The staff were so friendly and helpful! They took such great care of us and made sure that we had an amazing vacation. There are no elevators, so make sure your room accommodation is appropriate for you and your physical needs.
The various themed restaurants were decent, but we preferred the buffet and ate most of our meals there. The buffet options changed fairly regularly and we didn't ever get tired of what was available.
The night time singers and karaoke were fun! The beach was beautiful! I would definutely recommend this resort!

Dreams Palm Beach Punta Cana was beautiful upon arrival. The grounds are well kept along with each of the eating locations on the premises. AGAVE Mexican restaurant was outstanding. The Cafe, fully functional, offered all types of fresh foods. None stop eating. There are 3 pools, one being a swim up cabana with a pool side bar. Serving up all types of drinks. The rooms were spacious. However, they need updating to their tv's (e.g. smart tv), more modern bathrooms and furniture. The staff is exceptionally friendly.

The hotel was marvelous. However Booking is a site that steals from its clients and hides behind its computers.

Straight up, NOT a 4- star. This resort is being torn down soon, an maintenance seems low priority. The first room we were assigned, was a disgrace. Felt like a slap in the face for the money we paid. Very disrespectful. After one night I had to demand a different room. I would not have reserved the resort knowing it was on the way to being flattened. The employees always had a smile. I would recommend going to a different resort, and not be disappointed. And I like it better, when all-inclusive means “ no expectations to tip”. Unfortunately, that was the only way to get drinks, was to tip. Room service was 0/4 in getting the order correct. I’ve been to 4-5 other all- inclusive resorts, and this is easily the most disappointing. Too far to travel to find too many issues.

I read reviews 1 night before my trip and had so much anxiety about the negative reviews. Minus a bit of updating of some of the rooms and a need for more vegan options, this place is a great overall value. We paid for the preferred package and really enjoyed our stay. Staff goes above and beyond and are delightful to work with. Weather was perfect late November. They have amazing entertainment for the family too.

We were a family of ten and this resort met our needs perfectly . I as the Grandmother, my two sons and their families were happy with the food, service, cleanliness and beautiful grounds. Staff was great. It is too bad the ocean is plagued with the seaweed problem but the hotel is doing its best to keep it clean. The bathrooms need updating. Overall a wonderful resort for our family.

Just came back from a group vacation with a few friends and we all had an absolute wonderful time. The preferred club rooms were very nice and clean, the staff were all very accommodating and helpful and the food and pools were all amazing. One person I have to really mention is Melvin from the entertainment/ pool activities. He really made our vacation a wonderful experience and was so welcoming to us since the day we met him. Melvin became a lifelong friend to us and we are incredibly fortunate to meet someone like Melvin. A few other staff such as Carlos, Juana, Nathalie, and Eddie Murphy also made our experience a great time! Highly recommend.

Okay folks, this my review and I want to you know what to expect when you get there. The resort is beautiful. Room are descent, food and drinks are very good. My favorite one was the Mexican and the Japanese very good. But this my bad experience 😕 the beach is dirty a lot of seaweed. They working on try to clean but, it's so bad the water looks like tea water is very depressing and disappointing. But if you just love floating in the pool and drink and eat good food go here. The staff is super friendly and the resort is just gorgeous can't explain. I hope mother nature does her part and cleans the beach. very sad all around is just blue water but the resort just had it really bad. If you are beach lover don't go here. We try transfer yo another resort but apparently all that side of the island have that problem. So if you want to go Punta Cana found out first what we understand La Ramona don't have this issue.

Stayed here in September with a group of friends and we had an amazing time. The service here was absolutely phenomenal, where I nor any of my friends ran into any issues with getting a workers attention or help. We stayed at the Preferred Club and honestly service was amazing there, especially Carlos who serves at the Preferred Pool, hes an absolute gem. The food wasn't always the best, but they 100% had the best fries at the little hut by the beach! The rooms were always cleaned well, even if we left a huge mess before leaving our room. The night life was great in terms of the entertainment they provided us and the drinks there are delicious. They're not too strong, yet not too sweet! Yohan is an amazing bartender, he's always singing along to the music, and if you just ask him to make you a random drinks, he makes the BEST random ones. He introduced me to drinks I never knew existed!!! Melvin was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. He works for the entertainment/pool activities and he was the sweetest person ever, such a hard worker, always made sure to greet others and us. He's definitely become a good friend, even though we're back home now, and I'm not going to lie, if we were all to go back, I think he would be the reason we choose this resort again! All in all, an amazing stay and highly recommend :)!
