The additional restaurants were great too, especially Mina steakhouse (server “Wander” and “Reynaldo”) were able to make our experience one to never forget!
Also two Bartenders at the Reserve beach bar, Pedro and Gilberto were the best thing about the resort. They made the drinks amazing and had a great time doing it!
Would definitely would come back again! 10/10 recommend!
Miguel, Maria, and Denny at the Rum Republic are simply the best. Such great bartenders. So friendly, very attentive, and great to talk with! Delicious drinks and great company. We will miss them when we’re back in the states!
Flora was absolutely delicious, and the service was impeccable. They were very attentive and catered to dietary restrictions. Thank you to Franklin, Francesca and all the staff!
Also a huge thank you to Jonathan and Luis at the swim up pool bar! They took care of us all week and even played games with us! Such an awesome resort and had the best experience with great friends!
We also especially enjoyed the nightly entertainment but the silent disco was a favorite! Thank you all so much for the great memories!
Unfortunately, there wasn't much in terms of entertainment for the kids either. We were expecting more from an upgraded resort.
In my opinion, if you're looking for a great vacation spot, I would suggest looking elsewhere. This resort just didn't live up to its reputation. Check out the reviews on the Better Business Bureau website when they are trying to sell you the upgraded club membership. this resort has definitely cut back on their quality of Food.

Jordania was also amazing with booking our dinner reservations every single night and messaging us to see our expectations were being met and that we were happy.
