Excellent time with Victor and Edgar at the swim up bar Blue! Best people I’ve met. Great drinks and friendly service!! Keila, mini cooper and Ramon were outstanding day after day. The location is beautiful, but the people made our trip. A massive thank you!!

We had the most amazing dinner. The food was fantastic. Our server Edwin was beyond incredible and extremely professional. He truly made the dining experience top tier. Our favorite meal thus far and an incredible experience.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The resort itself is stunning—beautifully maintained with lush gardens, pristine pools, and luxurious rooms.
The food and drinks were outstanding, with a great variety of options to choose from, and every meal was delicious. The beach was breathtaking, with soft white sand and crystal-clear water, perfect for relaxation.

My recent dining experience at Agave was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and professionalism of the staff made us feel welcomed and special. Chef Martin's culinary artistry shines through every dish – each course was not only delicious but beautifully presented, showcasing authentic flavors with a modern twist that we truly enjoyed. Our server, Anthony, went above and beyond to ensure our evening was perfect. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure we had everything we needed. The combination of amazing food and outstanding service made this an unforgettable dining experience. Agave is a must-visit, and we can’t wait to return!

Our first night at the Excellence El Carmen we ventured into the Agave restaurant. My wife and I had a table outside overlooking the resort. The food was outstanding, courtesy of Chef Alvin. And the service was top-notch. Our waiter Anthony was attentive, polite, and all-around a great guy. Would highly recommend!

Best resort I have ever been to! I’ve been to many all inclusive resorts and none have ever lived up to my expectations after staying at Excellence. Its name lives up to the meaning.
All staff were very attentive, polite and went above and beyond to please us. The food and drinks were great. We had a swim up suite that was definitely worth it. My husband and I had an amazing 8 days.

Everything about our honeymoon was amazing! As frequent cruisers, we decided to go on a limb and stay at a resort. We are so happy with our experience! Every place here had the best service. We visited the Sports Bar a lot and were always taken good care of by Alvin & Damaris (and the others too!) They made sure we had what we needed & kept our drinks full, which is why we stopped in every evening.
Had a wonderful beach dinner with my husband, thanks to Joan & Adelso. Service was amazing, food was incredible, and we had the best time. Thank you guys for serving us and making us feel special! Wish we could experience this every night!
We also booked two massages and it was the most amazing spa experience. The ladies went above and beyond and every single one of them was so nice. My husband and I had the best honeymoon and so thankful we picked to stay here. We will definitely be back!

Miguel was the best server ever! We are here for our honeymoon and it was such a lovely experience! Our best meal of the week with phenomenal food at Oregano with server Miguel!
We also had the romantic dinner next to the beach and Joan was our server and it was amazing! The service was incredible and the food was to die for!! Plus the view 🥰🥰 such an amazing dinner to celebrate our marriage!
