Our experience at Flora Restaurant was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm and friendly welcome from the staff, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The overall service was impeccable, but we would especially like to highlight the attention of Mr. César, who was our waiter. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made our visit even more enjoyable.
As for the room, it simply exceeded our expectations. Not only is it spacious and elegant, but every detail has been carefully designed to provide comfort and luxury. Without a doubt, it is even better than one could imagine.
Furthermore, the service provided by the entire hotel team was excellent. We want to give special recognition to the front desk staff, who were always willing to help and ensured that our stay was unforgettable.
We highly recommend Flora Restaurant and the hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality experience with exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere. We look forward to returning soon!
The additional restaurants were great too, especially Mina steakhouse (server “Wander” and “Reynaldo”) were able to make our experience one to never forget!
Also two Bartenders at the Reserve beach bar, Pedro and Gilberto were the best thing about the resort. They made the drinks amazing and had a great time doing it!
Would definitely would come back again! 10/10 recommend!
Miguel, Maria, and Denny at the Rum Republic are simply the best. Such great bartenders. So friendly, very attentive, and great to talk with! Delicious drinks and great company. We will miss them when we’re back in the states!
