I had the pleasure of staying at Excellence El Carmen in Punta Cana in March 2024, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The resort itself is stunning—beautifully maintained with lush gardens, pristine pools, and luxurious rooms.
The food and drinks were outstanding, with a great variety of options to choose from, and every meal was delicious. The beach was breathtaking, with soft white sand and crystal-clear water, perfect for relaxation.
What truly made the experience special was the incredible service. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always eager to help. This resort exceeded all my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend it to anyone looking for a truly relaxing and luxurious getaway.

All staff were very attentive, polite and went above and beyond to please us. The food and drinks were great. We had a swim up suite that was definitely worth it. My husband and I had an amazing 8 days.
Had a wonderful beach dinner with my husband, thanks to Joan & Adelso. Service was amazing, food was incredible, and we had the best time. Thank you guys for serving us and making us feel special! Wish we could experience this every night!
We also booked two massages and it was the most amazing spa experience. The ladies went above and beyond and every single one of them was so nice. My husband and I had the best honeymoon and so thankful we picked to stay here. We will definitely be back!
