conditions please be advised and stay far away, even if somehow they reopen.

This resort was pure trash!! Stayed based off a previous good recommendation but after this trip I would not suggest this resort to anyone!!!!!! Upon check in, my friends and I were upgraded to the VIP package on the adults only side. However I am not sure what was so VIP about it, it was very much basic. There was no butler service, the champagne we were supposed to get upon arrival did not come until we asked for it a day later and even then it was cheap and gross. Our keys did not work when first getting to room so we had to go back so the front desk could fix this. For the duration of my stay not all of the restaurants or bars were open where at any other resort everything food and beverage is open. All the alcoholic drinks were watered down so I barely had a buzz. Times were wrong on the resort website for what would be opened, so we would go to one place to eat only to discover its not open and had to walk all the way to the other side of the resort. I'm not a picky eating and can usually find something that I can tolerate enough to eat, but in this case my friends and I left the resort everyday just to go get a decent meal! So thankful to the little shop just walking distance down the road that had a small family restaurant. The authentic food was great! The customer service was subpar as well--unless you spoke Spanish they paid you no mind. To say the least after a number of other things I was very disappointed with my stay at this resort and was very much so ready to leave. This was my first trip to Punta Cana and the only good thing about the whole trip was being with my friends, the excursions and the bar/club that we went to off the resort because this place had nothing of the sort.

The property looked outdated. The furniture in the property was in bad condition (ripped, broken). All snack bars were either not working or closed so we had to wait until a restaurant opened to eat. There was no hot water in our room and no water at all in my mother in laws room. We tried to call the front desk to fix it but the phone was broken. Then tried to call from personal phone about 10 times & no one answered. The staff were not helpful at all, would give false information. To top it off the cleaning lady walked into our room at 9 am without knocking. We checked out after the first day and booked another resort. I absolutely do not recommend this place it looks nothing like the pictures. The ambiance is boring and sad, do not go here !!!
